UiPath has significantly improved our efficiency by automating domain and application monitoring, saving valuable time and working hours. These tasks were previously quite intensive and repetitive, demanding considerable focus and effort from our employees. With UiPath handling these processes, we've freed up our workforce to take on more engaging and strategic responsibilities.

It hasn't saved time in my work because I'm still spending a lot of time learning the software. It was new, so learning and implementing those things in my work takes time.

UiPath frees up employee's time for things that matter and need to be done by a human. It has saved 30% to 40% of the time of the customer service staff. We can easily automate tasks that our agent is conducting. The benefits are seen more outside working hours when you have fewer people working.

It saves employee time absolutely. When we automate manual or recurring tasks, employees have free time, so they are looking at picking up other creative tasks instead of doing redundant ones.

UiPath Platform has positively impacted my organization because the time saved is the main characteristic for me. I take two or three hours to do an automation in VBA only, but with UiPath Platform, I can do this remotely and it's faster than manual input. I save about two to three hours per day overall due to using UiPath Platform.

The best features I appreciate about UiPath Platform are its drag and drop activities and the ability to automate and schedule daily tasks with triggers, which eliminates the need for manual effort.

UiPath Orchestrator has been essential in managing automated tasks for my organization, as it is a must-use feature. Without the orchestrator, I cannot control my project or automation. If I want to trigger the process either by time or any event, I have to use the orchestrator to check the status of the jobs running and the output. Additionally, if an exception occurs, I can only see it on the orchestrator; it is a crucial component, as without it, I cannot monitor my jobs.

It's not relieving us of FTEs, however, it means that these people aren't having to spend the time to do it, so they're able to focus their work on other beneficial items and it's less prone to error.

My advice to another organization considering using UiPath Platform is to scale quickly, get funding, and buy-in from leadership. Overall, I would rate UiPath Platform seven out of ten, as there's always room for improvement.

An example of time saved with Agentic AI would be taking customer information from numerous emails that would require manual human processing. Running an Agentic process takes minutes compared to what could take an adjuster anywhere from an hour to days depending on the information volume.

The main task of RPA with UiPath Platform is to reduce the manual workload in offices, especially for repetitive tasks. For example, someone keeps typing every day while going through PDF files and capturing the data into a system. With UiPath Platform, you can reduce inaccuracy and process many documents very quickly using RPA robots.
