I have been working on the technical side of PeopleSoft for the past nine months, focusing mainly on technical courses such as REST APIs, PeopleCode, application packages, and uploading data to pages and component interfaces. I have also been involved in data conversion during my trial dates.

We stopped using this product a couple of months ago but our primary use case was for the organization's payroll. We had 95,000 users; the entire organization was using it, whether it was contractors, third-party workers, and our own employees spread over 260 plus countries.

We use the PeopleSoft solution for financial and supply chain management modules.

The primary use case of this solution is for HR, payroll, benefits, time and labor, e-pay, absence management, and position management.

A hundred to thousand PeopleSoft ERPs are available in the market. However, we explore a person's business needs, and then we suggest a few options as per their budget and requirements. If one uses PeopleSoft software, then all the issues and challenges one is facing right now in the business get resolved.

I've put in project costing and/or P2P systems for places like the European Investment Bank and IFAD.

We use a lot of typical cases from PeopleSoft, for example, solutions for security, business performance, monitoring processes, and a lot of training.

In my consulting role at a firm, I have spent the last two decades helping organizations implement PeopleSoft for their unique needs. While our clients employ PeopleSoft for various purposes, the main goal is to streamline their enterprise resource planning, whether it is optimizing HR processes, managing finances, or enhancing customer relationships. This solution is our primary HCM product. We use it for core HR, payroll benefits, time, labor, Regs, and Legs.

We use PeopleSoft for finance and HR. 

It's accounting software. The end result is generating the balance sheet and income statement, and it helps track all the transaction flows.

I’ve been involved with both FSCM and HCM implementation. So, I've used PeopleSoft across various functionalities.

Regarding use cases, our company uses PeopleSoft for its entire ERP suite. PeopleSoft remains the best ERP solution available in the market, particularly for those focused on financials, HCM, or supply chain management. The solution's processing capabilities, integrations, stability, and availability of resources on the internet are among its amazing features. I would like to see Oracle ERP Cloud, which is new in the market and has been around for five to six years, eventually reach PeopleSoft's level. It is also important to note that the amount of information we get on the internet is very limited when you compare it with what you get on PeopleSoft. In short, PeopleSoft is amazing.

PeopleSoft is used for human capital management in my organization. It can manage a lot of business areas, such as payroll, time and labor, and absences.

We primarily use the solution for our payroll needs and in human resources. These are the areas in which I have expertise. 

I am acquainted with versions 8.8 and 9.2.

PeopleSoft is an ERP and provides the software that gives a whole view of a company. From the delivery of raw materials and output from manufacturing plants to distribution, sales and accounting. It provides a unified view and a single source of truth for enterprises. We have 10 clients and those 10 clients have many users who use this solution.

Our clients' primary use case of this solution is for paying their employees. 

I focus on financial supply chains and treasury modules in PeopleSoft. They're used by every one of my clients. Additionally, I have clients that use campus solutions and use payroll. The footprint is much larger than what I service.

PeopleSoft is mostly used for payroll and core HR functionality. Some customers use it for its finance module.

PeopleSoft is our HR system. We used it for everything at my old company, including performance appraisal, leave application, employee, master database. This company only uses the performance management module, so we do goal-setting and appraisals through PeopleSoft. 

Mangement also plans to adopt the compensation module. They are currently only using a small part, but they want to use the full module.

Our company is using the PeopleSoft CRM for receiving data from different sources. For example, our employee management system database data.

Workday information will be stored in the PeopleSoft system. We will create some APAs, through those APA it's a third-party call to connect to the PeopleSoft systems.

PeopleSoft is an HR management system.

We use it for financial books. It is used for bookkeeping, accounting, and reporting.

It is on-premise, and the next logical step in the journey is to either take it to a public cloud such as GCP or go for SaaS.

We use PeopleSoft to:

• Manage HR globally
• Take care of payroll for all US employees (both salary and hourly at all plants in different states and localities).
• Administer benefits and compensation and integrating with all outside benefit vendors and state/federal tax agencies.

We're a consulting company, therefore, we get involved in all kinds of use cases.

PeopleSoft is used for usually larger organizations and some middle tier. However, usually, organizations that are maybe 2000 employees or two and a half billion dollars or more tend to be users. They use it primarily for back-office systems, finance supply chain, human resources, payroll benefits, that kind of stuff. That includes recruiting and everything associated with HCM. It's one of the primary ERP systems.

This solution is similar to SAP SuccessFactors, and Workday. 

PeopleSoft HRMS is an ERP software which was one of the leading successful software in North America, in the Canadian Region.

We have implemented multiple modules that are the core HR function management, performance management, training, administrative training, access management, global payroll for India, and recruitment.

We use the product in our everyday HR functions. I use it to verify salaries or employment dates, examine transactions submitted by my team, check recruitment postings, and ensure the implementation of performance reviews.

I have used the product for maintaining employee information for a bank. It is the best HR solution to maintain employee information.

My primary use case is for global HR and payroll.

We are not deploying PeopleSoft for our internal process, but we are implementing PeopleSoft to other organizations. Clients primarily use it for their financials, for the HCM, and some of them do use it for their supply chain.

We use PeopleSoft for most of the modules. For example, we use it for all our job data for all of our employees, E-recruit, time and labor, and performance.

For most of PeopleSoft's functionalities, everything is related to finance, to manufacturing, to service, and to sales and sales opportunities. The broad scope for most of the year includes these functionalities.

We use this for HR management.

This is an ERP product and the best use case is to raise your query to the HR manager. There is functionality built-in for the staff to raise their queries direction to HR.

We implement this solution for our clients. Some of our clients use the on-prem version and some on cloud. We either do our own private hosting or use a public platform depending on the client. If public, we generally use AWS or Oracle. I work with clients in higher ed or the public sector and they're generally looking for a more updated solution than they're currently using. We are partners with Oracle. 

Our primary use case is for HCM. It has very few clicks before getting data. Reporting is easy to retrieve, both ad-hoc and fixed reports. There can be more visualization. 

We use PeopleSoft as our ERP system. It is used for everything we do except for work order management, property tax revenue, and community service management. We had to use other systems for these applications.

• Time and expenses reporting.

This is primarily used as a business system.

My primary use is to keep track of clients.

We primarily use the solution's HCM suite for HR.

We primarily use the solution for Campus Solutions, HR and finance.
