We use the solution for project planning and tracking.

The product has all the complexities that we need for difficult projects. We can customize the tool. It delivers what we want.

It is hard to integrate the tool with Microsoft Excel. It worked well initially. However, with system changes, the integrations become difficult. The UI and UX must be improved. It seems a little bit cluttered.

I have been using the solution for three years.

I rate the stability a seven and a half out of ten. We had downtime once or twice.

The tool is fairly scalable. I rate the scalability an eight out of ten. We had a very small team of 30 users.

A local vendor who had a partnership with Zoho provided us with support. After the support ended, we worked directly with Zoho. Zoho’s support team is fairly responsive. The team does a good job. I rate the support a seven and a half out of ten.

I have worked with Microsoft Project. It was a desktop solution, and Zoho Projects is a cloud solution. I have also tried Jira. It is more into incident management than project management.

The initial setup is easy. We can deploy the tool quickly. We took five months to deploy the product because we customized it. The solution is cloud-based.

We had subcontracted the development. It is very easy to maintain the product. We need one person for the maintenance.

The productivity gains and the visibility across projects are our return on investment.

The product is fairly priced. We had a fairly good deal. We paid an annual subscription fee.

The solution provided us with an option for premium support, but we had not taken it since we were supported by a partner who implemented it. We learned everything, and we manage it now. It's a good solution to have. We can manage more than 50 projects simultaneously using the tool. Overall, I rate the solution a seven out of ten.

We use the tool for our business projects.
i.e. 

1. If we have a new site coming up, there are many milestones that need to be checked, and actions tracked, we can have them mapped out clearly on Zoho Projects. The solution helps to ensure consistency and tracking of tasks.

2. Business system enterprise application deployment milestones and tasks have been easy to track on Zoho projects as well.

It is not easy to drag and drop a task from one person to the other. I think the resolution for the issue is work in progress. The product's stability can be improved. 

I have been using this solution for a year and half.

I would rate the solution's stability a six point five out of ten and depends on the proximity of the data center. 

My company has six users for the product. 

We get good support from Zoho India but it would be good if they can improve on the language.

The product's setup is easy. We did the deployment after working through the business requirement document.

I would rate the product an eight out of ten. This solution is recommended for new businesses. Veterans may find the solution basic. 

Zoho Projects is a project management application. Many companies and customers use Zoho Projects, especially to manage their long-time projects.

Zoho Projects has lots of good features like the other Zoho applications. Zoho Projects combines all the best features of other applications in the market and brings them together in their application. Zoho Projects is very flexible and user-friendly. Zoho Projects has a developer space where you can create your own functions or connections. Also, it has a very large marketplace where you can connect with third-party applications. It is also possible to connect with many different applications via APIs.

Zoho Projects' time log addition part can be improved. You can add your daily or weekly time logs in hours and minutes in the time log section. When an agent starts to work on a task, they should be able to create a time clock on the page, so it can start automatically to count down the time. Thereby, at the end of the task, the agent can automatically see how much time they have taken for the task.

I have been using Zoho Projects for nearly three years.

Zoho Projects is a scalable solution. The solution is used in many small and large companies as well. Five to six companies are using Zoho Projects.

I have contacted Zoho's help desk for other applications, and their support team is very good.

Zoho Project's initial setup is not so difficult for someone who knows about project management systems. However, it can be a little bit difficult for users who have not used any project management system before.

Zoho Projects is cost-effective. You pay only for Zoho One and can use nearly 40 applications, including Zoho Projects. You pay $35 per user per month and can use all the applications.

Zoho projects is deployed on Zoho cloud. You can use Zoho Projects very effectively.

Overall, I rate Zoho Projects a nine out of ten.

We are using the solution for inner scrum projects. For example, if you have internal or external teams working on some software, you can use it to manage different projects across different departments. They can assign projects to internal or external resources and get reporting based on projects, milestones, tasks, and sub-tasks. 

The solution is highly organized. It helps organize multiple projects and manage everything from milestones to timelines to tasks.

The timeline features are excellent. We can differentiate the task via timestamps. There are logged times as well. You can set times and see how long the tasks actually take. 

It's stable and reliable.

The scalability is very good.

It is easy to set up.

Pricing is quite inexpensive, especially compared to others on the market.

We haven't noted any missing features. It's a complete project management tool.

We'd like to have milestone features.

It would be good to have an external customer portal.  

Technical support needs to be improved. 

I've been using the solution for five years. 

I'd rate the stability nine out of ten. There are no bugs or glitches, and it doesn't crash or freeze. It is reliable.

Technical support from Zoho is not very good. They do not hire the right people to help. It takes three to four days typically to solve issues. 

The initial setup is very straightforward. However, it does take time to customize. 

We have witnessed an ROI while using the solution. 

The pricing, if you go to the complete version, it is very good. It's cheaper than other options. 

I'm using 40+ different Zoho applications, and I'm using the latest version.

If you only have one or two projects, this solution is not needed. However, if you have multiple projects across multiple departments, this solution is perfect for you.

I'd rate the solution nine out of ten. 

We are using Zoho Projects to identify and allocate tasks to different team members and check the status of every task. Additionally, we are using it for sales campaigns amongst our potential customers, and we are tracking the different statuses of the sales processes.

The most valuable feature of Zoho Projects is all integrated into one. We don't have to start using multiple tools, such as Projects, CRM, Marketing, Automation, Finance, and setting up Meetings. It's all in one solution. I don't have to go to multiple different platforms to have all the features I need.

Zoho Meeting definitely needs an improvement, because the quality is not as good as Zoom or Microsoft Teams, which I've used in the past.

The user interface could improve.

I have not experienced Zoho Projects' technical support. I have only used our internal support to give me assistance if I needed it.

I have used Zoom and Microsoft Teams previously.

Zoho Projects was fairly simple to set up.

Our IT team did the implementation of the solution. We have two to three people working on the maintenance and support of Zoho Projects.

For a small to midsized company, Zoho Projects works very well and I would recommend it. I think it's scalable and highly intuitive in that way. Overall, the look and feel of Zoho Projects can be improved upon.

Zoho Projects helps to handle our projects. We can manage our project's timelines and milestones and communicate them to the client. We can store tasks as completed, in-progress and in-review. 

We can integrate Zoho Projects with Zoho CRM. 

The tool should add live chat, live call, and live meeting features where clients can communicate.

I have integrated Trello into Zoho Projects. We can use the product to add projects and track their status and time. We can also upgrade the status and add tasks and sub-tasks.

The Enterprise version is very valuable to us. The product is very easy to understand. We can track the task status in detail. We can also track the percentage of progress of the task every day. We can determine whether the task is 20% or 50% complete.

Sometimes the solution does not work.

I connect with a Zoho expert whenever Zoho stops working. The support is good.

The initial setup is very easy. We faced difficulties in the initial one or two days, after which it was very easy.

The product is cheap. The price is very low for India. The Enterprise version costs INR 630 per user per month.
