It's highly stable. We have not had any issues with stability.

The solution has good stability.

When it comes to cloud management, I have no complaints at present.

As we are, basically, only hosting cloud services, this is geared towards the end user. We manage two or three people.

The scalability and security of Amazon AWS are the most valuable features.

There are multiple operational and administrative services on AWS, I am expecting to see an integrated single platform of all the services so that it will be easier for the administrators to monitor and manage.

We are resellers of the production services of AWS. I have been working with Amazon AWS for almost 8 years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The AWS products are stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The environment is stable. Every time a new feature is introduced, it advances the capabilities. Once the product is deployed, you can scale up easily.

How are customer service and support?

Technical support has been very good.

How was the initial setup?

The initial set up of AWS is easy and not complex.

The pricing is reasonable and comparable to similar services when run on-premise.

What other advice do I have?

All the services and features provided by AWS are good. They are always improving their features.

I recommend implementing the products on Amazon Web Services. It is a stable environment and mature cloud platform. I would rate the product an 8 out of 10.

We use Amazon AWS to implement services for our customers, like backup systems, webpages, and customer services.

What is most valuable?

I think the AWS interface is good. It's easy to understand and use. 

What needs improvement?

It's sometimes a challenge to manage billing on this platform. It takes a lot of labor to generate billing for our customers from the service on the cloud.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've been working with Amazon AWS for six years, almost seven.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

AWS is incredibly stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I think that almost 1,000 people.

How are customer service and support?

Amazon support is very good. 

How was the initial setup?

Setting up AWS isn't complex, takes less than a week, and only requires one person. 

What other advice do I have?

I rate AWS 10 out of 10. AWS is a solid product. I feel confident I can provide a good level of service to my customers using AWS. To anyone thinking about using AWS, I would suggest carefully designing your implementation. This is very important because it will impact the monthly cost of the solution. You need to think ahead and talk with your staff to find opportunities to make this more efficient.

I would advise others to do a test before going ahead and buying it. They should look at other cloud options as well. If you are going to use mostly Microsoft products, then go with Azure. For non-Microsoft products, go with AWS.
