UiPath Platform Use of Agentic Automation
Do you use Agentic Automation? If yes, what challenges are you looking to overcome by leveraging Agentic Automation’s ability to leverage people, robots, and AI agents to automate processes?
We use Agentic automation. It's very good at automating processes. We're still at an early stage. We have access to the alpha version. I like what it is doing, however, it is not production-ready yet. I see its potential.

View full review »I use Agentic Automation to bring automation to a more autonomous level by leveraging its ability to integrate people, robots, and AI agents to automate processes. I use Agentic Automation for level one support, understanding all the issues raised by the client and providing responses to them, fixes to them, and prioritizing them better.
View full review »As agentic automation is now coming to the forefront, we're definitely looking to move to that case, going from just using AI and also the agentic piece of it as well. We do have a few use cases in mind, however, we are trying to find the right fit, and part of this conference is helping us figure out.

We do not yet use agentic AI, however, that's coming next year as we're getting the contract ready. We do not use agentic automation such as Agent Builder, Agentic Orchestration, or Autopilot yet; we are currently using Copilot, which allows us to dip our toes into the agentic waters.

For example, the Agentic workflow I mentioned helps the IT help desk team ensure tickets are more streamlined, consequently reducing delays in responding to tickets.
View full review »I currently use all of UiPath Platform Agentic Automation capabilities, including the Agent Builder, Testing, and Autopilot. The only real use case we have implemented with UiPath Platform Agentic Automation is creating synthetic test data; the others are tests in our lab where we are trying out different solutions.

View full review »Currently, my main use cases for UiPath Platform are working on Agentic. Previously I have worked on multiple RPA processes, be it finance, sales, or airport operations. My use cases and the department processes I have automated with UiPath Platform Agentic Automation are from the airlines industry, such as seat assignment and refunds for now.
View full review »The biggest part for us in implementing Agentic Automation is the denial space, especially for the appeal letter process. One specific use case that we're wanting to automate with Agentic revolves around our utilization review, where our nurses work through appeals from different payers for DRG downgrades, as all the denials come in from different payers through faxes; we're hoping to have the agent determine what type of document it is so it understands what RPA process to kick off with it.
View full review »My overall experience using UiPath Platform's Agentic Automation capabilities indicates there's a lot to learn. I couldn't find much training on it. I looked on YouTube and within the UiPath community, and a lot of help came from our sales rep who connected with us and helped us along.
View full review »As we are moving towards the Agentic, we have used Agent Builder and Maestro to automate one of our processes which was related to seat assignment. The agent was able to identify which seats are available based on the user preference and seat map, and it was able to assign the best-suited seat to the user.
View full review »The use of agentic automation in UiPath Platform allows for decision-making based on data analysis. Previously, bots relied on predefined rules, but now they can use AI agents to improve decision-making accuracy.

View full review »I use agentic automation to help with challenges, and I also use agentic AI in UiPath Platform. In my opinion, it is a good thing because when we use agentic AI, the AI-powered agent observes, decides, plans, and acts automatically to complete tasks instead of following fixed-based rules for the workflows. I appreciate the agentic AI workflows. With agentic automation, it helps to leverage people, robots, and AI agents to automate processes by having Document Understanding integrated with LLMs, such as Action Centers. I value the LLM parts for that.
View full review »Regarding agentic automation, one of the challenges I sought to overcome by leveraging people, robots, and AI agents in automating processes was the difficulty of integrating multiple applications through UiPath Platform Agentic AI. Recently, UiPath Platform introduced UiPath Maestro, which has significantly resolved many of these problems.
