Our customers and employees are happier. Employees' menial labor is reduced, and they can spend more time interacting with customers. Our customers like this because they can talk to a real person who will follow up on their issues. It's generated a lot of buzz in the community. Customers can talk to our agents faster and get the information they need quicker
View full review »Automating certain tasks can potentially save employees approximately 60 hours per week. This was particularly true in our parking pass processing. People used to get overwhelmed with that task, so automating it saves significant time.

View full review »We've achieved some of these outcomes so far, but we've only been automating for a year. I came to this event last year knowing nothing about UiPath, but I met some people and hooked up with a partner to get started. I met some people. We got hooked up with a partner who could help us get started. Then, I started hiring developers. We're still early on in this relationship, but we've already seen tremendous gains in efficiency and error reductions.

We've saved costs, increased productivity, and reduced stress on our employees. It has saved our employees time. They're thinking more about their processes instead of just doing what they're told. It places more onus on employee creativity.
View full review »We get documents from our suppliers and, as a distributor, send them to our customers. If the supplier hasn't sent them, we need to hound them. We were falling behind on our backlog of 250,000 documents. UiPath enabled us to avoid adding more employees. Automation was the way to go. We haven't added any more headcount, and the backlog is going down, but it isn't as much as we had hoped.
View full review »We're moving away from the current platforms because they're less robust. The RPA tools we've used previously haven't kept up with the pace of change. UiPath is a leader that has continued to progress with RPA development and invest in improvements.
View full review »These processes take forever if you're doing it manually. For example, let's take something as simple as hiring. Evaluating a candidate probably takes 30 to 45 minutes to complete all the steps, and large organizations are constantly hiring. Another challenge is the number of staff you have. By automating using robots, you can reduce the number of people you need to hire and complete the work much faster. It also helps resolve turnover. You can run the automation 24/7, and robots don't take vacations, so things happen faster.
View full review »We were processing about 2,000 invoices a month when I started. Now we're up to about three thousand. It took about 15 minutes per invoice to process because there were so many different elements. Working with Yardi is challenging. There was a big issue with getting these into Yardi and uploading them in batches. If one invoice in the batch failed, it would kick them all out. We spent all this extra effort troubleshooting and doing all of this.

View full review »Many of these people who do medical coding don't have college degrees. They're normal people with a lot going on in their lives, so they can't commit to doing this coding every moment of every day. A person can code maybe 10 to 15 records daily, but the bot could do 50. You also don't need to pay bots or give them benefits and physical workspaces. UiPath enables our organization to be more robust in what we can do.

View full review »With generative AI, we can take on even more complex tasks. We've seen a return in claims and enrollment, which has freed up time and resources. There are lots of other possibilities. Our frontline people have seen how it can supplement and focus on more important tasks, and business leaders like seeing the resources freed for various reasons. The growth potential is immense, and we're only in the early stages.

They were only capturing dollar amounts, but these invoices have tons of other information that was just going to waste and could be analyzed. Now, we're capturing the data and analyzing it. It will be a significant benefit, considering how we do business
View full review »We initially focused on time savings and how we could free people up more. We achieved that over time, but it took a while to get there in the first few years. We came in with some use cases that we later learned were not great fits for automation. We learned through trial and error and got better at identifying better use cases for automation. We've succeeded, and it's worked out for the better.

View full review »With UiPath, we have saved time and cut costs. For example, one process previously took several people six or seven hours, but we've reduced it to a four-minute process. This allows us to shift our teams to more analytical, value-added work instead of repetitive transactional tasks.

View full review »I think that UiPath Platform is the number one RPA tool right now. The price is high because they are giving everything in one platform; that is why I think they are asking that much money. The price can be good for other countries, but we are right now in Pakistan, and in Pakistan, this price is very large.
