UiPath helps us to reduce human error and eliminate some repetitive tasks involved in processing invoices, so our employees can focus on critical work. We have been able to assign users to different tasks.

View full review »Automation has freed up employees for more things. That's something that they like about it. The other thing it's done is build some excitement about IT and solutions in general. They're always looking at the new thing that's coming out. They want to see what else we can do for them. Automation isn't always the answer, but we can get them to engage and talk to us during office hours to attempt to solve their problem with UiPath. We can also learn more about what they do.

View full review »I have seen return on investment with UiPath Platform. We have roughly 30 automations, some that run once a quarter, some once a month. Mostly they run throughout the day, saving us around a thousand hours per month, and we have done that for the past seven years or so.

View full review »The amount of time that UiPath Platform automation has freed up from doing manual work depends on the complexity of the process. For instance, in one recently developed reporting process that interacts with Excel and SAP, processing a report file with nearly 300 items would take an hour manually. However, with the automation bot, we complete the entire reporting in about two minutes. That is a significant time saving compared to the one hour it takes manually for processing each item.
