UiPath's AI capabilities, such as pre-trained invoices and receipts models, have effectively extracted structured and unstructured documents. For example, when processing purchase orders, the AI model identified key fields, such as invoice numbers, dates, line items, and currency details, with high accuracy. I have found the machine learning models to be especially useful when working with documents that have different formats.

Our solution performs classification, sentiment analysis using the AI of UiPath, and then data validation and posting. We've implemented this for one of the biggest banks in India.

The most favorite feature in the UiPath Platform is the document understanding, and I appreciate the ability to automate the web part when applications do not have API access. The document understanding feature is based on ML technology, which extracts fields from a PDF document even when they are semi-structured or unstructured, based on the training models.

UiPath Studio has been valuable in designing automation processes through its document understanding functionality, authentic automation capabilities, and UI apps integration. The orchestrator has proven essential for managing automated tasks, controlling projects, and monitoring job status and exceptions.

I appreciate that UiPath Platform is such a cohesive suite of tools. We get good benefit out of OCR and AI and all those and Orchestration, the attended and unattended. Many different features are really beneficial.

I use agentic automation to help with challenges, and I also use agentic AI in UiPath Platform. In my opinion, it is a good thing because when we use agentic AI, the AI-powered agent observes, decides, plans, and acts automatically to complete tasks instead of following fixed-based rules for the workflows.
