It is an indispensable tool in the planning of architectural projects, it allows us to organize and manage the stages of the project, process metric calculations and gives vivid memories of the work. Having all the office tools integrated and online facilitates us to share and edit the information from different equipment and devices.

• It is effortless to implement which ensures the whole team can handle the tools without problem, both the most used, like Word and Excel to make simple documents, and others like PowerPoint for the presentation of architectural projects to customers.  
• It also supports using Skype for remote meetings without major problems, asides being able to support cloud storage which is very useful.

• From my personal use, I have found using OneNote indispensable, very often I use it during the day for important reminders and scheduled tasks. Its latest versions have greatly improved its efficiency and usefulness at the fact of being able to insert images into the notes.
• Skype is also very useful for making video calls to architects who are on site for urgent adjustments.

• I am very disappointed that this version does not include the Microsoft Project tool, which is essential in our area of ​​work to plan projects. 
• Outlook has always left me unhappy with its interfaces, although it has improved in its latest updates.

We have not experienced major problems with the program, some of the errors were solved using tutorials in the network.

We used the traditional desktop version but decided to change to the Microsoft 365 Business version since it offers the opportunity to work online and share the information efficiently, which is much more useful.

It was really simple.

It was implemented internally in the project planning department.

It is a reasonable and acceptable value for the utility and functions that it incorporates.

We evaluated using Google Docs but we are Microsoft users, and for that reason, we decided to continue with their tools.

It is advisable to have a basic knowledge of traditional office tools to be able to get the most out of it.

We use Microsoft 365 Business for business applications, such as PowerPoint, Exel, Word, and Outlook.

The most valuable feature of this solution, in my opinion, is its simplicity. It is a standard file format that is simple to deploy and exchange files with other users.

I personally have not contacted technical support. The backend team may have reached out to the support team.

As a cloud-based solution, the installation process is quite straightforward.

Similar to the OS, you can spend a couple of days doing the front end, and for each machine, it takes a few hours.

Pricing is something they could improve in general.

Licensing fees are paid annually.

I would recommend this solution to others who are interested in using it.

Sometimes I don't understand the relation between OneDrive and SharePoint that well. It's difficult.

I use Microsoft 365 Business for my daily business.

The most useful thing about it is Microsoft OneDrive. It helps me back up everything on my laptop. If I lose my laptop, I can confidently buy a new one and get back my previous work files. I like the Microsoft Office package, Microsoft Word, presentation, and Excel. 

I like that it is very easy to use, especially for a Mac user. They have a very big community, and whenever I get stuck or have questions, I just ask Google, and then I get the answer immediately.

It would be better if they seamlessly integrated with Macs. Because I have two laptops, and whenever I open one file in Windows laptop, and then I open the same file in my Macbook, the user interface is not consistent. Certain functions can run on Windows, but another function cannot, but it runs on the Mac.

I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for nearly ten years.

Microsoft 365 Business is totally stable.

It is easy to install—just one click. It did not take long to deploy. I think it is quite fast or maybe because my laptop is the modern one, it took less than five minutes.

I implemented this solution by myself.

I would recommend this solution to other users.

On a scale from one to ten, I would give Microsoft 365 Business a nine.

We use the solution for email, to make a document or a spreadsheet, these type of usages.
