The integration has been easy. The integration with all of the combinations of tools has been problem-free so far.
It's a pretty ubiquitous product. Most companies use it for many tasks within their organization.

The solution could be a bit more mobile-friendly. It's easier to use on a desktop or laptop. It's a bit different on the phone.
The applications could be more user-friendly for end-users - and this is especially true for the mobile version as everyone is doing everything on their phone these days. If there's something urgent, if you're on a vacation or something, you have to send an emergent presentation, an important proposal, something like that, you tend to use your phone. That's why they have to improve the licensing regarding mobile apps.
We've used the solution since the company started, which is 2014. It's been seven or so years now.
We have about 100 users on the solution. We're still a small to mid-size organization.
We use it across all departments, including marketing, HR, and finance. The C-level sales department also uses it a lot. We have a technical team and the pre-sales team as our job functions or our scope involves implementation for customers. We provide and implement new solutions, et cetera.
We also are a Microsoft partner. We started with Microsoft 365 first. We didn't use Gmail or any other solutions for security reasons. We've been using Microsoft 365 since the beginning.
We are users and we are also Microsoft partners. We're resellers.
I'm not sure which version we're using at the moment. Our technical team would track that level of detail. Likely, it's the latest update. It depends on our work rotation. We have to do the batching and we have to download all the new batches for security reasons as we have infrastructure and architecture that concerns our customers. That's why we're used to updating all of our applications and handling batching from the security layers. We use a cloud deployment.
For most companies, it's the core of their business. That's why I would rate it at a ten out of ten.
The solution is actually one suite. Azure and Intune, everything comes together. Once you have Microsoft 365, it is one platform and its different products are all under one umbrella. We use SharePoint, Word, Excel, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams - basically everything.
The product makes it easy to collaborate once all the employees are under one domain. Everyone can easily collaborate and share work-related information on the Cloud and all documents are shareable.
The storage is much easier. Let's say that you are part of one company. You have that security with the company and you can easily share within Microsoft Teams and OneDrive. It's really easy now to collaborate, store, and share everything.
The solution is very stable.
The scalability is great.
The installation process is pretty straightforward.
I don't have any issues with the product or its offering. There aren't any missing features. I've enjoyed working with it.
It could be flexible in terms of working with other cloud-based solutions.
We've used the solution for one year at this point. It hasn't been that long just yet.
The stability of the product is very good. There are no crashes. It doesn't freeze. We don't deal with bugs or glitches. It's reliable.
The solution scales well. If you need to expand it, as a company, you can.
We have about 1200 people using the solution at this time.
Technical support has been very helpful and responsive. They are good. We are happy with the level of service we get.
Previously, we used Microsoft Office 2016.
The implementation was straightforward. It was not overly complex. From Intune, we had the option to deploy this product to all of the computers in the company. It was not very difficult as InTune provided this option for the deployment of Office 365 applications. You can just select whatever you want - Word, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Teams, et cetera. It was very simple.
We have between 15 to 20 technical personnel in our organization that can handle deployment and maintenance tasks for this solution.
I handled the implementation myself. I did not need the assistance of any consultants or integrators. It was all handled in-house.
I like that the licensing is user-based.
The solution comes as one full suite that, once you buy it Microsoft 365, delivers everything you need under that license. You just have to select how many users will be using it. Once that happens, you pay for it yearly.
I'd rate the solution at a nine out of ten. It's been a great solution so far.
I would recommend the solution to others.
As the solution is cloud-based, we have always been using the latest version.
I use the solution for everything. It is convenient. There is no need to save my work, as it is always in the cloud.
The solution is easy to use and scalable. It is stable and we have had no issues with the performance.
The solution could have better email automation.
I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for two years.
We have encountered no issues with the stability.
The solution is scalable.
I have not had occasion to make use of tech support.
I do not recall if we used a different solution prior to Microsoft 365 Business.
As I was not involved in the installation, I cannot comment on it.
My previous organization consisted of a small company, with fewer than 100 users.
I would recommend the solution to others. It's a great tool.
I rate Microsoft 365 Business as a nine out of ten.
Microsoft 365 can be useful for SharePoint, our personal documents, and Outlook, among other applications.
The on-prem version is better. I prefer to work directly on my laptop.
The installation process is straightforward.
I do not like Outlook. They should be able to build something better.
The product could be more stable and the performance could be better.
The cloud performance and the ability to work remotely are actually not very good. I prefer to work on-prem on my laptop. The quality is better.
We just started using this solution. It hasn't been that long yet. It's been a few weeks, or maybe a month so far.
The stability is okay. It could use some improvement. Especially in Outlook. The performance is poor when it comes to the cloud version. I do not like it.
We have about 160,000 users on the solution at this time.
I've never contacted technical support. I cannot speak to how helpful or responsive they would be as I have no experience dealing with them directly.
We did not use a different solution. We simply used the previous iteration of Microsoft.
The installation is pretty simple. The solution simply runs in the background, and therefore, there's not much needed for a setup.
In my organization, I'm not sure how many people actually handle deployment or maintenance.
I can handle the setup process myself. I did not need the assistance of an integrator or consultant.
I don't handle any licensing or payments related to the solution. I can't speak to how much the solution costs the organization or how often we pay for licenses (whether it is monthly or yearly).
Since we are using the cloud-based version of the solution, we're likely always on the latest iteration. It's probably up-to-date.
I'm not a big fan of the solution, especially the cloud offering. I prefer when it is on my laptop. I do not like working on the cloud. The version just isn't as good. For that reason, I would rate the solution at a four out of ten.
I'd recommend the solution as it's really the only solution on the market.
We use Microsoft Business 365 for team document solutions, like SharePoint. There are about 1,000 employees in my company, but I'm not sure if everyone uses it.
I would like to see more integration in the next release.
Microsoft Business 365 is quite stable.
I rate Business 365 seven out of 10.
I use Microsoft 365 Business for many of the packaged solutions, such as Outlook and SharePoint.
The solution could improve by being more secure.
I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for a few years.
Microsoft 365 Business is stable.
The solution is scalable enough for what I use it for.
We have thousands of users using this solution in my organization.
I would recommend this solution to others.
I rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of ten.
I use Microsoft 365 Business for office products.
I like Microsoft 365 Business it's very good.
It's easy to use.

Microsoft 365 Business is stable.
Microsoft 365 Business is a scalable product.
We have two users in our organization who are using this solution.
We have not contacted technical support. We have never needed it.
I am familiar with OpenOffice, but it has compatibility issues with files. We prefer Microsoft Office products
It is very easy to install Microsoft 365 Business.
The price could always be better. I live in Turkey, our economy is not very good.
Licensing fees are paid on a yearly basis.
Yes, I would recommend this solution to others who are interested in using it.
I would rate Microsoft 365 Business a nine out of ten.
We're an organization with about 30 employees and we use Microsoft 365 for some who are working remotely to provide them with Microsoft Word, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.
The most valuable thing about Microsoft 365 is its ease of use. It's very user-friendly.
We've been using Microsoft 365 for about a year and a half.
We have not had any problems with stability. It depends on the features you use. The Microsoft 365 products like Microsoft Word or Outlook have a lot of features, but users really only use about 10% or 20% of the features at any given time.
We haven't used 365 at the kind of volume to really find out whether it's scalable or not.
Microsoft 365 could be less expensive.
I would rate Microsoft 365 eight out of 10 and recommend it to other businesses if they're willing to pay the cost.
