We really like SharePoint, the Office 365 for endpoints. We're still messing around with that. We've only had that for about six weeks of play. It was good as it really started to give me insight as to what vulnerabilities I had out there on my company-owned machines. That's my most valuable tool right now due to the fact that I can not only monitor the health of the machines but also run through that same endpoint protection. I have access to cyber analysis and security testing for all my employees. I can send out test malware emails or some sort of phishing attempt emails for my entire company all in one fell swoop. I can keep a monitor on who passed, who failed, who's taken the required training, et cetera. The security compliance center that comes with that and it helps us a lot.

There are all sorts of really good tools for use on the information security side that allow us to make sure that our people are doing business and doing business right.

With our whole tenant, we had a little over a terabyte of storage just for our SharePoint. Then, each individual gets a terabyte of storage for their OneDrive. It's really nice being able to not have to worry about monitoring the storage. I mean, we do go in and we do our storage monitoring about once a quarter just to make sure that we're not approaching any limits. For example, in my account, I'm about halfway through my limit because I'm the IT guy. I've got software backups. I've got all sorts of equipment backups. It's nice to have the capability to maintain that kind of storage without having to go out and purchase it. It comes out of the box, for the company.

As an email provider, I believe Office 365 is the best email provider.

They are very good at what they do. That is why Office 365 has more than 4 billion users. Based on the market, I believe that is one of the best solutions.

OneNote is the feature I use the most. We also frequently use the Power Apps features.

It's a very good suite. I did a survey, and our people are very happy using Microsoft.

The most valuable feature of Office 365 is that it has many solutions bundled together.

The most valuable feature is the integration, where all of the modules are talking to each other.

I like that it is cloud-based, wherefrom any computer I can access my documents and continue working. Even if my computer is down or something has happened to it, I can use another computer for work.

In terms of the most valuable feature, I use Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams, but Teams is new for me.

The way the ERP presents information for the user is very good.

1. Admin Console, control on allow, block, and quarantine list -  always top feature as an admin.

2. Strong sharing control options in One drive & Share points.

3. Microsoft Teams (instant message or audio or video conference with excellent quality).

4. Easy integration with Microsoft Windows environment.

5. Outlook is or was an all-time favorite email application for most of the users, IMAP or Exchange configuration for sending and receiving emails are very easy and frictionless.

6. Outlook is capable of integrating multiple calendars and it can enable add ons like Webex/go-to-meeting/teams/team viewer etc...

7. Seamless integration with third-party partners for email security aspects.

8. Quarantine email alerts to users to allow the email to their inbox (tricky but handy) - tricky if one doesn't have third-party email security, handy if one has got good third party email security).

It's a good solution in general. It's very feature-rich.

The product is a very good collaborative tool. 

We are using the entire Microsoft product, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Apart from, them, we are also using Teams. There's a lot there in terms of apps and features. 

The Channels and Microsoft Teams are the most valuable aspects of the product.

The initial setup is simple.

It is a very stable product.

You can scale the solution if you want to.

The cost of the product is not overly expensive. 

I like Office 365's usability. 

The functionality that is most valuable is the solution's ability to detect patient data in email attachments. Whenever a user sends out an email with patient data embedded in an attachment, it triggers an alert. The tool can detect a social security number and various other forms of patient identity. Emails are then automatically generated and sent.

It's easy for you to create tables, organize your data, write some text, et cetera. If you want to apply for a job, you need to do, for example, your CV or cover letter, and you need Word to write in. The various applications and software available are excellent.

The implementation is easy.

It is stable.

The product can scale.

The formulas are great. You can play with Excel and you can put the formulas in and kill some time. It is very, very useful for the user.

The solution is quite stable.

It's inexpensive to license. 

The user interface is great. 

The solution gives users a lot of different options. 

The most valuable feature is the integration with OneDrive, which has allowed us, a small business, easy access to a cloud environment, with no need to back up the data from five different computers.

The multiple-user editing capability is helpful, improving the productivity of our team on creating and editing files together, even when in different physical locations. 

File formats that are the market standard (docx, xlsx, pptx), is an important and relevant need to deal with clients' provided files. 

The most innovative feature of Office 365 is the Power Apps, which allows us to automate literally everything that we want automated. For example, sending attachments to specific folders on SharePoint, adding people's SharePoint when certain apps are performed, or emailing certain people at certain instances, such as when you've done a follow-up with the CRM and you need a marketing email to be sent out at a particular point.

Monthly subscription per user provides flexibility and a significant number of capable apps to leverage corporate data.

There aren't any features that jump out at me as being valuable.

The Excel application's ability to handle spreadsheets and calculations if very useful.

The integration with other applications is pretty good.

The most valuable feature of Office 365 is automatic saving. If something happens on the computer your work is saved.

Its cloud connectivity and integration of Yammer is best. It's a complete package for any office to use.

We are a remote/distributed company, so we need cloud functionality; collaboration is also key in a remote environment.

The most valuable feature is that we can access our documents from anywhere. If we aren't using our official laptops, we can still go online to work. I think it helps a lot.

Microsoft Defender for Office 365 has been used here in Brazil for a long time, so the familiarity is there. It's being used by both individual and enterprise users, and it has a good interface. It's very adaptable and it's easy to market in Brazil. We've installed this solution for a lot of enterprise clients. It's a solution that's easy to use.

What I like most about Office 365 is its reliability and that I haven't experienced any outages, it's always worked fine for me. It also has a unique 'giving' feature in that if I go for Office 365 licensing for a particular license level, Microsoft also offers me other services along with Office 365. 

I love this tool. I like the release planning feature and their notifications about upgrades; it makes me feel like an inside partner rather than just a customer.

It is an excellent platform for teamwork. Its raison d'être is the collaboration between the members of a business network. It also enables work material from diverse devices.

• Extensive information on the web and from local partners
• Short implementation time
• Quick activation of services

It's nice that it's an all-in-one solution and everything is all in one place. 

You can have your meetings, your meeting history, you can record meetings, you've got a place for meeting notes, you can create your task board, or have planner boards, or you can use other tools like Trello within Teams. 

Just the integration that it gives allows us a lot of different other platforms in basically one place, and it's good to have everything at our fingertips if and when we need it.

The thing I have found most valuable is that the product is quite simple for end-user so there is not much reason to use the product support. The support for users is good and adapting the product from the user's perspective is quite easy.  

The uptime of the solution is quite good, I can say it has about 98 to 99% uptime.  

The product is also easy from the standpoint of administration, especially for the IT team. We have good control over who has access to the program components and what parts they can use. In terms of the IT team, it makes our work quite easy. We do not need to spend too much time monitoring the solution because it is quite good.  

Security-wise, it is also good. There is multi-layer authentication which I think is good from a security standpoint.  

And finally, the reporting is also good.  

I don't distinguish them much at all from what I can get to, just with normal software installed at the desktop. For example, the tool called OneNote, I have not used it because I don't see the need to.

The cloud service and Skype are the most valuable features. We also use the MS Word and Excel.

Cloud-based management is valuable and software deployment is positive. SharePoint, document sharing, and Skype have been helpful as well.

The most valuable feature is Microsoft Exchange.

If you have a global solution, you can go from one product to the other very easily. And then you can share data between all the different Office tools which is good because participation and sharing is very good. That's the most important aspect of Office 365.

The ability to convert Word documents to PDF file is one of the features I love most. Pictures can be pasted into the Word environment and can be converted to PDF. 

I like quite a few of the applications included in the solution, including OneDrive as well as Teams. 

The solution offers all of the Office features, that we have access to and can use whenever we need to. 

The solution can be accessed from anywhere. You don't have to be in the office or at your desktop to use it.

The solution is quite intuitive and easy to use.

Many of the features in Office 365 are good, but I think Excel is a very good tool. Excel is good at processing data in small volumes. 

I like all of the features. 

You know that there a lot of features are available. SharePoint and Yammer are the most valuable.

Everything about the solution is useful.

Outlook is great. We like that there's SharePoint connectivity. The OneDrive is amazing. 

I love all of the applications being interlinked. I do not have to separately work on an independent system when it comes to file storage, email, and other tools. 

It's great that there's also one single sign-on and all features are available.

The whole Office suite of Office products: Word, Publisher, Outlook, etc. are fantastic. The whole suite of products is very good.

Exchange Online: It's the cloud version of Exchange Server and is pretty much easy to use.

Skype for Business Online formerly Lync Online: It's a fully fledged chat cum video conferencing tool. With the integration of Skype and Lync, the tool has now become more useful and helpful.

People tend to keep their mistakes hidden. With version control, you only have access to what you need. Managing assignments of tasks can make a team effort be more transparent. The solution keeps people honest.

I like that mail and calendar are available anywhere. It is easy to share with colleagues.
