Regarding a specific incident where Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration's AI features stopped a threat, we receive most alerts via email notifications to the admin, and whenever there is an alert, we check the dashboard to investigate. The dashboard presents various kinds of threats and AI indicators that confirm why threats were stopped, allowing us to easily determine whether to quarantine an email based on its classification as a true positive or false positive.

While checkpoint Harmony Email and collaboration offers useful analytics, there is potential for improvement in providing deeper insights. More granular , detailed analytics on email traffics, threat patterns, and user behavior would help our team better understand risks and make informed decisions. Additionally, enhancing reporting capabilities with customizable and advanced analytics feature would greatly improve our ability to detect trends and proactivly address emerging threats. There improvements would offer a clearer, more comprehensive view of our email security landscape.

In the past, when a user copied a file into SharePoint that had malware and shared this file with other users, Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration protects against this problem.

In our organization, we rely heavily on Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for cross-department projects, and Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration protects internal file sharing and collaboration across multiple departments by automatically scanning shared files and links before they are accessed by colleagues, preventing malware from spreading internally if someone unknowingly uploads a compromised document.

The best feature that Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration offers for me is the zero-day threat prevention because it uses sandboxing, and I am driving analysis to catch unknown threats that traditional email and email security means miss.

HEC has improved efficiency many times as its integration with M365 now puts all of these emails in one spot instead of having to create rules twice.

The user interface of Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration is very intuitive and straightforward. The search functionality is very simple, and pretty much anyone can use it. The quarantine and release functionality for malware and junk mail is much more simplified than with previous products. It has reduced effort in tickets and manpower not needing to do this for people who would have to normally put in a ticket.

The portal site is a bit slow at times.  Plus, all new functions seem to be 'add-ons' instead of just being part of the platform.  This is not how I view a subscription.

Our client environment uses Outlook, and we wanted to set up email security directly after Microsoft Office. Microsoft Office performs the first layer of inspection, and then Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration inspects anything Office 365 missed. If an email contains anything malicious, it is not delivered to the end user, providing DLP capabilities for sensitive data as well.

The best feature is that it is completely AI-powered, enabling behavior analysis of email traffic. When integrating Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration with an email provider like Microsoft Office 365, the system learns the patterns of past communications. This AI behavior analysis helps identify legitimate emails and potential threats. Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration can also scan password-protected and zip folders, a limitation in other solutions. The best features that Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration provides are its unique inline implementation method, its detection of Shadow IT software that most rest of the email security gateways don't consider, and its easy deployment in our environment which only takes a couple of clicks to integrate with MS 365, taking around two days to analyze all the emails sent and received from Microsoft 365.

The Shadow IT detection in Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration is beneficial because many people in our organization use GitHub and different kinds of software with their office email ID, which integrates directly with our email, allowing us to know what software is linked and if it is necessary for the company or the particular users; thus, we can eliminate certain risks associated with it.

The implementation of Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration has made identifying vulnerabilities very easy, as we can assign certain members to it, allowing the end-user client to decide if they want the files sent by just having the option to receive files while sending an alert to the administrator, which simplifies the admin's tasks.

The time saved with Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration is substantial because if a mail or file gets blocked, the administrator had to look into the account, but now the notification is sent to the end user, who can view the files themselves, saving time for both the administrators and end users, leading to enhanced efficiency.
