Zapier Valuable Features

From my perspective, Zapier's best feature would be the ease of use, and it is really easy to use and really user-friendly. The UI is really great. Even a person with no technical knowledge can use Zapier to create automations.
I have been using Zapier for five years now, and I would say that I have almost used 1,000 plus apps or connections to create automations because I have worked with a lot of apps in the past five years.
I do not have a specific example, but to give you an idea, it helped me a lot, and sometimes there were even some platforms that I never worked with before, but they had connections with Zapier already built in, some native integrations that I could use. That really helped me a lot.
It is easy to use Zapier's automated workflows from the cloud, and I have been using it on my PC and sometimes laptop when I am not around or when I am not in the office.
It made my life easier, and it helped me a lot. There was a lot of work that I have automated, and it helps me save a lot of time, which I can use to do other activities.
If there are people who have not used any automation tool, I encourage them to use Zapier for even some of the smallest tasks that they do repeatedly in their day, and they will see that it is a great help.
The only con Zapier has is its pricing. Other than that, Zapier is a really great tool. Zapier AI that you can integrate within workflows has been a great help. No other automation tool has their own AI. Even if they do, they do not work quite as the Zapier AI tool. It can generate really good prompts automatically, and that is also a really great feature. The multi-step features they have introduced, and the UI is really great and very self-explanatory.

From my perspective, Zapier is a tool that has the most connectors. They have approximately 7,000 connections. That is the most important feature for Zapier, and that is why they are where they are currently in the market.
When working with Zapier, it is easier for customers to use because it has a clear structure compared to Make and N8N, which have a more free structure. With Zapier, there is no need to deal with technical JSON characters. You can start from scratch without paying anything, which is great, but Zapier can get quite expensive fast.
View full review »The main thing I appreciate about Zapier is that it has maximum availability of apps, with most tools being available compared to different solutions. Its UI is plain and easy, not too difficult to navigate. The feature to generate code and run the code is also beneficial.

All the features of Zapier are valuable for me to use or integrate with my SaaS product. I believe all the features are practical, and all third-party tools are easily integrated with Zapier.
I actually used most of the automation features. When a user submits a form, I get the details or leads of that form and put them on other third-party tools, such as Notion, Google Sheets, Airtable, or send a lead to Slack. These are common features that help me make perfect automation for my clients and employers.
I utilized Zapier's feature of connecting over 2000 apps for various automations in my business processes. I use Zapier with Memberstack, Stripe, Trello, and Slack. I use around 10 to 15 third-party tools with Zapier, and it is pretty handy for startups or for me as a developer.

The most valuable aspect is the ability to integrate with over 20,000 applications, which is a superior feature compared to Make.com that has limited applications access.
I use multi-step automation workflows in my tasks, which increases productivity and efficiency. The features such as if-else conditions allow for different branches in automation, making the automation more productive.
I utilized conditional logic, text parsing, and formatting. My experience with these advanced features has been excellent. For instance, I once pushed data from Zapier to GoHighLevel while checking the date, and based on that date, I created automation in GoHighLevel that involved various branches, effectively creating a loop.
Remote access to Zapier's automated workflows and cloud integration is beneficial. I use cloud services such as Google Drive and Dropbox within Zapier. The remote capabilities are advantageous, allowing us to provide services from Pakistan for businesses based in the USA, reducing company expenses when hiring employees from the USA. The ability to work remotely globally through Zapier is a significant opportunity.

Creating integration points through webhooks is particularly useful for anyone working on integration projects. There are several built-in features in Zapier for webhooks that can be used effectively.
I have worked with different low-code, no-code solutions, including Decisions, a US-based company, and OutSystems. The solution is quite user-friendly and accessible to everyone.
I have utilized various webhooks available through Zapier for different integration purposes.
View full review »Zapier is user-friendly and most information is available within the page for specific automation. When creating data pushes from one source to another through Zapier, or integrating different platforms, everything is clear. The steps to perform, sources, destinations, triggers, and other aspects are straightforward to use.
The automation capabilities are impressive. Zapier is integrated with most applications I have been using, making it helpful for integration within any platform. When there is no custom configuration or integration available between two applications, Zapier provides a solution. There are no limitations with data, particularly in the data analytics and BI dashboard domains. When fetching data through XML, custom coding isn't necessary - configuration and mapping of accounts, columns, and tables between sources is sufficient before hitting the trigger button.
The automation capabilities eliminate the need for manual data retrieval or analysis from different sources. When data is needed, triggering and creating automation pulls data from the source into Power BI or Cognos. By specifying conditional logic rather than transforming and performing conditions within the visualization tool, Zapier provides conditional logic on the behavioral side to get specific data and load it into Power BI visualization tool.

Zapier has numerous features, including formatter, and the functionality depends on specific client needs. There are many good features, though it is difficult to describe because every automation has a unique use case. Make.com is also effective, but integrations are better in Zapier because it has more advanced features.
View full review »The most valuable feature of the solution stems from the fact that it offers custom in-built functionalities between two software systems.
The most valuable feature is that Zapier has third-party apps that are already connected to the Zapier platform, so it is easy to authenticate with those apps and start using the API connections. It is very simple to put data from one app into another automatically and that is where Zapier really shines. It also does error handling. If there's an error, you will know exactly what's wrong, how to fix it, and how to rerun it so that you can get back to the baseline. Zapier handles everything under the sun that you would think you need in automation.
View full review »There are a few valuable features, like the stability that it comes with and also the number of features that it offers. I've used other services like Pabbly, but they don't offer similar numbers of applications that Zapier has or allows to integrate with – it's maximum.
View full review »There are tools that don't connect with n8n or enable integration by default. So it means that I'll have to use Zapier because Zapier luckily has a wide range of integrations, I would say. So for those kinds of use cases, I think it still works, giving it a shot instead of trying to build your own custom integrations using code.
So that way, it's still worth the money. But if Make or n8n has an integration, I would definitely go ahead with them and not with Zapier.
View full review »Zapier's interface, for me, is the solution's greatest value proposition. It is designed and developed for people who don't have a clue about what they're trying to do. It has a very user-friendly interface. It is definitely designed for non-technical people. For example, you ask an accountant who only works with Google Sheets to develop automation using Zapier, and the accountant will be able to do it in an hour. So, it is very easy.
The most valuable feature of Zapier is it saves me time doing repetitive tasks.

The most valuable feature is the wide variety of built-in integrations it offers. In my experience, I haven't come across anything else that provides such a diverse range of connections.
View full review »What's most valuable in Zapier is its simplicity, seamlessness, and smooth plug-in, so you won't need to build code for every action. I'm not a developer, but I can use Zapier, though I've learned from developers how to connect, so it's easier for me to use Zapier.
The solution fits the needs of enterprise-level solutions. My company is more of a small to medium enterprise, and Zapier fits its needs.
The best feature of Zapier is that every third party you could think of is there. It's a cheap place to know all the third parties in the market. webMethods has a similar feature, but it's not as easy as Zapier.
Marketing-wise, Zapier is also better than webMethods. When you Google, you can find Zapier immediately.
Zapier is also great for beginners or people starting to learn about integration and eCommerce, while webMethods is more for integration experts or enterprise-level integrations. Zapier is novice-friendly.

View full review »We can connect Zapier with Zoho CRM for lead generation. I like the tool's drag and drop feature.
View full review »The product's most valuable feature is automation. We do not have to deal with any functionality. Another efficient feature is looping. It doesn't incur additional costs for extra steps and requires no coding.
View full review »Zapier is user friendly and makes it easy to integrate different tools. It has a drag and drop functionality which makes it easy to connect environments.
Its integration capabilities and the kind of automation it provides to the user are fantastic. It has integration with lots and lots of tools.
The solution is very stable.
Scalability is achievable.
The solution is a SaaS and does not require a complex setup.
View full review »We find it effortless to set up. We really don't have to do anything other than finding the application in the Zapier catalog. And as long as the application has been re-integrated into Zapier, they're able to then just provide the connection details and hook it up.
One thing about being able to select the particular event: If we want to track activity from any third-party application, and then perform some actions on it, whether it is going in and putting something in some database or doing some communication, like an email or whatever. We are able to do so and integrate very easily. So we integrate with Twilio, we integrate with Google Mail, Google SMTP, and then we also integrate with CRM applications, and so on.
So it's an event-orchestrated thing. We're able to very easily pick the events that we want, which is very straightforward, and then be able to perform different actions, some communication, and information and data actions, on that event.
We are able to do that in almost a few hours as opposed to several days. This is what's so exceptionally powerful for us.
The countless integrations that Zapier makes possible are easy to set up and are valuable. As a SaaS provider, we use countless online tools for dashboards, tracking, and other metrics. Of course, those databases need to interact with each other. When there's no standard integration available, Zapier provides the answer.
View full review »The connection between Facebook lead forms and MailChimp integrations is the most valuable feature.
Furthermore, we started using the integration for Google spreadsheets. It is real handy!
For instance, using a lead campaign for our clients, we gather data, send it to MailChimp to use it in mail-automation campaigns, and also send it to a Google spreadsheet. The sales team can then follow up on the leads.
Besides this, we send out an email to the people whom it concerns that there is a new lead that requires action on their part.
View full review »The ability to connect web applications to trigger actions in another app after having enriched, formatted, delayed, grouped, and filtered is really valuable for many businesses.
As a SaaS vendor, we need Zapier to create and manage easy automations across the various apps we use "under the wood" for running our business. This helps us make sure that business critical integrations work without requiring the dev team to get involved.
We integrate with Zapier, allowing our users to use their services. So, it's important that I am up-to-date on how we can use Zapier to integrate with other platforms.

- Ability to use logical functions and multi-step algorithms for these connections, thus we can avoid triggering certain processes or workflows when we don't want to.
