UiPath Platform EVENT - Forward 2024 - ROI
Have you seen ROI (Return on Investment)? If yes, in what way (i.e. metrics/data points)?
We've saved over a thousand hours of labor this year alone in various forms, such as reporting that was previously generated manually and sent out or forms that were filled out and put into the system. Those are now automated through various methods. It has saved double the standard employee's salary.
View full review »Automation has increased our productivity. In my three years at the company, the number of employees working on data entry has grown from 15 to more than 50. We needed an alternative because we couldn't have 150 employees in one room doing data entry. UiPath has improved our efficiency by 60 percent and reduced errors by 87 percent in the assessment process.

View full review »We've saved time and reduced human error.
View full review »We've seen a significant ROI by reducing the number of full-time employees. We haven't calculated a precise figure, but it has been pretty successful, and we believe it is promising.
View full review »We have seen a significant return on investment. The easiest to measure is the hours saved from manual work. We've saved the equivalent of 200 FTEs worth of hours each year. There are also less measurable benefits, such as improved quality and faster throughput.
View full review »We are probably just starting to see a positive dollar ROI versus what we spent implementing UiPath. We only started this in January, and it was fully implemented by late June or early July. Hence, we are still in the infancy phase of experiencing ROI.
View full review »From a cost-saving perspective, we are seeing a lot of returns, including internal staffing cost savings and HR bot efficiencies.
View full review »When you start a program, it takes a while to reach the point where you achieve an ROI. Still, if you're not seeing an ROI with UiPath by the second year, you're doing it wrong. We are doing that right now.
View full review »We've seen the greatest ROI from large-scale invoice processing, but small-scale operations have had great returns. Before automation, we were processing 3,000 invoices monthly, which took 15 minutes each. It still requires time to review them in the Action Center manually.
View full review »UiPath helped us save around 500,000 thousand hours. Over our entire automation journey, that amounts to an estimated $25 million worth of productivity hours.
View full review »We have seen a return on investment due to time savings with high-value employees. However, as we continue to make new things, it's hard to determine the exact return at this point.
View full review »There has been a return on investment, though I'm unsure of the specific amount. We've already saved time and thousands of dollars.
View full review »While there hasn't been a financial return on investment yet, the team is happier not having to manually enter invoices, which is a qualitative benefit. However, I foresee a financial return in the future.
View full review »The leadership is pleased with the outcomes. With Insights, we can show them how much time we're saving with each process. We document savings in hours rather than monetary terms.
View full review »UiPath has successfully met our expectations by reducing project costs through automation, demonstrating a strong return on investment.
View full review »UiPath provides a significant ROI in saving time and improving the employee experience.
View full review »I can't quantify the amount of time we've saved with UiPath, but we've reduced our headcount by about 10 percent. We're not laying people off, but we can backfill employee positions with automation as they leave.
View full review »We realized significant time savings across three business areas, totaling several thousand hours. Our benchmark process was automating the manual processing of credit card chargebacks. Fully automating this process not only saved us time but also millions of dollars.
View full review »We've seen a return in time saved and reduced headcount. We've automated over 100 production processes. It's the equivalent of having 27 full-time employees, more than covering the solution's cost. We track the ROI on all our automations rigorously and ensure that the automations justify their costs, resulting in substantial savings.
View full review »We've saved thousands of hours using UiPath and freed employees to focus on more value-added work.
View full review »We've saved about 2,500 hours annually with UiPath.
View full review »If we translate those hours into costs, the tool has helped me to save costs for both me and for the customers.

I have seen return on investment with UiPath Platform. While exact numbers are under NDA, UiPath Platform has solved many repetitive tasks and has enabled people to focus on improving their skills or advancing the business in other ways.
View full review »So far, we are just about breaking even with UiPath Platform. We have had UiPath Platform for about a year; we are coming up on our renewal. I crunched some numbers a week ago, and we are a little bit under, however, since this is our first year, we understand it might take a bit of time to reach that speed.

View full review »We have definitely seen a return on investment with UiPath Platform. We've seen, with all the document handling, a lot of return on those efforts.
View full review »I am not deeply involved in tracking the ROI metrics to provide specific numbers. I can say that the automation program has been growing significantly. Recently, it is really hard to stay updated with agents, IXP, and Maestro because it's challenging to find business cases to justify using those tools. This is frustrating since, as a technician, I would to leverage the best of the product and provide the best experience and solution for my clients, however, justifying the high price on the latest features makes that difficult.
View full review »I have seen a return on investment with UiPath Platform. With 62 bots saving 600,000 hours, we are around 500,000 plus, on target to reach 600,000 this year. This translates to $50 an hour or $18 an hour depending on how half of the work is done in the Philippines, which we count for around $20 an hour, and whatever is in San Diego, where our company is based.
View full review »I have seen a return on investment with UiPath Platform. I cannot speak specifics due to confidentiality, however, we have definitely seen a significant reduction in hours on many HR transactions, and additionally, many streamlined processes that are consistently run as opposed to ad hoc.

Robotic Process Automation Developer at a financial services firm with 1,001-5,000 employees
I have absolutely seen a return on investment with UiPath Platform. When we talk about ROIs with UiPath Platform, we see that it doesn't necessarily have to be full-time employee savings. Sometimes, it's simply a cost we've saved on paper, but there are also instances where it's very tangible and measurable. We've used UiPath Platform not just for streamlining processes or automating manual tasks, however, we've even built some products—such as silo applications—just to navigate licensing costs for the original application.
View full review »I have seen a return on investment with UiPath Platform. We do monitor our ROI for every project we deploy to production. We do see a great return on investment, and that's why we continue to use it.
View full review »I could see a return on investment with UiPath Platform, but nothing is in production yet; I can see it's coming.
View full review »I believe the development of a project can save about twenty to fifty percent of the normal time needed, which is usually around one month to one and a half months.
View full review »I have seen a return on investment with UiPath Platform, but I cannot share specific data points.
View full review »The return on investment has been significant, especially in finance and reconciliation. With UiPath Platform, something that used to take two weeks to be done is now completed in one day. This has helped us save in terms of FTEs that we used to hire for this specific process and avoid human errors, which gave us penalties, financial penalties in this case.
