We use Microsoft 365 Business for everything. We use it for emails, backup, and messenger.
For all of the requirements that we have, we use Microsoft.
We use Microsoft 365 Business for everything. We use it for emails, backup, and messenger.
For all of the requirements that we have, we use Microsoft.
We like everything about Microsoft 365 Business.
It is easy to use.
It is flexible.
It is priced well.
It's robust, and it's on the cloud.
More integration with Cortana would be helpful. I use Cortana, but it doesn't give very contextual reminders. I would like to see it made to be more contextual and the email searching could be better.
I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for one year.
We are using the latest version.
Microsoft 365 Business is a stable solution.
We have not yet tried to scale. We are a small company with 40 people, and just over 10 are using this solution.
I have not contacted technical support.
Previously, we were using Gmail Business Suite, and because of my previous history with Microsoft, we changed.
It is very easy to install.
We only need one admin to deploy and maintain this solution.
We completed the installation ourselves. We have an IT person who does it.
Microsoft 365 Business is inexpensive.
I would recommend this solution to others.
I would rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten.
We use the product for all kinds of stuff. We use it for Excel, for Outlook, for team collaboration, for sharing documents, et cetera. We take advantage of it in order to do a lot of collaboration with colleagues.
The solution so far has been excellent. I've been very happy with its capabilities.
The solution makes it easy to handle collaboration tasks.
The product has proven to be very stable, and therefore, it is very reliable. I never have had any problems with any kind of situation where I couldn't get my documents. It is very, very reliable and very consistent.
The product scales very well.
The solution needs to make sure it does have the scalability potential in place for large-scale organizations. As a smaller organization, I can't speak to how scalable it would be for very big companies.
It should be a bit more user-friendly. It should be less click to get to what you need. this would help people use it more efficiently.
I've been using the solution for a very long time. It's been mostly five to six years at this point. I have a lot of experience with it.
The product is very reliable and very stable. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze.
The scalability is there if you need to expand.
That said, we are a small organization of 500 people and therefore haven't tested the limits of scaling. I'm unsure as to how big it can go.
I've never had any technical issues with the product and therefore have not had to reach out to support. I can't speak to how helpful or responsive they are. However, the fact that I haven't spoken with them reflects highly on the quality of the product itself.
We've always used Microsoft. I cannot recall using any other product.
I don't have any experience with the installation aspect of the solution. It's not something that I've handled before. I'm not sure what the deployment is like or how easy it is to implement.
I don't handle payments and licensing. I can't speak to how much the company pays or if we're set up on a monthly or yearly payment schedule.
It's my understanding that we did not look at other options before choosing this product.
We're customers and end-users.
Due to the fact that we are on the cloud deployment model, we are always using the latest version of the solution. Microsoft automatically keeps everything up to date.
I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten. So far, we've been happy with how it works and what we can do with it.
I'd recommend the solution to other users and companies.
We use it for documents and PowerPoint presentations. We are most probably using its latest version.
We can access it from anywhere. We can access it from home, the office, or any other place. It is a simple and the right product for the current COVID situation.
Some of the functionalities available in the desktop version are not available on the cloud.
I have been using this solution for two years.
We have around 1,000 people.
It is a good product, so we don't need anything from the support team.
It was easy. We did not do anything. It was already available on the cloud as a part of the Microsoft platform. There is no need to implement it.
Given the current COVID situation, I am quite happy that we use this product. With a cheaper solution, we might end up needing support.
It is quite a good product. Technically, we are happy with this product.
I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of 10.
Microsoft 365 has so many features that we're using including Teams and Sharepoint, as well as some items and plugins as part of Office 365 applications. We are customers of Microsoft and I'm an SAP architecture manager in analytics.
I really like the load utilization tool in the laptop and that everything is in the cloud. It provides data security and mobile access. There is no need to have infrastructure in the office or an in-house IT team which is great. I like having access to the SharePoint platform.
Unfortunately the Teams feature doesn't allow for sharing your location which Office 365 previously had. It's important for us to be able to share that information with other team members. I'd also like to see more storage because currently OneDrive gives 1 TB of space and we'd like more of that.
I've been using this solution for over six years.
Technical support instantly respond to me although it depends on the time difference. I think they are good, we haven't had any problems.
The initial setup takes less than 30 minutes. Anybody can do it although we had an admin person deploy for us. We currently have about 15 users in the company.
We pay a monthly subscription for the solution.
I rate this product a nine out of 10.
We are primarily using the solution for our desktop office apps and Outlook and these kinds of things.
The performance of the solution is very good. It's quite stable. We haven't had any issues with the product so far.
The flexibility of the solution has been great.
The solution can scale.
Technical support is okay.
Technical support could be a bit better. It's an aspect Microsoft could improve upon.
The integration with the other apps could be improved. I know it's dependent on what the company might decide and maybe not from a system side, however, if they can add more apps or more integration that would be helpful.
I've used the solution for one to two years at this point. It hasn't been that long.
The solution is quite stable. The performance is very good. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze. It's reliable.
It is my understanding that the solution is scalable, however, I am not on the technical side, and therefore, it's not an aspect of the solution I directly deal with.
The entire company uses the solution. It's likely around 1,000 people in total.
Technical support is okay, however, it could always be slightly improved upon.
I wasn't a part of the initial setup and therefore cannot speak to the exact process. I am not aware of if it is difficult or straightforward based on personal experience. I also cannot say how long it takes to deploy.
I'm not sure how many team members we have for maintenance or if it is a necessary aspect to be concerned with. Our IT team is managing it, and there are about 50 team members in total in the department.
You do need to pay for a license, however, that is handled by another department. I can't say how much we pay at the company in order to use the solution.
My understanding is that there isn't a big difference between a monthly and yearly licensing fee.
I cannot speak to if we looked at other options before choosing this solution. I did not handle that aspect directly. I'm not sure if we did any comparison at all.
As we are using the solution on the cloud, we are using the latest version of the solution. It is always automatically updating for us.
I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten. We've been mostly quite satisfied with the solution in general.
I would recommend the solution to other users.
We're primarily using Office 365 as a product suite, however, we do not use it from an operating system perspective. It's great for general productivity as well as for teamwork and collaboration.
The solution makes collaboration easy.
It's great for productivity.
The solution is always available and easy to use. Your files are always very safe.
The solution is very stable. It's a reliable product.
The scalability is great.
The solution is reasonably priced.
The solution could improve the user interface a little bit to make it easier to navigate.
I've been using the solution for about two years now. It hasn't been too long.
The solution is very stable. It's reliable. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze.
The scalability is good. You seem to be able to add as many new users as you like. From that perspective, it scales well.
We have about 15 users that regularly use the solution.
I can't speak to any experience with technical support. I've never really dealt with them directly. Therefore, I wouldn't be able to speak to how helpful or responsive they are.
As a cloud-based solution, there isn't really any installation required.
We have a license that we pay for. It renews annually.
It could be cheaper, however, in general, it's affordable.
Since we use the cloud-based version, we're always using the latest version of the solution.
On a scale from one to ten, I'd rate the solution at a nine.
I'd recommend the solution to other users and other organizations.
Our primary use case is for collaboration and integration communication. We use extended pipeline, SharePoint and emailing. It's really all about the connectivity of communication, sharing documents and things like that. We are customers of Microsoft.
The most valuable features of the product are the interoperability and ease of integration. I appreciate that there is a lot of documentation available for this solution.
This product could be improved by adding certain drawing tool capabilities. It still uses the Visio drawing tool which is not that great, and it's time for an upgrade. The drawing tool should be more collaborative to work across teams.
I also think overall stability of MS products could be improved.
I've been using this solution for two years.
I don't see any issues with scalability, it's very good.
The initial setup is quite straightforward.
Microsoft does not come cheap, but I don't have anything to compare it to and it's a good product.
It's preferable to use the version that has the premium features, the advanced features, because they really have the punch in terms of capabilities.
I rate this solution an eight out of 10.
The main use for this solution is for internal business conduct.
Since most of our employees are familiar with Microsoft solutions Microsoft 365 Business is very easy to use for everyone.
In a future release, I would like to see what more Microsoft can do in terms of integration with other solutions.
I have been using this solution for approximately five years.
The solution is stable.
It is a very scalable solution because we use it with Microsoft OneDrive for cloud archiving files and Microsoft Exchange for our employee emails.
We have 10 people in my organization that use this solution.
We purchase annual licenses for this solution.
I recommend this solution to others.
I rate Microsoft 365 Business an eight out of ten.
