We are using Microsoft Power Automate for repetitive desktop automation.
The solution can be deployed in the cloud or on-premise.
We are using Microsoft Power Automate for repetitive desktop automation.
The solution can be deployed in the cloud or on-premise.
The solution has helped us automate tasks that would have taken us time to complete.
The most valuable feature of Microsoft Power Automate is the ability to automate tedious tasks.
Microsoft Power Automate could improve by offering recurring execution on the desktop.
I have been using Microsoft Power Automate for approximately five years.
I rate the stability of Microsoft Power Automate a nine out of ten.
We plan to increase our usage of the solution.
I rate the scalability of Microsoft Power Automate a nine out of ten
I rate the support of Microsoft Power Automate a nine out of ten
I have used another solution prior to using Microsoft Power Automate. We switched to Microsoft Power Automate because most of our customers use it.
The initial setup of the solution is straightforward.
We have seen a return on investment using Microsoft Power Automate.
I rate Microsoft Power Automate a nine out of ten.
We used it internally to automate certain workflows for our daily business and validate our commercial proposal. We used its latest version.
Its complete integration with Microsoft tools and the inclusion of the CRM are the most valuable features.
It is embedded directly in the Office package, so clients have direct access to it. It has a lot more functionality than other standalone solutions, such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
It is mostly integrated with the Microsoft environment. Unlike UiPath, we cannot really use external tools with Microsoft Power Automate. There should be a possibility to integrate it with external tools or systems.
I had some experience with it two or three years ago, and I used it again about two months ago.
It is absolutely stable.
We have not scaled it.
It is straightforward. The deployment duration depends on the complexity. For our use case, it took a couple of weeks.
It is free for us. It is embedded directly in the Office package.
Our clients prefer using UiPath because it is easier to use and has more functionalities than some of the other solutions. It is also more economical. In the Tunisian and West African markets, UiPath is used more popular, and the customers prefer a solution that is implemented in their market.
At the moment, Microsoft Power Automate is suitable for automating a few processes on each desktop. It is a small solution, but Microsoft has a clear roadmap for this solution, and it would be an interesting one in a few months or years.
I would rate Microsoft Power Automate a five out of ten.
We use this product for automation.
Using WinAutomation helps us to reduce our resource costs.
The most valuable feature is that you can run multiple automations at the same time, in parallel.
It is possible to capture the video, which is better than saving only a snapshot or an error message.
It would be helpful to have features that are fine-tuned for Microsoft products because most of our clients are using products like SharePoint and OneDrive.
The OCR functionality needs to be improved. We are not getting the same accuracy as other tools when reading things like PDFs.
I have been working with WinAutomation for six months.
One of the biggest features is scalability, as we can run multiple activities in parallel.
We work with several RPA tools including UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, and we are also implementing Microsoft Power Automate.
UiPath has a very good OCR that can read PDF files well. It is more accurate than WinAutomation.
The initial setup is straightforward. It is easy to install, and it works in a plug-and-play fashion.
My advice for anybody who is considering WinAutomation is that it is a very good tool. They definitely need to use it.
I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
We carried out a successful POC on Power Automate Desktop. It was right after they launched and we were the first to demo it. We used it in a project for one of our clients. We used the desktop version but it's stored in Power Automate cloud. The solution is used for banking processes such as credit and debit transactions. We are partners with Microsoft and I'm the CTO.
We jumped onto this solution because it's very reasonably priced. The solution was for a medium size organization and they didn't want to spend a lot on such a product. It's a good solution for small to medium size organizations.
Looping can be a bit tricky in Power Automate. In addition, the solution doesn't provide an option to view two to three conditions, you can only view one condition. It's not like that in UiPath. Deployment should be improved so that it integrates with WinAutomation. We can't write .NET code and we can't schedule the bot without using WinAutomation. If they could include that it would be helpful for our users. Right now we do the development in WinAutomation and later integrate with Power Automate.
We had good technical support.
Installation is pretty straightforward. As mentioned, we were the first company so we had a call with Microsoft and worked with them. We're a start up so we had a maximum of six people using the solution.
We use Power Automate to build applications for businesses uses such as workflow applications and process applications. We copy the data or get the data from other systems and use Power Automate to do some lightweight RPA tasks.
The Power platform has several features and Power Automate has two features. One is Flow and the other is UI Flow. Flow is used for workflow automation and UI Flow is the RPA solution.
We simplified the business processes and improved the efficiency of business user operations. As an example, we used to manually copy data between systems or to other files, and by using the RPA part of this solution, it now automatically copies and manipulates the systems and the files.
It provides business workflow features and application features, but the most valuable component is the RPA.
It is easy to set up and use.
For people who already use Office 365, Power Automate is very easy to integrate and use.
In the future, I would like to see more focus on AI and third-party integration.
Compared to other RPA solutions, there is a little bit of a feature gap.
I have been using Microsoft Power Automate for one year. The name changed a couple of months ago from Power Apps and Flow and we were using it for several months before the name change.
We have a direct connection to support.
I have worked with UiPath as an RPA solution, which has more features than Microsoft Power Automate. As an RPA solution, UiPath has been a market leader for several years.
It's a Microsoft Public Cloud solution and if you already have a subscription or have an account then it is very easy to use. You don't have to do any initial setup. If you don't have an account, it's still easy because you just have to purchase a subscription online.
We implemented Power Automate using our in-house team. We did not use the help of a vendor or an integrator.
Power Automate is a new solution from Microsoft. It provides business workflow features, application features, and RPA features. It's an all-in-one solution and if the customer already uses Microsoft Office 365 they can easily integrate it with Microsoft products.
If you want to integrate it with other platforms, such as virtual solutions it's also a good choice.
Overall, it is a good solution, but there is still a feature gap when compared to other RPA solutions.
I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
We use Power Automate to build applications for business users. Examples of this are workflow applications and business process applications. Sometimes, we need to copy data or get data from other systems and we try to use Power Automate to do some lightweight RPA work.
Power Automate has allowed us to simplify the business process and improve operational efficiency. For example, we used to manually copy data in Excel from one system to another. This solution automatically copies and manipulates the data between systems and files as we need it.
The most valuable features are the Flow and the UI Flow. Flow is used for workflow automation, and UI Flow is used as an RPA solution.
This product is very easy to use.
RPA has introduced a lot of new features include computer automation, AI, and third-party certified application integration.
There is an RPA feature gap between this solution and other more mature products. UiPath is an example of another RPA solution that is more developed.
We began using Microsoft Power Automate almost one year ago, although it was rebranded only about two months ago. It was formerly known as Flow and they have added RPA features to it.
We contact Microsoft directly for support.
We also have experience with UiPath. They have been in the lead for several years and are very experienced in RPA.
This is a cloud-based solution and all you need is an account to use it. There is no initial setup. If you don't have an account or a subscription then you can just buy it online, which is easy to do.
We have our own team, in-house.
Power Automate is a new solution from Microsoft that provides business workflow features, application features, and RPA features. It is an all-in-one solution and if customers already use Microsoft Office 365 then they can directly and easily integrate it. Vertical integration is also a good choice because Power Automate makes it very simple to do.
I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.
The best feature is that it doesn't require any other connectivity. As a standalone solution, it works well.
It should work better for Angular websites, as it has a lot of problems. It is not able to read the data from them as expected. In general, it should work better with modern websites.
Scalability needs to be improved so that it can support multiple bots.
There used to be a Process Watch feature, but it is now gone and should be put back.
I have been using WinAutomation by Softomotive for six months.
This is a stable product.
This is not a scalable product. The option is not there for adding multiple bots is not there. Because of this, we are moving to Power Automate. It is not advisable to have one bot that handles 10 missions.
The initial setup is easy.
We are transiting to Microsoft Power Automate because of the scalability.
If WinAutomation had Process Watch capabilities then it would be better than Power Automate, but without it, this solution has become very weak.
Due to the issues with scalability, I do not recommend this product.
I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.
The most valuable feature is how much you can do with this solution.
Power Automate is too complicated - it forces you to go through extra tasks instead of streamlining your workflow. In the next release, I would like InfoPath to be re-included.
Tech support is hit and miss.
The setup is complex - it's confusing for IT workers, let alone ordinary users.
Power Automate is a separate license, so make sure that if you implement it, you have the appropriate license for all the users who will use it.
I would rate this solution as seven out of ten.
