What is our primary use case?

We are a Thai company providing system integration. We are partners of SAP and I'm an associate manager at the company. 

What is most valuable?

In general, I like the features of this solution, in particular the customization. 

What needs improvement?

I think the license fees are too high.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The product is quite stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Most customers are moving to the cloud so scalability is not an issue. We have an internal team of around 10 people who deal with engineering software. We have hundreds of users of this product. 

How are customer service and support?

Technical support is good. 

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was quite straightforward.

What other advice do I have?

Most customers prefer to implement SAP because of the customization it offers.

Good integration, stable, and scalable, but needs a better user interface

What is our primary use case?

We are using it for all of our core business processes, including finance, sales and distribution, warehousing, and HR. We have its latest version.

What is most valuable?

Its integration is most valuable.

What needs improvement?

Its user interface should be improved.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using this solution for more than seven years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

It is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It is also scalable. Currently, we have more than a thousand users.

How are customer service and technical support?

Their technical support is fine. We have a Service Level Agreement with SAP's technical support. They are within their Service Level Agreement.

What other advice do I have?

I would recommend this solution. It is the best ERP product. We plan to keep using it in the foreseeable future.

Stable and scalable software for internal solutions

What is our primary use case?

I use ERP for internal solutions like selling and our customer database.

What needs improvement?

An area for improvement would be the response time. In the next release, I would like to see more technical integration for directly designed solutions on behalf of the selling process so that you can design solutions and not have to use ten or more other tools to get the solution for selling.

I've been using this solution for a couple of years.

ERP is very stable.

This solution is scalable.

I previously used Salesforce.

Stable solution; great tech support

What is our primary use case?

All of our business transactions happen in ERP. 

What needs improvement?

All SAP solutions are quite costly. They could be cheaper. The license costs are pretty high. 

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been using SAP ERP for more than a decade. 

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

SAP ERP is stable. 

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

SAP ERP is scalable. We have some five to ten thousand SAP ERP users. 

How are customer service and technical support?

Their tech support is always good. 

What about the implementation team?

We deployed in-house. Some 200 members of our technical team were involved. They were in roles like manager, engineer, admin, and support team member. 

What other advice do I have?

I would recommend this solution.

Reliable but could use more integrations

What is our primary use case?

Mostly, I use ERP for engineering applications — small fry infrastructure.

What needs improvement?

ERP could use better integration with other systems. That's always the thing. Any upgrade or any other integration would be helpful with such a solid platform.

I have been using SAP ERP for about 10 years now. 

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

ERP is stable. The outcome is clear to us as far as the design goes.

How was the initial setup?

I don't set the solution up. It's just for me to play with the keyboard.
