We contact technical support whenever we have an issue. They are helpful, but it is a bit of a process. First, you explain the problem to a level one engineer, and if is complex, they might need to pass it up the chain. This can take a few days, which can be a bit slow in urgent situations. I would rate their support as a seven out of ten. It is good but could be faster.

When they release the next version, we need some new features in vCenter eight, like DPU, and data packet processing. When it comes to research and development of the product in class, we would like to receive the next version in the best possible way. I would recommend bundling so the end customer can utilize all the automation and orchestration features with SDC. Currently, they are provided as separate offerings. I think it should be included as one so we can evaluate and optimize our cloud resources.
