Trello is useful for keeping track of all our business functions such as marketing, business development, product development, partners, etc. Typically for day-to-day high-level activities and to-do lists, and also personal to-do lists.

Sharing this information and having it pop up as a reminder on everyone's calendar is very useful and allows for better tracking and collaboration regarding ad-hoc and longer-term tasks and programs.

• The online collaboration and automated linking to our calendars improve productivity.
• Ease of use and intuitive layout makes learning and using it possible in a matter of few hours rather than days.

I cannot think of anything specific that should be added. The system is pretty much good as it is. Maybe being able to position cards below each other could make better use of screen space.

I never had a problem with stability.

Scalability seems fine.

Tech support is not required.

Spreadsheets or calendar reminders. These do not have the required functionality.

We use it in our company, since it allows for managing projects and keeping the team informed of all the project's progress and its state. It has been fundamental for our company in better managing projects.

Our organization has improved since it allows a better communication between different developers. Now, projects do not take as long and meetings take less time, since you know the status of developments or tests.

• It can be used online or as an application from anywhere. 
• You receive notifications if mentioned on a card.

In the card area, you should not be able to modify so easily what is already written, as this can cause loss of information.

I use Trello for project management along with my team. 

It is used for managing projects with our clients and updating tasks along with status updates. It helps us manage projects successfully.

It helped us to organize project information and assign tasks to team members properly. Managing several projects together works with Trello.

There are number of features which work great, including some of the following:

1. Drag and drop tasks into boards.
2. Creating multiple boards for new projects.
3. Assigning a team their tasks.
4. Dashboard management.

In terms of time, recording the service can be improved. Users should be able to log their time against the tasks and visual reports should be available in Trello for time spent.

I like Trello's speed. It is more user-friendly compared to Jira. Jira is technical, whereas the management can use Trello. 

The tool should be able to predict the task completion dates based on the date assigned and sprint dates. It is also not commercial compared to competitors. 

I have been working with the product for one and a half years. 

The product is stable. 

My company has eight to ten users for the product. 

Trello's installation is easy and fast. 

The tool's pricing is average. 

I work with Trello's integrated version in Microsoft Teams. I rate the product a seven out of ten. 

My organization used the solution for task management.

Trello is a task manager. It is a focused app. It doesn't have lots of bells and whistles, just task management. The product has a lot of integrations.

The product could add more features. It must be more robust and a bit more comprehensive. Improvements also depend on Trello’s goal and business model. Reporting features could be improved.

I used the solution for three months last year.

I had no challenges with the tool’s stability.

The tool is scalable. We could add as many users as we could afford to pay for. We had about 12 people using the product in our organization.

The initial setup is very straightforward. It took three minutes to deploy the solution. The product is deployed on the cloud. The product also provides a mobile app.

The deployment was done in-house. I simply downloaded the app and clicked on the email link that was sent. My organization might have needed a consultant’s help to set it up. However, I just had to download the app.

It's a good task manager. Overall, I rate the solution a six out of ten.

We use Trello to manage our company's projects.

We use Trello to update and sync the project status very easily. It is easy for users to start working with Trello because it has a user-friendly interface.

It would be good if we could update the project status by email without logging into Trello. Some other project management tool could read the email and update the content to the correct project.

I have been using Trello for six years.

Sometimes, the solution is out of order, and we cannot access the system.

I rate the solution a seven out of ten for stability.

I rate the solution ten out of ten for scalability.

The solution’s initial setup is simple.

We are using the open-source version of Trello. Trello is trying to push users to get a license. We are looking for a replacement solution because Trello's price is too high for us.

It's a bit complex to integrate Trello with other tools. I am using the web version of the solution. Trello helps us save time and makes our daily work easier. I would recommend the solution to other users.
