UiPath Process Mining Reviews

Process Mining helps us to understand how our processes have been built. From that, we can analyze and make the necessary improvements, so that we can be more productive. 

UiPath Process Mining is not the only tool the client is using, but Process Mining is something that we would use as an add-on to what we have. 

For example, if we are using UiPath Studio with five production boards and running it on different systems, then running five different processes, Process Mining can help us to understand how these processes are working, and help us to analyze if there is any room for improvement, or needs any changes to be more accurate and more efficient.

The most valuable feature is that it improves our processes and it deploys automation at a cheaper price, higher efficiency, and accuracy.

UiPath has a great implementation strategy. They will release the beta version eventually, but they always have implemented it within the next month. They have a new release for each and every product within one to two months.

That's how they build these processes and build these products. When you see or get a new product, it's an enhancement of what we have in the previous version.

They are always improving, which is a good thing.

There is always a challenge with the infrastructure set up for the client. Setting up the server is something that might be difficult. It needs to be simplified to make it easier to install the tools and start working on the automation.

The UiPath technical support is good. If we have any questions, they have a separate team to address any questions that we may have. Once we raise a ticket with the help center, they will reach out to us based on the priority of the ticket and then try to resolve it.

If there is something that they are not able to sort out, they will get more involved and do a screen share to help us resolve the issues.

The initial setup is similar to the RPA processes that we build. 

It's not a complex setup, it's easy.

I would rate UiPath Process Mining a seven out of ten.

We are working with this tool to automate our financial processes.

As a solution provider, we are looking to start marketing RPA solutions such as UiPath to our customers, but at this point, we have only used it to automate one of our own financial processes. We will be using our automation as an example.

The most valuable feature is the user interface, which makes it easy to use for tasks like configuring resources.

This is not a perfect tool, as there are things that should be improved.

We are evaluating UiPath Process Mining.

UiPath is pretty stable and it has been good for us.

The initial setup is straightforward.

We are using the Community Version of UiPath and have only a single process automated. At this point, we are just testing and treating it as a PoC, so we do not have immediate plans to acquire licenses.

Overall, this product is very useful.

I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

We primarily use UiPath for the automation of our financial systems. The use cases include invoicing, billing, and other financial processes.

This technology as a whole is really revolutionizing our finances.

Process Mining still has to mature somewhat.

There is a bit of a concern about being able to use this on a mobile device.

I have been using UiPath Process Mining for approximately the past three months.

This product is 100% enterprise-scalable.

We have between 15 and 20 users, but it is being used by the entire financial division, which affects up to 150 staff.

This is a cloud-based deployment so it was very easy to set up with no installation. I find that to be very important, these days.

We began our evaluation with Blue Prism. We used it only on a very small scale for the purpose of evaluating it. We felt that it was too old, as it was one of the first products on the market, and we wanted something more modern.

After that, we discovered Automation Anywhere, which was much better, and then we decided to also look at UiPath. AA has a very good local partner for support. The company is quick to respond, and the issues have been dealt with very quickly.

UiPath and Automation Anywhere are very similar, but ultimately, we decided to go with Automation Anywhere.

UiPath Process Mining is very good, and absolutely a product that I can recommend. That said, it still has to mature somewhat.

I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

We mainly work with email notifications and attachments. We use it for reporting purposes. We handle validation or manipulation in that report and then notify or send it back to the customers.

If somebody opens an Excel book and they didn't maximize it, you have to open it in a maximized mode, the occupancy then will be identified properly by the pod which is opening. If you're using DL, it works fine, but sometimes our requirement is to put in a CC.

I have been using UIPath Process Mining for five years.

UIPath Process Mining is stable.

We sometimes can have some issues with the scalability on the platform because we are sharing the licenses. We are trying to focus on the queue concept where we can utilize it, to make it faster.

The setup is very good and explained well. People who are at least accustomed to this automation in UiPath, can read and go through the process without a problem.

I would rate UiPath Process Mining an eight out of ten.

I use this solution for product mining and docking.

The valuable features really depend on your particular use case. We can easily identify based on your needs and prioritize accordingly.

Improvement depends on whether I can get the input information to explain why the exceptions are happening. Is it because of different policies or incorrect procedures being applied? If that information would also be integrated as part of it, it would make my life easier.

How the input is received from the medium and assimilated is important. The kind of application that we are using to process the particular process also plays a role.

I would like to know what the exceptions are when they occur. Is it because of the process selected needs or is it because of policy, legal issues, or incorrect procedural obligation? That would really help me.

In general, if they can provide the exceptions, as well as why those exceptions are happening from the input side and what applications had been used to process the information, it would be much easier for me.

This is a stable product.

ProcessGold is definitely scalable.

You should integrate this solution with process re-engineering also. For example, right now we have more focus on automation and intelligent automation in the UI path. At certain times, it can be costly to do automation or real-time automation. A customer might be looking towards the future.

I would rate this solution as eight out of ten.

We are automating some manual work with it. We are working with its latest version.

Its speediness is most valuable. It is quick to develop. It is also quick and easy to learn.

Its license structure is complex. 

In terms of features, there isn't anything missing at this time.

We are a partner, and we have been working with this solution for three years.

It is very stable.

It is scalable.

Their support is good.

Its setup is straightforward. It is very fast to implement. It typically just takes days.

In terms of maintenance, it requires very little maintenance.

I would advise others to think of its use cases before they start implementing it. They should use it for the right things. 

I would rate it an eight out of 10.

UiPath's communication interface looks good. 

We started using UiPath for the past year.

I haven't used any enterprise editions. I just use the free dev version. 

I rate UiPath Process Mining seven out of 10. It's good. I haven't had any issues with it.

I have found the most valuable features to be virtualization, multi-user, developer tools, API analytics, and workflow management.

I have found UiPath Process Mining to be a very complex tool to use. They could improve the OCR recognition feature.

I have been using UiPath Process Mining for approximately two years.

I rate UiPath Process Mining a ten out of ten.
