View full review »UiPath has freed up employee time for us. We have delivered two projects to a European-based client. UiPath has freed 90% of employee time in one of the processes and 85% in the other. It was a very big logistic company where we implemented UiPath using a Document Understanding to extract all invoices and feed them into the application. Earlier, they used to allocate these tasks to nine resources. Now, one resource can handle everything.

View full review »UiPath Platform has positively impacted my organization because the time saved is the main characteristic for me. I take two or three hours to do an automation in VBA only, but with UiPath Platform, I can do this remotely and it's faster than manual input.
I save about two to three hours per day overall due to using UiPath Platform.
My main metric for return on investment using UiPath Platform is time saved; I saved about three to four hours per day with the automations.

We are able to automate our mundane tasks and we gain many hours back. UiPath Platform helped reduce the time invested by humans in doing business processes. This time is now involved in scaling other processes, so we scaled the operations, either internally as a direct customer or for our clients.
View full review »The features of UiPath Platform that I find most valuable are the unattended bots, which is what we mainly use, and then we dabbled into attended bots for a while. The unattended bots have been most successful for us so far.
We have about 62 bots running in production today and saving around close to 600,000 hours a year of manual work.

View full review »We wanted to remove that manual intervention or bring up some human touch there. First, we did a prototype to see how the end-to-end workflow was happening for one use case. Then we tried to derive metrics, such as how much time we are saving in terms of resources and for the entire flow. It made a significant difference for us at that point in time. Usually, it used to take many minutes and had to interact with numerous tools and technologies. When we implemented UiPath Platform and RPA, it showed substantial improvements from a metrics perspective regarding time savings and overall efficiency.

View full review »Using UiPath Platform wasn't my personal decision; it was more of a professional coincidence due to moving to a different company where UiPath Platform was offered to some clients. I got assigned to those clients, so it was ultimately an accident rather than a decision I made. Microsoft is offering excellent deals, especially with document processing, and they have their own orchestration style. While it is a different experience, the cost is much more appealing, leading us to contemplate several Microsoft products because of pricing rather than technical superiority. Some might argue that UiPath Platform is a better product, but they may not realize that even if Power Automate and the overall Power Platform are not the best technical options, they deliver good enough solutions at better prices, which could potentially lead us to shift clients from UiPath Platform to Microsoft Power Platform for business reasons.

View full review »From my experience, UiPath Platform has reduced human error by removing manual work, and it has reduced almost 70 to 80% of manual efforts. One of our clients who works for Tally used to spend the entire day completing ledger solutions, but after automating that, it was completed within one to two hours, saving almost 70 to 80% of the person's time.
View full review »The amount of time that UiPath Platform automation has freed up from doing manual work depends on the complexity of the process. For instance, in one recently developed reporting process that interacts with Excel and SAP, processing a report file with nearly 300 items would take an hour manually. However, with the automation bot, we complete the entire reporting in about two minutes. That is a significant time saving compared to the one hour it takes manually for processing each item.
