I work with Oracle HCM Cloud for HR operations. It supports global HR for most countries and handles everything—hiring employees, managing absences, payroll, performance management, goal management, learning, and compensation.
What is most valuable?
Recruitment, talent management, and payroll are the most important features of talent management, especially in the Middle East, where I work. Performance management includes objective settings, performance evaluation, talent review, and succession planning. It also covers goal cascading, setting objectives, performance evaluations, and midyear reviews for performance improvement.
What needs improvement?
The tool should allow more customization for specific requirements. Some processes could be streamlined, and certain features in specific modules must be added.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been working for eight years.
How was the initial setup?
The difficulty of implementation depends on the customer's requirements. Middle Eastern customers can be challenged as they often want customized solutions. I'd say implementation is neither very easy nor very difficult.
