What are your thoughts on UiPath’s user community in terms of the value that you gain by being a part of it?
UiPath's user community is very helpful. We learn about different technologies and aspects when we get involved with the user community. Sometimes, we interact with problems that we have never worked on. We learn about such challenges and their solutions because of the solution's user community.
If you are struggling somewhere, you can post the issue on the user community forums and get an immediate response. With UiPath support, we have to wait for 24 hours to get a resolution. We get quick responses in community forums because experts respond to us. Compared to other solutions, UiPath's community forum is much stronger.

I also reached out to some colleagues on LinkedIn who directed me to the Sri Lankan user community. They were amazing.

I was impressed by UiPath's user community. We used an open-source library that someone else had built and generously shared with the UiPath community. It ideally suited our needs. The user community is also very responsive, and we readily receive answers to our questions.

The UiPath community offers a lot of value for sharing knowledge and networking. It helps you build knowledge and grow professionally within the same company or land your dream job in this space. Many large companies are using UiPath as the main automation tool.

I go to forums and similar platforms and always find supportive people who often have had similar problems or issues that I've been able to reach out to, communicate with, and get the path forward for, so it's been nothing but positive.

I am not part of UiPath Community; I am a viewer, not an active contributor. I have definitely realized benefits from the community, as any error I need help on, I put it in there, and somebody else has had it. The beauty of the community is that we're helping build each other up in terms of our skill sets and also running into roadblocks, finding others who can help, even if I don't know that person; the answers are out there.

View full review »My thoughts on UiPath Platform's user community in terms of the value I gain by being part of it are that it is my first place to go if I have any questions or need some light troubleshooting, so it is very valuable for me. I think our developers also find a lot of value from there, figuring out how to structure certain things.
View full review »UiPath User Community is pretty new for me; I just came across it at the conference, meeting all the other MVPs. We are not in that program yet, but it gave so much back that we think maybe we will join them in our vertical, which is financial services.

We are part of the UiPath Community. In terms of the value that we've gained by being part of the UiPath user community, we really enjoy being able to access what's going on in the forum, and having the opportunity to attend some of the local UiPath events. Pittsburgh doesn't have as much going on with their team or group, but the opportunity has been there in the past. It's beneficial to see what other people are doing at those events because it's very easy to think you're in a silo, especially within healthcare, so it's nice to see what others are doing.

It's really nice that your peers can help you instead of always leaning on a third party or UiPath themselves. It's kind of nice to talk to end users in specific situations.

We were very active in the community a long time ago, providing answers and asking questions, but recently we haven't been as active. Perhaps this is because the team is more senior now and we might not need that much interaction, but initially, it was very helpful.

The value I gain from being part of UiPath Platform user community is great; it has helped us in many places where we have been stuck, as other customers have experienced similar issues; for instance, we had connection issues with our hybrid deployment and found a lot of information through the community, which helped get our bots up 99% of the time, compared to roughly 60% before.

I have been getting involved with community activities, and being able to talk to other companies with similar enterprise-type solutions has been valuable. Reaching out to the community has allowed me to talk to product developers and engineers.

My thoughts on UiPath's user community in terms of the value gained by being part of it include just being able to shape the products; UiPath Platform is very receptive to feedback, and being the first implementation of Autopilot, we provided feedback catered to our needs.

View full review »The thoughts on the UiPath Platform user community are very positive. It is great because other platforms lack such a community. If a search is needed for something about an error in Power Automate, it is challenging to find a solution because the documentation is very limited. In contrast, UiPath Platform community is vast, filled with talented individuals, with technical support staff often commenting on posts, which is very helpful. The community should continue that great work.

View full review »I use the UiPath Platform user community, specifically the forum, but I notice that there are some threads that are quite old or unresponded, meaning that someone puts a question, and they do not have a follow-up for the solution.
