At the time of its deployment, TeamViewer Tensor was a novel service. It was an innovative solution; numerous enhancements were required to improve its connectivity to other services and overall functionality.
TeamViewer Tensor provides user-based licensing now. Earlier, it was concurrent-based licensing.
Pricing might be improved for TeamViewer Tensor. It is more costly than some of the corporate licenses other products offer. So, we can get the other alternate products at a lower cost than TeamViewer Tensor.
The SSO feature of the solution may sometimes not function perfectly, as it is integrated with the domain. Enabling SSO means it is enabled for the entire organization's domain, which can cause login issues for other users, particularly if they have renewed their licenses and cannot log in with their credentials. Therefore, it would be better to provide users with a TeamViewer ID and password without disrupting others and the overall business. In summary, the SSO feature needs improvement.
