The best features I appreciate about UiPath Platform are its drag and drop activities and the ability to automate and schedule daily tasks with triggers, which eliminates the need for manual effort.

UiPath Orchestrator has been essential in managing automated tasks for my organization, as it is a must-use feature. Without the orchestrator, I cannot control my project or automation. If I want to trigger the process either by time or any event, I have to use the orchestrator to check the status of the jobs running and the output. Additionally, if an exception occurs, I can only see it on the orchestrator; it is a crucial component, as without it, I cannot monitor my jobs.

I cannot speak specifics due to confidentiality, however, we have definitely seen a significant reduction in hours on many HR transactions, and additionally, many streamlined processes that are consistently run as opposed to ad hoc.

Orchestrator makes it way easier for us to identify failed transactions, navigate what went wrong, and pinpoint the issues to bottleneck them out, allowing us to work on the issues and making the processes smoother.

Again, with document handling, we have been able to basically reduce headcount in certain areas and just streamline how we're handling faxes, images, and orders.

My advice to another organization considering using UiPath Platform is to scale quickly, get funding, and buy-in from leadership. Overall, I would rate UiPath Platform seven out of ten, as there's always room for improvement.
