Has the solution reduced human error and/or freed up employee time? If yes, how has this affected your business?

UiPath reduces human error by 100%. Whatever you give to the robot, it will do it correctly. That said, it needs to be programmed correctly - if it's programmed wrong, it will do it 100% wrong. If it's programmed right, it does it 100% right.

UiPath decreases human error. A lot of the reporting on product quality was done through manual data entry into the database system. There is potential for human error. Now, we can a lot of that information automatically and perform the data analysis with UiPath.

UiPath helps minimize human errors by automating tasks. It even allows us to create extensions in plain English. For instance, instead of writing complex code to find a phone number in a document, we could say "Fetch phone number" and UiPath would generate the necessary code for us. This makes automation development more accessible, even for those without extensive coding knowledge.

We have created context-grounded searches or chatbots using context grounding, and we also use context grounding within an Agentic flow where a bot or agent reads ServiceNow tickets to determine whether it has been assigned to the right work group. If it has not been assigned correctly due to human error, it automatically reassigns it to the right group.

Originally for onboarding, we had many errors happening where the wrong access was given or admin access was accidentally approved. Now, when the bot picks it up, it'll check stuff like that. And if it's admin access, it will go to an extra approval step. Before, it might have been accidentally slipped through and it would be a lot of user error in that case. So now we don't have any errors for onboarding.

With UiPath Platform, you can reduce inaccuracy and process many documents very quickly using RPA robots. A good scenario is a company receiving hundreds of invoices through email from customers. The bot can monitor the inbox, extract the attached files, extract data using OCR, and log in to an application to load the data correctly.

Since automating with UiPath Platform, human error has reduced to 0% because the process we automate relies on the standard process that humans perform, and it is significantly faster; for example, while a human takes about five minutes to send an email and raise a ticket, automation reduces that time to just a couple of seconds.

By using UiPath Platform, I always try to reduce human errors by the maximum amount possible. It really depends on the projects because we have a rapidly changing environment when needing to do something quick as a POC or MVP product to show the customer something that works. In my experience where I developed solutions using UiPath Platform, I always aim for an eighty percent reduction in human errors.
