The features of UiPath Platform that I most prefer are its connectivity into different ERPs and different enterprise systems, as well as the ability for very easy, citizen-led development. These features have benefited our organization from a connectivity perspective, as we leverage the connectivity with Coupa to provide better process data.

In our business, there are tons of different platforms and it's not always easy to get the right access to integrate them natively through code. We use UiPath Platform to overcome some of the environmental challenges that we see in the business.

Within finance, what we've automated includes invoicing for non-patient billing for third-party clients, particularly as it interacts with PeopleSoft, so users don't actually have to have access to PeopleSoft.
