With an easy-to-operate interface in place, it also provides a good AI experience for users

I am a technical person. So from my end, I see that the solution's interface is good, and there is no problem. But some end-users might have their experience. In general, the interface is very user-friendly. Mist AI and Cloud can be configured easily on Mist or Juniper devices. In the customers' networks, other devices might be present, and they cannot configure other other vendor devices with Mist AI and Cloud. With the Mist AI portal, one should be able to configure Other devices and save the interface also. I would definitely recommend Mist AI and Cloud to those planning to use it. I am fully satisfied with the product, and my experience has been very good. Apart from the pricing, everything is verygood in the solution. The Wi-Fi experience, configuration experience, managing the tech experience, and AI experience of the solution has been good. Overall, I rate the product a ten out of ten.

Juniper Wireless Access Points work in conjunction with Juniper Mist Cloud Services and Mist AI to deliver premier wireless access capabilities. The Juniper Mist Edge extends microservices to the campus to bring agility and scale while enabling new applications at the edge.

WLC Series Wireless LAN Controllers deliver and manage wireless local area networks with the highest level of reliability, performance, security, and management in the industry. They integrate secure, wireless LANs with any size wired infrastructures, from small branch offices to the largest enterprise or university campus.

Mist AI uses a combination of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science techniques to optimize user experiences and simplify operations across the wireless access, wired access, and SD-WAN domains.

Data is ingested from numerous sources, including Juniper Mist Access Points, Switches, Session Smart Routers, and Firewalls for end-to-end insight into user experiences. These devices work in concert with Mist AI to optimize user experiences from client-to-cloud, including automated event correlation, root cause identification, Self-Driving Network™ operations, network assurance, proactive anomaly detection, and more.

Juniper also leverages Mist AI for next-generation customer support. It is the foundational element behind Marvis, the industry’s first AI-driven Virtual Network Assistant, which provides extensive insight and guidance to IT staff via a natural language conversational interface.

With Mist AI, operators save time and money with faster problem resolution and fewer onsite visits. Users benefit from a network infrastructure that is more predictable, reliable, and measurable.
