Helpful as it reduces manual work, and has OCR, workflow, and business process management capabilities

In terms of scaling up Kofax TotalAgility, initially, we planned for a volume one and a half times more than what we needed. We haven't seen the need to scale up the solution, and we're still fine with the existing environment, so we've not tried to scale up Kofax TotalAgility yet, but based on what we've learned, it's just a matter of adding the capacity to the server. We placed the solution on the VM so it should be easy to add resources to the VM, as well as increase the CPU or the RAM. We don't see any challenges in scaling up Kofax TotalAgility.

Specifically, there is room for enhancement in enabling users to efficiently capture documents using their smartphones."

We use some tools as fixed standard analysis and provide information to support the different types to take some decisions and help in an automated process. In the next release of Kofax TotalAgility, it would be good to have a straightforward low-code or no-code process because there were instances we struggled with having to put logic into a script or a .NET script, then calling that script, instead of the process being low-code, no-code."
