I appreciate the developers of Webex because it's a wonderful tool. What I found most valuable in it is the seamless experience it offers, in terms of connecting with any person at any time remotely, without any glitches. This is the main advantage of Webex.

I also like that the platform is user-friendly, so anyone using the tool for the first time won't find any difficulties when logging in or accessing it.

The stability, as well as the performance of the solution, are very good.

What we have seen from, for example, Google Meet, is that there is some kind of disruption or some issues which we have been facing. However, with WebEx, we have not faced any kind of issue.

The product is quite secure. Other products, such as Zoom, have had security issues raised in the media. With WebEx, we are assured our internal meetings are protected.

One of the best things about Webex which I liked was that it was simple and to the point. It separated its video conferencing capabilities from other extra capabilities, so you had two different products for the virtual meetings and for collaboration. This separation, these different products, made it easy to do what you wanted to do, and to get to the point of what you wanted to do.

But now I see there are times when many people have to be on the call at the same time. That's definitely something that Webex can help with. When the solution is used comprehensively, the hardware and camera features combine to make it better than all others I have encountered. This is because the camera moves in tandem with the person who is using it to communicate with the other participants.
