I use Notion for project management, wikis, and note-taking. I create my own systems, including a content management system to manage content creation, approval with clients, and more.

Notion is a very flexible and customizable platform, allowing users to create whatever they need. The most impactful feature for project management is the ability to invite multiple client stakeholders without complication. 

Once I understand the basics, it's easy to use despite an initial learning curve. It also significantly improves team collaboration through customized views and visualizations of data.

User management needs improvement. It's difficult to determine what information is private. It's a bit complicated for me.

I have been using Notion for more than two years now.

I encountered a problem once when there was an outage for a couple of days. Otherwise, it is very stable.

Notion is highly scalable. It's beneficial as it can be used for small projects or by larger teams.

I have never had to contact customer service, which indicates the product is quite stable.

I use Notion for scheduling, note taking, and resource managing. I collect links, all interns' resumes, their offer letters, and some other paperwork reports of interns. It is helpful for collecting resources and managing them on the same page. I can share my templates with other teammates or other employees, and they can easily access and edit those templates.

When I need someone to share their reports on the platform, I share my Notion template with my teammates. They open it and add their reports to my Notion template, along with any work-related links or any tasks they have signed up for the next week. They can edit freely. I find this very useful because I do not have to ask them. They simply go to the Notion template link that I share, and every week they send their report and task list of the tasks they have completed or when the activity has finished.

I can use any templates from any influencer who has used Notion. I can use their templates freely and customize my own template as well. This is a very helpful feature.

I can access free templates on Notion and find a student resource management or timetable template. I can click and customize it according to my needs. It is helpful for collecting resources and managing them on the same page. I can share my templates with other teammates or other employees, and they can easily access and edit those templates.

When I need someone to share their reports on the platform, I share my Notion template with my teammates. Notion could offer more independence in customization or have pre-built templates and more templates that help others. Using a blank sheet and customizing your own template takes a lot of time for a user and sometimes becomes hectic.

I have been using Notion since my school days. It has been two years.

I have not experienced any crashes and downtime.

I am working on a small project that basically needs team leaders, maybe two to four. I do not think I have ever experienced any scalability issues with Notion. I handle small projects, so I do not have any knowledge of Notion's scalability.

I think Notion is a good app and it is very useful for students and employees, including organization employees, so they can use it freely. I would rate this product a 7 out of 10.

Communication, stakeholder management, and engagement are ideal use cases for this solution.

Arranging several subsections within a section is easy by left-clicking and moving them around with the mouse. I can organize the interface the way I want, and everything I get is adaptable.

It is easy to use, and I love its UI. The only problem I experience is that it often hangs. I might find myself trying to load a new page, but I am unable to move from one page to another due to frequent hanging.

I have used Notion for project management over the past year.

I'd rate its stability at eight out of ten. During the day, especially around eight PM GMT plus three hours, there's a long loading period for content. While incidents happen three times a week at most, they usually occur once weekly.

Customer support is great, effective, and easy to reach. I would give it a rating of ten out of ten.

I tried using another solution, however, I didn't like its UI feature. Compared to Notion, it required too many clicks, so I left it alone.

It's affordable and offers community support if I get stuck. I can find help through community forums like Google, where people share insights on navigating problems. Many people understand it, offering useful feedback from various HITRID.

The decision to use this tool was solely mine. I appreciate its friendly UI and monochrome colors, which avoid excessive color mixing. This feature and the ease of navigation have kept me committed. I can understand it quickly compared to other tools.

I rate the overall solution eight out of ten; it is a basket of convenience.

Currently, I am not actually using any CRM. I am a writer, so my focus is to write. I mainly cover hosting-focused articles, like V2 Cloud for virtual desktops. When I need to review them, I visit the site, take a trial, and then write the review. Internally, I use Notion to share outlines, and for personal use, I use it for note-taking, task management, and collaboration.

The main purposes are note-taking, task management, and collaboration. Notion has very strong integration capabilities. It also automatically updates itself, which adds new features and fixes bugs.

Notion has one big downside: the lack of an offline mode. If the internet or Notion's servers are down, I cannot access information. This is a big disadvantage.

Overall, it adds significant value to our project management by organizing our work efficiently. It also contributes positively with its flexibility and comprehensive functionalities.

The main problem with Notion is that it's not flexible enough for all of the use cases we intend to address. For instance, it is challenging to focus on a single KPI as it's mandatory to have a chart for this purpose, complicating some of our use cases.

We have been using Notion for two years now, maybe almost three.

Notion does have some glitches at times, such as pages reloading for long durations or databases not updating correctly. However, these issues occur infrequently and do not hinder our work significantly.

We haven't encountered any limitations regarding scalability so far.

I am trying to make a program to improve the quality of my lawyer field. I put contacts and dates that we need to remember in Notion, focusing on the people we work with.

It can be difficult to contact the people at Notion. They don't provide a formal answer, just tutorials, so their customer service could be better.

Its flexibility allows me to customize the design to my liking, making it user-friendly.

My team often works remotely and Notion has become an integral part of our workflow, and it has greatly improved our productivity. We use it not only for providing services to our clients but also for keeping ourselves organized and on track with our daily tasks. This dual purpose has proven to be a valuable experience for us, both in terms of monitoring our progress and ensuring that we stay on top of our daily responsibilities.

I find the table feature in Notion to be incredibly valuable as it allows me to organize and manage data efficiently. The ability to structure data is one of the most essential functions of Notion. Also, the capability to link data between different parts of the business is a standout feature.

It would be great if Notion introduced a feature like network logs or simply expanded its color palette. Currently, the available color choices are somewhat limited, and I often receive requests from people for specific colors that are not available. Adding more color options to the application would enhance its usability and flexibility, allowing users to better customize their content.

I have experience using both Asana and Notion and when it comes to choosing between the two, I find myself leaning more towards Notion. While Asana is undoubtedly a good tool, I have some reservations about its design and interface. Notion, on the other hand, has a great design and interface. Asana is effective for task management, but I didn't connect with it as much, since I didn't use it extensively. My experience with Notion has been different and I quickly grasped its capabilities and enjoyed the learning process. For companies considering adopting Notion as their organizational tool, I would recommend taking the time to thoroughly evaluate it, alongside other options like Asana. Different companies have varying levels of patience when it comes to learning and implementing new features, and Notion's extensive capabilities might make some hesitant. It requires an investment of time and effort because it offers a high degree of technical flexibility, akin to coding in some aspects. Therefore, if your organization is looking for a quick and simple solution to manage databases and CRMs, you might want to explore other product management platforms. If your company is willing to invest the time and effort into learning and implementing Notion effectively, it can greatly enhance productivity as it allows you to create a customized and user-friendly interface, tailored to your specific needs. I would rate it seven out of ten.

I use Notion as a tool to organize my own activities and plans to help me with my productivity part. I help my company's clients to organize their business with Notion.

I work with many clients and keep juggling from one project to another. I have to use QuickBooks and Keeper for jotting down notes about the cases I encounter. With Notion, I can create different segments and specifically organize the details pertaining to each client. I don't really have to stress about remembering the details of each client separately since I can just organize the details concerning a particular client. All in all, I get to see an overview of everything I handle in Notion, and I can really get into the details, such as the details of my work on a particular day. In Notion, I see what tasks are coming up, along with their deadlines.

The most valuable feature of the solution is its flexibility. Notion is a tool that allows you to fit everything in the solution. Notion allows you to build the solution the way you want it.

The linked view of database, along with the sharing and permission settings, are areas with shortcomings in the solution that need improvement.

I would like to see Notion with more automation and exchange functionalities that can be used for databases so that I don't have to necessarily use some external integration platform to connect to other databases.

I have been using Notion for two to three years. I use the solution's online version without downloading its application.
