The most valuable features of Appian are the VPN engine, it is fast, lightweight, and easy to set up business rules. Business teams can do it by themselves. That is a very good feature.

It has good integrations. We were looking for out-of-the-box integration with both on-prem and publicly accessible data sources. We needed integration with the cloud, OData, our REST API feed, and then on-prem passthrough to go to a SQL database or on-prem APIs through Azure local deployment, etc.

Recently, we added Appian Process Mining, Appian Portals, and now Appian RPA.

Their workflow, which can be easily built into a BPM, is one of the best features.

The development time for Appian is far less than high code languages, like .NET, Java, or some other languages. 

We delivered the first application within 12 weeks, and that was a really big project. If we went with some high code tools, definitely it should have taken more than 15 or 18 sprints, and every estimate, in that case, would be a two-week sprint. It took only around 40% of the typical development time.

The initial setup is easy.

It's very stable.

You can scale the product well.

From a feature perspective, Appian has quick development, given it's a low-code platform; you can quickly use it to build a solution.

And then, if we need to make changes, we don't need to do a lot of coding.

With low-code, we don't need a lot of coding, and then from the plumbing perspective, there is a complete CI/CD pipeline that exists within Appian that can be leveraged for open deployment. 

We can manage versions, do field deployment, and manage all these smaller incremental changes that need to be done. It's self-sufficient, from my perspective.

The most valuable features of Appian are workflow management and the ease with which you can build the UI.

Appian is easy to install and set up, and it does not come out with your audit. It has accessible process orchestration and process management. With Appian, the time to market is much faster.

What I found most valuable in Appian is its latest feature, which lets you drill down on multiple things through the structure of the reporting and UI side of the solution.

The low code functionality and being able to get applications faster to customers or to the market are valuable.

It helps with working with API projects. It helps me work with clients and helps with automation with UiPath. 

It's a popular solution with clients. 

The price is not that high. It's affordable.

The setup is easy.

It is stable.

The product is quite innovative. 

There is a lot of documentation available.

The low-code capabilities and, of course, the business process management features are the most valuable aspects of the solution. 

It has a very easy setup.

The technical support is excellent.

It's scalable.

The stability is good.

Workflow Engine is a valuable tool. Besides the resource kit, I believe both tools are very, very convenient for our clients.

It is really simple to create a new app, and I like the data-centric aspect of the BPM tool.

Using this solution allows us to have faster testing on multiple devices.

The solution is simple to set up.

It's a stable product.

The product is open-source.

I find the BPM the most valuable feature. It is easy to develop as it is a local solution. Appian is quick to understand and develop.

The workflow engines are a valuable feature. We use them to bridge the gaps of processes within our core systems that are either too difficult or too costly to develop within the core system. We bridge those gaps using Appian. 

The rapid deployment of solutions is excellent. 

It's cloud-based, and it was a smooth transition from the cloud to on-premises. We've really enjoyed the automatic updates. We never have to manually upgrade to the latest platform. It saves us some work. The cloud setup is simple.

The solution is very stable.

It can scale well.

Technical support is quite responsive. 

Appian's most valuable feature is that we can create end-to-end process cloud ntive  workflows with minimum turnaround.

Appian's most valuable features are the quick time it takes to develop for the market. It's easy and faster than other BPM solutions. 

The most important and the most notable feature is that it provides us with real-time data on all connected systems in terms of how they're integrated with each other and how they are performing in a workflow manner.

You can develop a back-end UI and back-end reports using this tool.

Being able to model requirements in BPMN 2.0, get agreement from business and IT, and then have Appian BPMN 2.0 compliant engine execute the diagram. This has created executable requirements and speeds up the SDLC process greatly.

The solution’s turnaround time for development is better compared to other tools. The solution enables fast development. The traceability of the processor is good. There is much more governance and regulations on the processers. The tool reduces the time of the processes by 30% to 40%. The solution’s low-code aspect has greatly impacted the development and deployment speed.

One of the major reasons we are using the product is that we can reuse the modules. The developers can reuse all the modules. It enables us to make subsequent developments in less time. The prebuilt modules can be deployed within two to three weeks. The tool is very flexible. Compared to other platforms, the Appian product team was agile in quickly customizing things for us.

The most valuable features are the low coding and low code data.

The application life cycle is very clear. I started learning it and giving some workshops to my team. Creating the users and the building is very structured. Documentation is nice and it's easy to learn.

There's a nice fundamentals course that I can ask my project managers to easily learn, while the other local, no-code platforms don't have that option.

The solution's most valuable features are the regular periodic and quarterly updates, they are very useful updates. They keep improving the solution more often, and that helps the platform or code always be up to date with the latest features.

Appian is a very low code platform. It's very easy to learn and use. It provides a lot of built-in functionality to address common business use cases, like user and task management, record and data management, and robust reporting on both business and process data.

Appian has many valuable features, the first being the ease of development—rapid development. Second, the process of learning the product and tool is faster when compared to its peers in the market. It's closer to low-code, and while it's still not very easy, it's more low-code than other products in the industry. Appian has a good user interface, a seamless model user interface, which comes without additional coding. It can also integrate with multiple systems. 

Appian also has very flexible local integration and we have used that extensively to integrate with our Legacy system.

One of the features that we felt was valuable to us was the business case management and how seemingly easy it was to use.

The combination of business process management, dynamic case management over the local platform has vastly improved.

We appreciate the drag and drop functionality and the easy to access plug and play features. 

They seem to be introducing a lot of automation into their product, which is exciting for us. They're apparently partnering up with different companies to offer robotic process automation in the future.

The initial setup is very easy.

You can easily integrate other applications into the product.

I like how quickly you can build applications. The low code aspect of it is really useful to get things out to market quickly. Compared to other code tools that I've seen, Appian has a more robust rules engine.

The data types that we've built in Appian are very vast. We can customize the solution or point to predefined data sources. That makes it very unique.

The reusability is great. You can build it in one place and use it in many places. 

It is stable and reliable.

The solution can scale well.

Technical support is helpful.

It is easy to set up.

Appian helps you do a lot of things. It's easy to configure and build an application platform, and it offers a lot of features. It's flexible so you can reuse it for a variety of use cases.

The workflow designer is the most valuable feature.

It's pretty good as it stands at the moment.

The agile manner that we require to create our workflows. This is probably the most critical part of our solution and the time it takes to start processing the solution. This is also quite fast. It is important for us to develop the solution in an agile manner.

The product's most valuable feature is the low code aspect of development. We can develop an end-to-end VPN solution using a single platform. It is easier to focus on business cases and problems rather than consume much time in the development process.

This solution provides for fast development with Quick Apps and simple CRUD user interfaces.

• Beautiful user interfaces that are limited in customization but have the benefit of fewer problems with usability
• Having data in memory using KDB technology is also a good idea
  

Form building capabilities and well thought out process modelling are key points to this product.

• Process Designer - If properly used, the executable flow itself helps you understand the business flow.
• Call Web Service Smart Service - Web service integrations with other systems are super simple and fast to create, supported by low code menus.
• Write to Data Store Entity - Saving data in SQL databases is done easily using entities. Entities (CDTs in Appian terminology) define relationships and target schema tables via XSD files.
• SAIL interfaces - Writing code that creates forms requires coding skills in Appian SAIL, a proprietary language. The forms are mobile-ready and components can be reused in forms and reports.

The initial setup was seamless. We didn't run into any hardships at all.

The solution's stability is pretty good.

While we haven't tried to scale yet, we see that there might be potential to do so in the future.

The Sites features are very nice. We use it extensively.

We have Tempo reports and we enjoy that it has Tempo functionality. 

The interface is very good. Our clients really seem to like that.

The product has a very good mobile app.

Overall, the features of the product are very helpful.

It's a solution that doesn't really need a lot of coding, if at all. It's very drag-and-drop. That's what makes it so easy to use.

The product offers a lot of good integration capabilities.

• Ease of use: Any normal developer can pick up the development techniques pretty quickly.
• Regular updates: There are regular updates, as per market and as per client's requirements.

This is the most complete solution of its kind, dealing with BPM and RPA, AI, case management, and document processing. It's a complete platform which is what makes it so good.

In terms of interface, it's very good. In terms of infrastructure, it's amazing and already using multiple tools behind the scenes. It's a low-code platform, so it's very easy to implement.

• I think the interface is a good feature because it's simple to use and you can quickly develop the users' interface. 
• The Application Designer is also very user friendly. 
• There are a lot of plug-ins that you can use and, for the most part, they are free.

The most valuable feature is trustability. The preparation, reports, information, and data model are also valuable.

It's being able to manage the workflow, to assign tasks, to have notification that a task has been completed. It's basically what any BPM solution is going to provide.

What stands out are the

The most valuable features of Appian are:

1. Rapid development with low-code makes it easier to quickly get apps implemented and the time to break-even and ROI is much faster.
2. Easy to build case management, with Records and Related Actions facilitates case or document-based applications instead of, or along with, process-based applications, opening up whole new types of applications for Appian development.
3. Built from the ground up with a cohesive architecture to be the leading social, collaborative, most usable BPM platform. This makes the product feel integrated and intuitive to use, rather than having to seemingly (or actually, in the case of some competitors) go to a separate product to do certain things. In the end, it shortens implementation time and opens up the product to less technical designers because it's easy to use.

It's heavy on business processing in terms of logic, process workflows, and primarily on the process design modeler. Appian is really great at that. In terms of the full stack set from a low-code platform perspective, it's definitely an eye opener since it can be deployed via mobile app and on the web as well.

The Cloud offering is a nice feature.

Robust forms builder that allows a developer to build once and the deploy to all browser & native iOS and Android apps automatically.

The solution has a lot of strong features for the financial industry, it is very easy to use.

The most valuable feature is business automation.

SAIL (Self-Assembling Interface Layer), a scripting language provided by Appian. It is the equivalent of JS and CSS. It allows creation of complex UIs which are also responsive. With SAIL, we have a single language for both the UI logic and its appearance. UI components can be built as reusable components and used in multiple UI interfaces.

Process Modeling enables creation of business process workflows. You can create complex business workflows in a visual manner, and it is also easy to debug/monitor.

The most valuable features of Appian are the Low Code, robust Process Design, Run-time Management, Deployment, Interfaces, and Mobility.  The business rules capability are advanced and the integration capabilities are second to none.  We also find security to be more robust than pretty much all other application platforms we've worked with in the past.
