Designed for situations where humans and bots work together, especially useful when users need to enter specific details during the automation process itself
Automation Anywhere is easy to use with basic knowledge or training. The learning curve is easy. We can learn how to use it within one week. There are a lot of courses available for Automation Anywhere. Automation Anywhere Co-Pilot is designed for situations where humans and bots work together, especially useful when users need to enter specific details during the automation process itself. It has helped our clients significantly increase their production and has freed up time for employees to work on other tasks. We have integrated Automation Anywhere with our SQL database. Adding automation into workflows and APIs is easy. Automation Anywhere helps save organizations time and money.

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"In version 11.3, they have a good security option. Tool-wise, it's pretty good to work on Automation Anywhere. If you compare it to other tools in the industry. It is very user-friendly and easy to develop processes. We liking using it very much."
"The control room is the best part as everything can be seen and controlled from there, scheduling storing of credentials, and much more. I have used PDF extraction and other tools where data needs to be extracted and it works great at that part. I highly recommended this tool for automation."
"We are using it for scripting, and it is end user based with screen captures. It is a bit easier to use than any of the other tools out there."
"There is a very accelerated learning curve on the platform."
"It has helped us look at how our processes are organized."
"It is also easy to design and implement, even for business users who don't have technical skills. A little bit of training is required, about five to seven days, and then they can start. The learning curve is low."
"Bot Insights is neatly integrated into the platform, which enables us to develop rapidly and train the learning instances using pre-defined domains over the purchase orders, forms, and invoices that need to be processed."
"I don't think one feature is more valuable than any other. In my opinion, the value is in the totality of the platform. It is easy to use for our developers with a well laid out UI and many canned tools. The Control Room is very easy to navigate and mostly intuitive to use."
"The Action Packs are a good feature."
"The most valuable feature of Automic Automation Intelligence is the ability to see all of the batches from one place. Additionally, there is a multiple scheduler that is useful."
"The tool's online manuals and documentation are good. Its user interface is user-friendly."

Cons

"The Web Recorder should also include a feature where the user can select what browser you want it to run since it is currently using the Internet Explorer browser as default. Some of our web-based systems are currently not compatible with Internet Explorer and can only run using Firefox or Google Chrome."
"When a bot is in production, sometimes the keystrokes will not work. I am not sure why, and we have tried to contact technical support. They said that they don't have an answer for this. It happens in the the remote environment when we are deploying a bot into AWS machines. So, technical support said this happens in AWS machines sometimes: If the bot is running and the machine is locked, then at that time, the key strokes will not work. They have provided that solution, but we are trying to avoid keystrokes now."
"I would like to see them continue building out documentation with more video-aides."
"The overall product in Automation Anywhere is good, but they need to improve a little bit on the overall architecture side."
"We would like Automation Anywhere to have a way to run a capacity check on machines and show us what is available."
"When it comes to reading email, this solution is unstable and improvements need to be made."
"The capability of understanding and extracting documents is not very good."
"As a solution, it could have been easier to use than in the current state."
"The job reporting feature needs improvement."
"Integration of the solution could be improved."
"The solution could benefit by having more connectors and customized widgets. Additionally, a dashboard that people could use for videos would be helpful."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"Pricing is too high for small-scale groups. The Control Room yearly fee is high, making it difficult to break even."
"We have seen a return of investment because it takes less time to market in our current process. I would estimate a times savings between 20 to 30 percent."
"The pricing is reasonable and one can achieve ROI faster when compared to other tools."
"We have seen the tangible benefits of taking monotonous work off people's plates, creating capacity, and cost reductions."
"The licensing cost of Automation Anywhere is better than UiPath and Blue Prism."
"Automation Anywhere might have a higher upfront cost than some competitors, but its extensive features and seamless integration with other tools can save organizations money in the long run."
"Their licensing processes are in par with most industry standards."
"It is the most economically friendly and it provides you with a lot of functions."
"The price of Automic Automation Intelligence depends on the connectors used. For example, if you wanted to connect to Dell BMC, you would need a connector."
"Automic Automation Intelligence's licensing costs are expensive and can be yearly or monthly."
