Robust, good visibility, and easy deployment
Singularity Complete has helped to reduce alerts. There is about 50% reduction. It automatically generates alerts and can also solve a problem. It has reduced the mean time to detect (MTTD). It has real-time detection, and it has been very good so far. The mean time to respond (MTTR) has been reduced. We can respond to an incident in 10 to 15 minutes. Singularity Complete saves costs for our customers. Its automation helps save money. There is a reduction in the operational costs. It reduces the risk for the organization. They have an AI engine to detect new threats, such as Zero-day threats.

Easy to use, intuitive and modern security application.
Some departments require being part of the company to be able to establish security on their devices. For users who are not in the company, the Check Point ZoneAlarm was activated. It's a tool from Check Point that can provide security that is more limited, yet the Check Point seal provides…

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The tool saves 50% of the staff's time."
"It is great for security monitoring and blocking when needed."
"The visibility and, obviously, the protection aspects are second to none when it comes to speed. Another thing we fall back on is the option to roll back an endpoint if it is infected. There is a shadow copy so that if a PC downloads malicious content, we can roll it back to the state it was in before that package was imported."
"The tool has helped us streamline and centralize things with a single solution. We are a small organization with a handful of people managing multiple sites. It is a simple tool with an easy-to-use UI. The product has an intuitive and up-to-date GUI."
"The solution has helped reduce our alerts."
"The solution is powerful because we just have to update the agent by using the console, which is simple to do. I just select the endpoints and click "Update" on the console. That is it, because it is very easy to use."
"The ability to quickly and easily identify threats on our machines is valuable. The fact that it protects the environment as a whole is also valuable. They have the ability to identify network nodes, and they have Ranger as a component of the solution that allows us to see the whole picture. We can see on what we have SentinelOne and on what we do not."
"One of the features that convinced us to adopt SentinelOne was that the solution can recognize and respond to attacks with or without a network connection. That is very important."
"It is quick and easy to configure."
"It gives us security for the users' mobiles and ends up protecting us in a significant way."
"Personally, I find the Game Mode of the Firewall very useful."
"This antivirus is regularly updated, and the updates can be scheduled."
"The phone access scan stands out as the most valuable feature for me."
"It is easy to use through interfaces and easy to configure each of the customizations we created based on the characteristics that we wanted."
"The solution really focused on giving more security than an antivirus."
"ZoneAlarm protects all computers from viruses, spyware, and hackers."

Cons

"Something we are looking forward to is the ability of the SentinelOne backend to ingest data from other sources. Now that they are moving to the Singularity data lake, we are looking forward to being able to query data that is not just collected by SentinelOne endpoint agents. We are looking forward to being able to query against all data that we are ingesting into that backend."
"It is complicated to do certain tasks."
"My biggest complaint is that when you're logged into the console there is the Help section where you can review all the documentation. But when you log in to the support portal, there is documentation there as well. They need to sync those two into one place so that I don't have to search in two different locations for an answer."
"SentinelOne can improve by having better integration with Active Directory."
"The solution can improve by adding more granular firewall capabilities."
"The ease of use can be better in Deep Visibility. It is not always the easiest. If I have not been in there in the Deep Visibility module for a long time, I do not always find it that easy to use. I tend to go and have to consult the help quite often if I have not been in there a long time."
"The update process can be better. It is very easy to deploy, but over a long period, the updating process can be a little messy. In some EDR solutions, you end up with a very good mechanism to push new versions. It could do with a little work in that area. It is not particularly difficult, but it could do with a little work."
"SentinelOne is making a lot of moves to acquire various companies, but the roadmap isn't clear, and it is still uncertain how the new acquisitions will integrate. For example, SentinelOne recently acquired a mobile security solution, but there is no real integration between the platforms."
"Some of our users say that the interface is a little bit outdated for 2020, and want it to be more modern and cozy."
"Currently, the client is only available for the Windows Operating System but it would be good if it were released for Mac OS as well."
"I would like it to be integrated with the Check Point centralization solution like Infinity Portal. It would be great to be able to manage it through the same website."
"They need to update and improve the features available for Mac."
"Perhaps the primary area for potential enhancement is to make it faster, ensuring a more seamless experience while maintaining robust security features."
"The support is not always so effective."
"We'd like better performance of the network equipment. There are high-speed environments where an immediate response is required."
"ZoneAlarm should be a light application that does not take too much memory in mobile phones."
