The initial setup is straightforward. It only took a few minutes to deploy Microsoft Teams. I rate the setup a ten out of ten. 

What other advice do I have?

I would like to recommend this solution because it's a native package of Office 365. Once you have combined your ADAP account, you can use it directly. You log in to your Office 365 account and then launched the application. Also, the solution is very simple to use.

I rate the overall solution a ten out of ten.

The solution has the best feature for video calling effects. Also, its collaborative perspective allows us to integrate different calling features. We can dial out international numbers as well.

What needs improvement?

The solution's screen-sharing feature could be better compared to Webex and Zoom. There could be more accessibility control for screens shared by other representatives in a work meeting.

We have been using the solution for three to four years.

I use it for meetings. When I talk to people, then I use it for meetings.

It just does the job. I really haven't played much with it to decide what I like or don't like about it. I know it's good when I just need to do a meeting.

It is easy to use.

There is room for improvement in the stability.

I look forward to AI-based features in future releases.

The platform is user-friendly and has positively impacted our communication, allowing us to communicate with people from different countries and cities in real time.

    Microsoft Teams could be improved through more synchronization with other platforms like Calendly and Gmail, as we also use these platforms.
