Good patch management process, and works well with Windows, but does not work well with Apple devices
The primary use case of Microsoft Intune is for patch management and app deployment. Microsoft Intune is deployed in a hybrid environment and we use Atel cloud I can see that the patch management process is much improved with the bundled patch management option available in Microsoft Intune…

Easy to use, good sub-capacity licensing, and helpful support
It matches with the ILMT tool. We're trying to validate the licensing for IBM software.  We're using the permanent discovery tool for septic for hardware and software too. For IBM, we have to use that due to the reporting of sub-capacity licenses. It's mostly easy to use. The sub-capacity…

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The price of Intune is often included as part of a bundle with other Microsoft licenses, which makes it somewhat cheaper."
"The price is reasonable, but they should lower it a bit to make it more competitive. It's cheaper than AirWatch and other products, but I still feel like Microsoft can make a base version or with Exchange online or a la carte only Intune version which will be useful. A customer who doesn't want to go full-fledged E3 or E5 can take out or consume an Intune solution only for their purpose, and we want to target that customer."
"I am not that aware of the pricing, but as compared to other MDM solutions, Microsoft is providing a lot of things at the organizational level. So, it is quite reasonable as compared to other MDM solutions."
"I would rate the price a four out of ten with ten being the most expensive."
"It's reasonable. They're not giving it away, but it's reasonable."
"The pricing is challenging. Microsoft needs to pay some attention to it. It is good for big enterprises, but I'm not sure that small and medium-sized organizations can adopt it."
"Its price is quite okay. I wish they provide certain additional features with the same license."
"Microsoft Intune has a user-based subscription model. You can go for a monthly or a yearly payment."
"We have a subscription-based contract with BigFix."
"The product is less costly when compared to other solutions, and this is a good solid solution for what we have paid."
"I can estimate the reduced cost of servers maintenance to approximatively $500,000."
"There's not much big cost. We only have to pay the agents' cost for the server, and for the systems."
"On a scale from one to ten, where one is expensive and ten is cheap, I rate the solution's pricing one out of ten."
"The price of BigFix is better than the solutions. You are able to pay monthly or annually. There are not any hidden costs with BigFix. There is an additional cost for the SQL database."
"The price is reasonable, but our customers find it expensive."
"When purchasing, buying with other IBM tools provided us with a very good discount in pricing."
