Cloud networking is perfect, I can manage and monitor all the clients of my network whenever I want and wherever I am.

The Layer-7 capability let me control traffic and block unwanted services.

Although Layer-7 helps, it could still be improved.

We had no issues with the deployment.

Meraki support is really good.

We also use Meraki MR and Aerohive devices.

Meraki setup is easy.

Both Meraki and Aerohive are good products, and I prefer Meraki. I work with Meraki products in production. Meraki are more intuitive than Aerohive.

We implemented Meraki APs across our 5 offices in USA, UK, and India, and we can manage all of them from one dashboard. We have great metrics for bandwidth usage, easily finding out who is downloading movies. ;-)

Using Radius server for user authentication is very simple to configure, creating new SSID, and it has a great alerting system.

Deployment is very simple- just add the device to your dashboard, connect to the network, and it will automatically connect, update firmware, and update configuration to match with your others APs.

10, to get help you can open the case or just call them directly, give them your customer ID and boom, you are talking to the tech who can see all your devices.

Aruba, Ruckus - they are ok, but you need to spend more time to configure and their support is not even close to Meraki.

I think the Meraki APs are very cheap, I am using them even at home.

Don't waste time and money for the other solutions, only Meraki!

The management console is valuable. It helps manage everything.

The solution is limited to Meraki products. It does not extend to Catalyst products. Our customers have a mixture of Catalyst and Meraki products. They cannot manage Catalyst products. Cisco Meraki must improve the integration between its own family of products. It is a disadvantage.

I have been using the solution for two to three years.

The tool is stable. It is quite good.

We work with products like Ruckus, ExtremeCloud, and Aruba Central. Cisco Meraki is easier to deploy than other tools. Cisco Meraki supports both wireless products and switches.

For some customers, Cisco is not the first choice when it comes to pricing. The solution is pretty expensive.

With Meraki Wireless Solutions of Cisco Wireless, I can manage them from the cloud. We are a partner of Cisco.

Being able to manage in the cloud is a valuable feature. The other valuable feature is the monitoring device, you can see the network health.

I have some problems when I want to connect some users when there are a lot of users and they disconnect.

Another pain point is that we have to manually do the frequency settings, especially the power of the access points.
