The solution is easy to use, and you don't need a lot of knowledge for it. Also, if anyone changes a document in the workspace, you can set up messages telling you if someone changes a document.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The solution is scalable since it's just software. We have about ten users in my company on the solution, and we plan to increase the number of users. We have people in IT, the manager, and the sales department using the solution.
How are customer service and support?
The quality of support depends because sometimes they are very fast. By contrast, if I want to change a registered number from mobile to landline, Google tells me it's impossible because it violates their rules. I must then send them proof that the landline belongs to the company. But I should be able to change it without questions since I own the account. I have a similar problem with changing the location because Google has set my location to the next building. I've tried five times already, but it only shows the proper building for 20 minutes before returning to the other one.
Tech support either doesn't answer requests, or you have to open a new ticket.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is straightforward. It took five minutes to deploy the solution. To deploy the solution, I needed to create a login, and then I got access to spreadsheets or any other documents.
What about the implementation team?
You don't need any IT people to deploy the service. You can do it yourself. In my company, two people in the IT department are looking at deployment and maintenance, helping with IT problems.
What other advice do I have?
Google Workspace is good for everybody. Everyone can participate in editing documents. Moreover, you don't have to send any documents. You just need to log into your Google account, and you will have access. Likewise, you can access documents from anywhere if you have the Internet.
I rate the solution an eight out of ten and recommend others use it.

The tool has a cap of 300 licenses. The product's price has also increased by 10 percent. Businesses are struggling to justify the ROI. Users cannot block emails unless they have a strong firewall."

User-friendly but lacks in stability
Pros and Cons
- "Google Workspace is an excellent tool for communicating with people, which allows users to collaborate and edit files simultaneously."
- "I would rate the stability a five out of ten."
What is our primary use case?
I use it for communicating with people, editing files simultaneously, sharing files, and uploading documents.
What needs improvement?
From my point of view, there is a lot of room for improvement in the workspace, particularly in the cloud and premises environment. I would like to learn more about how to communicate, edit things, and use the cloud as a hosting environment for a website. I lead IT for websites in WordPress and have been using Google Workspace, but I would love to know more about how I could use Google Cloud for my purposes.
Additionally, I need to figure out how to manage phones, save things, and use the software for business management.
For how long have I used the solution?
I've been using Google Workspace since it was first introduced. Whenever something new is released, I start using it immediately.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I would rate the stability a five out of ten. From the products I have used so far with Google, I would rate stability around five because I've seen it keep developing and being stable in general.
How are customer service and support?
I had issues with Google Ads, which is another product of Google not exactly coordinated with Workspace. But I didn't have any issues with Workspace.
What other advice do I have?
In general, I trust Google products. I would definitely recommend using the solution. Overall, I would rate it around seven out of ten.

- "I believe that Sheets could have a more functional and user-friendly interface."
What is our primary use case?
I use this solution in a variety of different cases i.e. emailing, audio and video conferencing, sharing files, etc.
How has it helped my organization?
The solution offers great integration and security, better than Microsoft in my opinion.
What is most valuable?
We value the collaboration levels that are offered. Having everything integrated in a single platform is a dream come true for us.
What needs improvement?
I believe that Sheets could have a more functional and user-friendly interface. Google Sheets currently lacks macros and cross-file links that can be found in Excel.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using this solution for almost five years now.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
This is a stable solution.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
This is a scalable solution, we have some customers who install G Suite for thousands of users and have no had any issues.
How are customer service and support?
We have only needed to contact support twice over the last five years and have no complaints with them.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We were originally using Microsoft but we switched for security reasons. We faced many spam attacks on the Microsoft platform and Google offered spam filters which were attractive to us so we decided to migrate everything there.
Overall, Google beats Microsoft on the price, performance, and security features.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup was straightforward and took just a couple of days to deploy within the whole company.
What about the implementation team?
We implemented the solution ourselves.
What was our ROI?
We have seen high ROI.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The overall cost is very reasonable when considering all of the security features that you are receiving. It is a bit more expensive than our localhost and/or other hosting companies that are available on the market, but it is worth it.
What other advice do I have?
I would highly recommend this solution, it is a no-brainer that this is one of the best cloud platforms available. The only reason you should not go with G Suite is if you have some strict regulations to keep everything on your local devices or within your local network.
I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

Secure, collaborative platform that is easy to use, and has a good online community
Pros and Cons
- "The email is excellent."
- "In terms of collaboration and simple ease of use, I think Google is good."
- "The UI could be more graphic and sassy, but otherwise, it is quite functional."
- "The UI could be more graphic and sassy, but otherwise, it is quite functional."
What is our primary use case?
In terms of IT tools, we basically use Google Enterprise Solution to set up most of our services in Azure, whereas we use Azure Portal to set up all the VM, network, security, and everything else on it. Everyone is on remotely, in the system. We are using Google Chrome Enterprise for our email network, email link, and many of the apps there.
Email is one of the most important items, the others are collaboration, conferencing, and meetings. There would be more conferencing at meetings. Those are the main scenarios in which we use it.
What is most valuable?
The email, we believe, is what we like best. The email is excellent. It is simple to locate the information. We use it because it came from Microsoft Outlook, and the way Google tags information is very simple and easy to use.
Once you start using the collaborative platform in terms of creating the Excel document, both of us can be looking at the same time, they have a meeting look at the document, you and I can work on it at the same time, which is fantastic.
We have a team of people working on these. In terms of collaboration, and simple ease of use, I think Google is good. There isn't much you need to work on in terms of security; it's pretty good in terms of how to be secure, ensuring that no one can hack the system, and so on. It appeared to be working well for us. We are also pleased with the enterprise support.
The space they provide is fantastic.
There is no such thing as being difficult to use.
What needs improvement?
The UI could be more graphic and sassy, but otherwise, it is quite functional.
For how long have I used the solution?
We started working with G Suite Enterprise last year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I can only recall one or two occasions when we lost access to Gmail. Aside from that, I haven't had any problems with that system. It is very stable.
How are customer service and support?
I have never had to use technical support. The system is pretty simple to use.
With controlling the various groups, I never have to go into it. The integration with Google Drive and all those features in both sharing documents is very simple, as is creating a site to support different teams. I haven't reached that point where I have to contact support. They also have a lot of people, and a lot of videos to view and make it pretty simple.
I haven't had a reason to contact them. There is a good online community base for people who use these tools.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
In terms of time, I'd say that it has been more than a couple of years since we used Google Chrome Enterprise. We swapped because of the number of people we have on the Enterprise, and I believe we started putting it on it last year to enable the network and securities.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is pretty straightforward and simple.
Security-wise, grouping people, creating permissions, and so on are all very simple. Very simple to use
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
In terms of pricing, I don't deal with that area because it's on the outside. I just basically recommend the solutions we are using.
I am not aware of the pricing, other than I believe it is comparable to the majority of the system, but because we have been using it for so long, switching from one to the other is difficult.
The pricing is comparable, it's pretty decent. This is why we have been using this solution and haven't switched to anything else.
What other advice do I have?
Before implementing it has to be appropriate for the model. Our thing is that there are a lot of us, and our work is done remotely. It has to be a good fit for how we do things. It all depends on how the enterprise is run. For us, it is extremely effective, mainly because of the collaboration, especially, because both of us are not in the same office talking. Having this collaboration is fantastic.
I would rate G Suite Enterprise a nine out of ten.

You can work seamlessly with any of your colleagues on the same document
Pros and Cons
- "The most valuable part of G Suite is the integration among all of the components. It's also highly reliable because it's always available. And G Suite's ability to collaborate on all the standard office tools has no rival. It's amazing because you can work seamlessly with any of your colleagues on the same document."

- "G Suite could offer something a little more solid in terms of chat — something that is a little more like Slack and integrates with everything."
What is our primary use case?
We use G Suite for email, spreadsheets, producing documents, presentations, chat, and notes.
What is most valuable?
The most valuable part of G Suite is the integration among all of the components. It's also highly reliable because it's always available. And G Suite's ability to collaborate on all the standard office tools has no rival. It's amazing because you can work seamlessly with any of your colleagues on the same document. It's perhaps the single greatest feature that that tool has.
What needs improvement?
G Suite could offer something a little more solid in terms of chat — something that is a little more like Slack and integrates with everything. But, unfortunately, the chat is very basic there. It doesn't offer that many features and feels like it doesn't belong there.
As far as features I'd like to see, G Suite already has a lot of tools that integrate natively with it. For example, the CRM that we use integrates natively with it. But maybe it could be better integrated with mobile phones and SMS. I don't really use them that much, but the cell phone is our second-most used work tool, so more mobile integration could be great. By that, I mean integration at the call level — logging to calls and stuff like that— could be helpful in some specific cases, but that already is integrated. It has apps, Google Phone, etc., but SMS is the one part that isn't integrated.
For how long have I used the solution?
I've been using G Suite for about four years now.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
G Suite is stable. I think I can remember only one time that it failed for a brief period.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
G Suite is scalable. It offers so much storage. I even use it for my family as well. I have a 2 terabyte plan and it's amazing. You put whatever you need in there, and I've never reached a limit. You can create as many documents as you want. From the user's standpoint, it's great. It'll have the greatest scalability.
What other advice do I have?
I rate G Suite Enterprise 10 out of 10. If you are considering it, I would say just go ahead and do it. It's great.
Which deployment model are you using for this solution?
Public Cloud

Reliable, scalable, and simple to implement
Pros and Cons
- "I have found the solution to be pretty stable."
- "The enterprise edition is quite stable compared with simply using Google on the browser to read email."
- "There seems to be a bit of vulnerability on some operating systems, specifically on the iPhone. There isn't as much control as if a person is using an Android. That's a bit of a concern."
- "There seems to be a bit of vulnerability on some operating systems, specifically on the iPhone."
What is our primary use case?
We primarily use the solution for work and also for the MDM BYOD control.
What is most valuable?
We're currently still testing the solution. It's very early in the process.
I'm also aware of Microsoft's MDM. When compared with Google, they are both pretty much the same, and not too different.
The initial setup is easy.
The scalability is good.
I have found the solution to be pretty stable.
What needs improvement?
We mostly needed G Suite for the data to implement the BYOD policy. We're still in the process. Once everything is implemented, my understanding is that it will work well for us, however, it's still very early in the process. Right now, we're still in the testing phase.
We'll need to have more control of the data lake once we have the BYOD policy in place. We need more control in terms of DLP going forward. This solution doesn't seem to really cover that functionality.
There seems to be a bit of vulnerability on some operating systems, specifically on the iPhone. There isn't as much control as if a person is using an Android. That's a bit of a concern.
There may be some usability issues within the browser.
For how long have I used the solution?
We have not begun using it yet, however, we have the license. We have the license for testing. We've used the solution for about two months in a testing capacity.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
To be fair, I only tested Google G Suite and have not compared it to another provider vendor.
That said, the enterprise edition is quite stable compared with simply using Google on the browser to read the email. I find it's not easy to read on the browser.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The scalability on offer has been fine and it seems to be able to expand quite well.
How are customer service and support?
I've never been in touch with technical support. Therefore, I cannot speak to how helpful they are, or how quickly they respond to questions.
How was the initial setup?
We have found the implementation process to be straightforward. It's not overly complex or difficult.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
I'm on the security team. I can't speak to the exact licensing costs. It's not a part of the product I deal with directly.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
We did look at different options.
In Thailand, you need to have control the BYOD. That's why we tried to find a solution that addresses this. Our organization already was using the Google G Suite and we decided to move to Enterprise.
What other advice do I have?
I'm not the direct implementer of the product. I just looked into the features inside, however, I did not directly set up G-Suite and therefore I can't be sure if it's a cloud-based deployment.
We are just customers and end-users. We don't have a partnership with Google.
I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten. When I compare it to the Microsoft offering, it's pretty good.
Disclosure: My company does not have a business relationship with this vendor other than being a customer.
