UiPath Platform Agentic Automation- Use case
Do you currently use UiPath’s agentic automation capabilities (e.g., Agent Builder, Orchestration, Testing, or Autopilot)? If yes, which agentic capabilities do you use? What are your use cases, and/or which department processes have you automated with UiPath’s agentic automation?
We are getting ready to use Autopilot as part of Test Manager, Test Suite, since we just moved to the cloud for our Orchestrator, and now we'll be able to utilize Test Manager in the cloud as well, which includes the Autopilot piece we are going to be using. The department processes we will automate with this capability include software testing.

"The features of UiPath Platform that I value the most are Orchestration, which is a significant component, and the agentic pieces that are coming into shape. The biggest thing is that we need to figure out how to connect other agentic pieces that we have."
View full review »We've used Agent Builder, IXP, and Maestro for orchestration. We have already created a few agents and have started to use Maestro for a few flows, though we are not yet there to orchestrate an end-to-end workflow. My main use cases for UiPath Platform include many use cases across a lot of departments.
View full review »I currently use all of UiPath Platform Agentic Automation capabilities, including the Agent Builder, Testing, and Autopilot. The only real use case we have implemented with UiPath Platform Agentic Automation is creating synthetic test data; the others are tests in our lab where we are trying out different solutions.
View full review »The use cases for Agent Builder involve an automation that we're currently working on for our owner relations department. They receive a ton of emails asking about various information about their ownership, or maybe needing to pass off their interest to a family member, or they've sold their interest. So this agent will receive those emails, get the context of that email, get the sentiment, and be able to route that email to the correct person or department that needs to handle that request. So it could be a revenue question, it could be a land question, it could be all sorts of different questions.
View full review »Currently, my main use cases for UiPath Platform are working on Agentic. Previously I have worked on multiple RPA processes, be it finance, sales, or airport operations. My use cases and the department processes I have automated with UiPath Platform Agentic Automation are from the airlines industry, such as seat assignment and refunds for now.

Our use cases with UiPath Agentic Automation mostly involve plasma and also supply chain and IT operations—those are where the true Agentic Automation capabilities lie; everything else could be done with RPA.
View full review »As we are moving towards the Agentic, we have used Agent Builder and Maestro to automate one of our processes which was related to seat assignment. The agent was able to identify which seats are available based on the user preference and seat map, and it was able to assign the best-suited seat to the user. My teams and I have used the vendor's UiPath Academy courses.
View full review »The use of agentic automation in UiPath Platform has transformed from rule-based logic using if statements to AI agents that analyze data to make decisions. This is particularly useful when dealing with unstructured data, such as invoices with different layouts. AI can classify and extract data accurately. I have worked with both Azure Cloud and AWS and Google Cloud for UiPath Platform. In most of the cases that I work on, we deploy the bot in containers. You will build desktop servers using platforms such as Azure DevOps because we are Agile.
View full review »I use agentic automation to help with challenges, and I also use agentic AI in UiPath Platform. In my opinion, it is a good thing because when we use agentic AI, the AI-powered agent observes, decides, plans, and acts automatically to complete tasks instead of following fixed-based rules for the workflows. I appreciate the agentic AI workflows. With agentic automation, it helps to leverage people, robots, and AI agents to automate processes by having Document Understanding integrated with LLMs, such as Action Centers. I value the LLM parts for that.
