The best feature of Zoho Creator is that it is a native application. Native means Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator. It has portal user access, drag-and-drop features, and the UI developed with limited options and high security. High security means if I deploy an Android application, it takes around five to six months. With Zoho Creator, we can optimize the process; we can create an application in one or two months.

The advanced features and security features of Zoho Creator mean that users and customers can access their data, incorporating multifactor authentication and OTP authentication. There is no need for advanced coding—it is a low-code application. If we go to Android or iOS applications, it involves a lengthy process and could lead to glitches in scripting. In contrast, Zoho Creator has optimized this with low coding, drag-and-drop functionalities, and tools such as subforms.

We cannot share permissions by the customer portal. Data security is a high feature, and when we create a dashboard in Zoho Creator, such as analytic reports, it renders data in chart form. Customers can be satisfied because if time management is efficient, we can develop an application in minimal time. Additionally, the database is included with Zoho Creator.

Multifactor authentication means users cannot sign in without it. We also have the ability to revert to previous versions if needed. Backup of applications is also available in Zoho Creator. We can connect with other applications if we purchase Zoho One, making integrations easy with Shopify, Square app, and other third-party applications.

Dynamic form builder has a lookup feature in Zoho Creator. We can render data by ID or any unique variable such as email, name of the form variable, and if the application is fully dynamic, we can use prompts to create it. The initial stage involves customizing the application using drag-and-drop functionality.

I have utilized Zoho Analytics tools in Zoho Creator. If we pay for Zoho One, we can access analytics reports, including pivot table reports. Zoho Analytics is a valuable tool that we can use to make reports and analyze data in different forms. If we integrate it properly, we can sync data in Zoho Analytics for further reporting. Rendering data such as charts and visuals is essential, which can be accomplished using the Zoho Analytics tools.

The most valuable feature of Zoho Creator is that we can easily create applications because there is 360-degree flexibility available. We can integrate with any other applications by using API, REST API, that we can collect, get, or post by using REST API script with any other application. This is an extremely major use case of this tool. Apart from that, we can create any applications and category applications very easily.

The Form Builder in Zoho Creator is not complicated; we simply have to use the capabilities of this low-code platform. We can use the drag-and-drop builder and create interactive forms with features such as conditional logic, validate conditions, and criteria from form fields rules we can achieve. Dynamic reporting sections are automatically created, and we can integrate it with other third-party applications as well. We can adapt based on user input or external data, and the drag-and-drop interface along with condition logic and dynamic fields makes it straightforward.

I use Deluge scripts for customization in Zoho Creator, where we can achieve workflow criteria, validations, automation pop-ups, or notifications triggered after submitting data. Deluge script is similar to Python script, but it is specifically designed for Zoho use cases. It is only used within Zoho.

I appreciate Zoho Creator because we can customize the dashboard according to our requirements, publish forms, set up forms, websites, and get data from their side. We have many features available, such as acquiring data from third-party apps and built-in dashboard features.

The dynamic form builders help to capture essential data efficiently by allowing us to create forms that we can publish and embed for specific purposes, such as on websites. When someone submits the form, the data is directly stored in the Zoho Creator app.

In the analytics tools, I work with SQL queries, and in Zoho Creator, we have built-in features that allow setting up analytics. These features let users drag and drop fields and set filters along the X and Y axes. For analytics, we employ two tools: Zoho Creator itself and Zoho Analytics, where we can use SQL queries to fetch data from multiple platforms. In Zoho Creator, we utilize it solely for the data we manage there.

In CRM, if we want to delete any field, we can delete it directly. However, in Zoho Creator, if it is integrated with any workflows or functions, we cannot delete it, which is a valuable feature. When integrating functions in CRM, deleting a field is not feasible. For example, if there is a name field integrated into workflows or functions in Zoho Creator, we need to remove and edit those functions before deleting that field. In CRM, deleting a configured field can cause functions to fail due to errors.

The flow is moderate, neither completely easy nor completely difficult. When newcomers want to create applications, they start with a basic understanding of workflows and functionalities. Through research via Google search or YouTube, they can build basic to mid-level applications. Creating forms, implementing pop-up notifications, and sending email notifications can be done easily using Deluge.

I would rate Zoho Creator 8.5 to 9 out of 10. Zoho Creator is a powerful application where we can accomplish numerous tasks with experience and knowledge. We can generate QR codes for free, whereas in CRM, QR generation requires external purchases.

What I find beneficial about Zoho Creator is that it is advantageous in terms of monetary reasons because to have Zoho Creator, I just need a license. I don't need to worry about the backend architecture or server load. I also don't need to worry about creating a full user interface from scratch because it has its inbuilt drag and drop option, and it can be started without needing to be a full developer. The supporting documentation is there, which makes it beneficial, and it can also be accessed in the mobile version. It is platform-independent, so I don't need to worry about that.

Zoho Creator comes with different applications and has Zoho's own architecture support. It's beneficial for medium, small-level, and enterprise-level applications.

The integration capability of Zoho Creator has enhanced my organization's cross-platform functionality since it integrates by default with other Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other applications that automatically come under the Zoho marketplace. Additionally, we utilize the Zoho REST API for custom integration with third-party websites or applications. If these applications provide REST APIs, they can automatically integrate, showing the flexibility to integrate with different applications as well as its own integration with Zoho applications.

I have utilized Zoho's analytics tools which help me in data-driven decision-making processes. Zoho Creator stores the data and creates some reports, but we ultimately do integrations with Zoho Analytics, where the data is stored. We can create different types of reports, whether they are graphs, plots, dashboards, as well as automating emails for scheduling.

The impact of the Deluge Scripting language on my application's customization options and workflow automation has been significant. One recent use case where we needed to automate a manual process, which used to take two or three weeks for one of our departments, was solved by using Zoho Creator's Deluge Script functions and Zoho's APIs. This reduced the time from two weeks to just two days, significantly decreasing the manual process and reducing work hours for the organization.

The security features in Zoho Creator, such as role-based access controls, are highly important for business operations. Not only does Zoho Creator provide proper user access management, but it also offers granular access permissions through role-based and form-based controls. Moreover, Zoho itself is GDPR compliant regarding data security, so users, developers, or other users of Zoho do not need to worry about compliance issues, as Zoho takes care of those local laws related to data security.

The features or capabilities of Zoho Creator that I have found the most valuable so far is customization. That's really the point of it, being able to drag and drop and build whatever app you want. The custom code support is really good; you can write your own scripts and make API calls to different third-party applications. That's really what it's all about.

The integration capability of Zoho Creator enhances customers' cross-platform functionality, though it depends on what we're trying to do. One example is we have a number of customers that use Xero as their bookkeeping software, but they want to be able to integrate Xero with CRM. There are a couple of pre-built integrations, but they're all very limited. So what we've done for these customers is we've built a custom integration using Zoho Creator that allows their integration with Xero to work exactly as they wanted. This is a huge time saver because they don't even need to look at Xero since they're doing everything from Zoho.

Zoho Creator's Deluge scripting language is really flexible in terms of application customization options and workflow automation. The biggest limit is what you can do in Deluge, but these days there aren't many limits to that. You can also use Node.js, so you can write in a more mainstream programming language. That does give you further flexibility. There are limitations in terms of number of lines of code you can execute within a particular run, but that's pretty high and hard to run into these days.

I use the dynamic forms builder in Zoho Creator. There are many types of forms in Zoho Creator, and we can utilize the vendor login, vendor portal, customer portal, etc.

I have experience in Zoho Creator, and anyone can use it. It has a basic, simple form structure and is easy to use. It can apply many logical aspects of your business requirements.

We can improve the logical components in Zoho Creator, such as integration with any modules, including Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and third-party applications. We can also build our own logic. I have improved myself to first understand the business process. Whenever I understand the process, I discuss it with my team and build the logic. I have implemented over 10 projects on Zoho Creator, and I can demonstrate what kinds of projects I have completed.

I recommend Zoho Creator because it's easy to use. In Zoho Creator, the language is Deluge language, which is similar to JavaScript but is a low-code platform. The Deluge language is simple, so there is nothing complicated about Zoho Creator, allowing you to easily implement the Zoho software.

Zoho Creator provides complex flexibility. While Zoho Creator or Zoho Desk allows creation of custom modules, direct value retrieval requires APIs in Desk. However, in Zoho Creator, we can create multiple modules and fields that are easily accessible.

Field value validation can be applied easily in Zoho Creator with simple one-line code, whereas other applications require full validation rules.

Zoho Creator enables creation of dynamic forms and stateless forms. Stateless forms are used to trigger workflows without storing data in reports, but instead trigger blueprints and store data in other forms.

Deluge script is used in Zoho Creator for workflows. Through workflows, schedulers, and functions, we can automate report flows. For instance, in an Indian scenario, when selecting a state, districts can be automatically populated using Deluge script.

The analytics tool allows building reports and dashboards. We can generate custom reports, pivot tables, charts, create KPIs, and make dynamic pages and widgets, providing users with better data interface.

Zoho Creator provides robust security. When creating users or portal users, even administrators cannot see user passwords. Changes can be tracked through audit logs, showing which user made specific record changes, ensuring data integrity and security.

In one of their latest updates, there is a feature of being able to pull rows from a subform, which was something we were facing a challenge with, but it has been quite helpful since they enabled it.

I find that working with the open APIs of Zoho Creator is very easy compared to other platforms, allowing for easy data pushing and passing from one party to third-party applications, with provisions to create such APIs within Zoho Creator, enabling us to customize and tailor the applications according to our business needs.

Deluge, being the scripting language in Zoho, is an object-oriented programming language that is easy to learn compared to other languages, allowing beginners to perform many actions with a simple syntax, such as automatically generating associated code when typing.

Zoho Creator provides a quick turnaround in terms of project closures, which is the most important benefit. Its drag-and-drop interface enhances app development. Integrations and schedulers are also used. Zoho applications are cloud-based, which makes updates automatic since it's a SaaS-based application. In terms of stability, we have had no issues. It is satisfactory and has value for money, especially if things are properly strategized to save time.

In Zoho Creator, we can create applications from scratch and implement full automation, which is what I find best about it. According to requirements, we can create dashboards and use Zoho Analytics. We can create all functionalities in Zoho Creator.

Zoho Creator is an easy and useful tool that anyone can use. It's a low-code platform that requires minimal code. It also features a fully drag-and-drop section.

The integration capabilities in Zoho Creator are quite good and support our existing workload. It provides open and proprietary APIs, making interfacing with other applications easier.

The most important thing is Zoho Creator's functionality. Other cloud platforms cannot provide its functionality. Zoho Creator allows users to input scripts. It offers full customization. Likewise, the data and the flow are good.

Zoho Creator boasts a multitude of impressive features, but one of the most outstanding is its flexibility in creating interactive reports and pages. With Zoho Creator, users have the ability to utilize HTML and CSS to create visually appealing pages that are rich in information, utilizing data from the system itself. This exceptional feature provides a remarkable advantage and adds immense value to Zoho Creator.

Zoho Creator is a low-code platform that is easy to use and manage other resources. It stands out because of its modular platform approach. It offers an ERP system with the flexibility to create various applications like service applications, customer portals, and more. It's particularly useful if you already have an ERP system and want to extend its functionality with applications for customer portals, e-commerce, or internal processes such as HR approvals and inventory management. The platform simplifies workflow creation. 

Inside the inventory and the internal connections with the Zoom application are the most valuable features. Occasionally, we encounter situations where the workflow or API faces limitations due to allocated API credits for Zoho applications. However, while using Zoho Creator, we can establish alternative interfaces to connect with Zoho applications. This enables us to run desired automation and workflows without exhausting the API limits.

It started off as a low-code platform. Right now, it is truly a no-code platform. You can have applications without writing even a single line of code, especially for people who don't have coding experience or coding knowledge. At the same time, it is equally powerful for someone who has good coding knowledge and still uses Zoho Creator and uses all of the available features to create a very, very complex system, which includes coding as well.

It is very easy to build applications on the product. We can build an MVP within a couple of hours.

Zoho Creator is a flexible open platform that is good for development in a complex environment that other platforms may not support. It isn't a challenge for me to develop any kind of complex application in Zoho.  

Regarding the solution's features, I attended an event organized by Zoho, which happened last year in September in India. There were four or five sessions specific to Zoho Creator in which they took us through some use cases and real-time experiences. If I remember correctly, they invited four customers for a photograph in one of the sessions since they had developed some applications using Zoho Creator only. So, it was really interesting to see, after which we, in our organization, thought of exploring Zoho Creator to see how we can leverage it. Basically, the application development part of the solution is one of the main features I like since it is quick. Within a few weeks, one can develop at least some prototype using Zoho Creator, and then you can expand it or maybe build something more on top of that.

All the features are valuable. The deployment process is quite straightforward.

It has a simple user interface, not so difficult to use. You can add AI models, integration, and third-party connections. You don't need a lot of coding skills. You can create your forms or flows very easily. It is a very useful application development platform for creating your application. So, if you want to create an application that needs to talk with other third-party applications and you don't have extensive coding skills, it is a very useful platform.

Creating fields and changing the backend data or creating functions is very easy.

If you have any requirements that Zoho CRM or one of the other Zohos isn't able to do naturally, then Creator is good for that. It's able to access information from Zoho CRM and Zoho packages, and you can build out forms, put workflows behind them, and write custom scripts if required. The scripting is good because it means you can do pretty much anything including prebuilt views that allow you to spin up dashboards and different things quickly. It has all of the security features you would expect, it's hosted in a secure environment, and you're able to determine what data is shared. This is a pretty powerful tool. 

The solution's flexibility and quick turnaround are valuable. Flexibility may not be its best feature, but the quick turnaround time is. If you have an idea of the custom solution you want to build, and you want to see how it would integrate with ten different third-party applications. It is really quick to implement that within Zoho Creator to build a prototype, bring people on board, show them how it works, and make future improvements. The quick prototyping for custom solutions is Zoho Creator's strongest feature.

It is a low-code platform. We can create multiple applications simultaneously with it.

Zoho Creator is easy to design and accessible for any business purpose. The solution is priced low and helps you meet business requirements. You can write a script based on requirements and trigger it whereby the customer will receive notifications. It is a customizable application. 

Zoho Creator is a flexible and powerful solution. I like the tool's advanced modification feature which helps to modify its layout and setup scripts. 

The product’s MIS feature is very valuable to us. We send quotes, estimates, and invoices through the solution.
