User-friendly interface, easy to use and learn and offers simple automation features but a few protocols are not supported
Whether MOVEit is the right choice depends on the specific file transfer requirements. There are multiple tools out there, each with its own features. It's important to choose the tool that best suits your particular needs. Moreover, it's relatively easy to learn; it is not overly difficult. Overall, I would rate the solution a seven out of ten. It's easy to use and very user-friendly. It is easy to pick up. Any user, even those new to the tool, can quickly understand the basic features. The logging and monitoring within the tool are also well designed. But, every tool has room for improvement, which is why I wouldn't give it a perfect score.

That means most of our vendors were not able to connect using SFTP because that service was down. We had to put in a lot of monitoring to make sure if that goes down, there is some visibility instantaneously so that our system admins can go and do a restart."
