We are currently testing this solution, but the primary use case of this solution is for email and Office online.
The deployment model we are using is a private cloud from Microsoft.

What was most valuable for me was how simple this solution is to start using.
The admin panels have too few samples. It would be better if it were expanded and more samples were added.
There are monthly updates from the developer for new functionalities, but when the updates occur, you lose where the regular functionalities were. They are no longer where you are used to them being.
In the next release, I would like to see visualizing. I would like this to be part of the solution, rather than independent.
The platform is very stable.
We don't need to expand this solution.
It is scalable. When we were in testing we tried the product and some of the team was testing some of the functionalities of Microsoft 365.
We have approximately five or six users.
We have not contacted technical support.
The initial setup was easy.
I did not deploy this solution, but I believe that it took anywhere from one to three months.
The implementation was through our team, not a vendor team.
Pay attention to the migration of the daily solution to the new solution. This is the most painful part.
You can pay online for the migration from the old email server to the new one.
I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
We are using Microsoft 365 for Outlook. SharePoint is on the backend of Teams and we store all our documents with that. But on the frontend, we are using Teams by itself rather than hooking onto SharePoint directly. We have about 12,000 users in the organization working with 365.
Business 365 is very scalable and easy to use. I need to explore the features more, but I'm more or less happy with the features we are using right now.
I've been using Microsoft for almost more than a year now.
I haven't contacted Microsoft support directly. The backend team responsible for server management may have contacted them, but I'm not aware of that.
The price can always be improved. It's an organization-wide license, so I don't really handle that end of things.
I use Microsoft 365 Business primarily for Outlook.
I like Outlook. Outlook is an email solution, and we're using it every day for daily communication.
It could be more user-friendly.
I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for about a year.
Microsoft 365 Business has been stable so far for us.
Microsoft 365 Business is scalable, and we have about 3000 people using it in our organization.
On a scale from one to ten, I would give Microsoft 365 Business an eight.
I am a reseller, I provide solutions to customers.
It is easy to use.
You can access it from anywhere or from any device. It can be used anywhere from a smartphone, or a laptop, without installing anything. Even if it is available on a system where MS Office is not installed, you can still use this product.
Features are available in different versions.
No product is perfect, bugs are always present.
The price is an area that needs improvement.
I have been selling Microsoft 365 Business for two years.
Microsoft 365 Business is a stable product.
It is a scalable product.
All updates are available from time to time. Every two to three days, there is an update.
It is easy to set up.
The price is high. It should be lower.
I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of ten.
We use this solution for everything. We use it every day for our email, our OneDrive, and for our Shadow shared folder.
The most valuable feature of this solution is the easy deployment. Being a SaaS service, we don't have to do anything. The deployment is very easy.
This solution could be more secure.
I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for four years.
We are using the latest version.
It's a stable solution. We have not had many issues.
Microsoft 365 Business is a scalable product and we have 300 people in our organization who are using it.
At this time we have no plans to increase our usage.
The problem with the technical support is the language. Most of them are from India and I have difficulties understanding their English.
I would like to see local support provided.
The installation is straightforward.
It took approximately two weeks to deploy.
We have a team of two to three engineers to maintain this solution.
We used a consultant integration service t help us with the deployment.
Licensing is on a monthly basis.
I would recommend this solution to others who are interested in using it.
I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of ten.
We are using it for our emails and SharePoint services. We are also using OneDrive for all Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, or Excel data analysis documents. We have its latest version.
SharePoint and emailing are two technologies that are very widely used by all employees.
Its price can be lower. It is definitely a bit expensive than other on-premises and cloud-based solutions.
It can also be improved from the security aspect. We recently got the configuration of O365 components tested from an independent partner. While doing our analysis, we found certain gaps that ideally should have been covered as part of the implementation. Microsoft can look into these implementation issues and include a checklist as part of the implementation so that customers are aware of the minimum requirements for implementation.
We have been using this solution for four years.
It is a very stable product. So far, we have not faced any issues.
It is on the cloud, so it is highly scalable. We have around 1,800 users.
Their technical support is good. I have not faced any challenges so far.
We were on Lotus Notes, and we migrated from Lotus Notes to this solution.
There are two parts to it. The first part is the enablement of the subscription, which is done by Microsoft or the OEM after we procure the solution. The second part is where we need to write some components on our firewall, proxy, and antivirus.
The deployment was pretty smooth. In less than a week's time, it was pretty well configured. In the last four years, we have not faced any kind of issues with this solution.
The OEM partner for Microsoft did the installation. Two persons can manage the deployment.
It has a subscription-based model, so we need to procure as many licenses as required as part of an enterprise agreement.
It is a little bit expensive. It is definitely a bit more expensive than other solutions that are on-premises. It is also expensive as compared to the cloud-based solutions from other companies. However, when we look at the ease of use of the product and the adoption by the users, its cost can definitely be considered as comparable to other products. The features that we get in this solution are not available in solutions from its competitors.
I would recommend this product to others. With respect to the services that are available on O365 and the kind of applications that are available on the O365 platform, it is pretty good. We will keep using it.
I would rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten.
We are basically using the Office products. We are using Word for business documents, Excel for spreadsheets, and Powerpoint for presentations.
What I like is that Office 365 is nicely integrated with our email application Outlook. We also don't have to worry about updates. They are free, and they just happen automatically.
I am pretty happy with its features. However, it could be cheaper for long-term business use.
I have been using this solution for about a year.
It is absolutely stable. There are no issues with that.
I suppose it is scalable because you can install it on more laptops with just additional licenses. It seems pretty easy to manage. I don't manage it myself, so I'm not sure.
We have between 15 and 20 users in our organization who use this solution.
I have not used Microsoft support because I never had any issues.
I believe so. I think you log in to Office 365, and it installs the stuff for you.
It was already preloaded when I got the laptop. You don't need anyone from the technical team for its deployment.
It is probably not cheap, but you can't really compare it with anything else.
I would recommend this solution. It has everything that I need, and I plan to keep using this solution.
I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of ten.
We are using this solution for emails on the cloud.
I don't think that there is anything that needs to be greatly improved with this product.
The user interface needs some improvement.
I have been working with Microsoft 365 Business for two years.
We are using the latest version.
Microsoft 365 Business is a stable product.
It's a scalable solution. We have approximately 2500 users in our organization.
We are satisfied with technical support.
Previously, we used Zimbra.
We have not completed the installation outselves. We outsourced it.
We have a full team to maintain this solution.
I would recommend this solution to others who are interested in using it.
I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of ten.
