Can you quantify the ROI you have seen from using UiPath's Communications Mining, in terms of time or money or both?

From an intake perspective, Automation Hub is truly good at determining good prospects. You can use ROI, you can use the hours saved, and you can show the value for it. We've customized it to our needs to ask questions around risk and compliance and things of that nature, allowing us to do a more thorough evaluation of new opportunities.

View full review »It's difficult to explain to UiPath Platform how RPA helps since we don't have something specific that we're using, however, we are definitely seeing some dramatic time savings on the things we have automated so far.

View full review »For the email processing mentioned earlier, just this year, we've processed close to 400,000 emails, which equates to about 6,000 hours of employees' time. So that's a huge savings right now, just processing emails.

View full review »Since we're doing these automations for other lines of business internally, the costs that we're recouping aren't our costs that we're recouping. Making that more transparent to us and how they're recouping their hard costs is also pretty critical to helping us expand and scale.

View full review »We do monitor our ROI for every project we deploy to production. We do see a great return on investment, and that's why we continue to use it.
View full review »We have roughly 30 automations, some that run once a quarter, some once a month. Mostly they run throughout the day, saving us around a thousand hours per month, and we have done that for the past seven years or so.
