Teams is a really good collaboration tool. You can work basically at any part of the world and communicate and collaborate with anybody, as long as they are connected to the internet. It helps with remote work, and although I don't work remotely, I have offices in Dubai and different geographical locations. It helps me connect with my colleagues and team who are not in the same geography as I am in Bangalore. Teams can facilitate team meetings, screen sharing, and organizing meetings.
Regarding security, we have two-factor authentication governed by organizational policy. When trying to login to Office 365, Teams, or any Office 365 app, we are required to provide a password and use Microsoft Authenticator to sign in using a code. This is how two-factor authentication is implemented in our organization.
Office 365 offers a suite of apps including OneNote, though I don't use it very often. In terms of integration with Microsoft ecosystem, it offers everything needed to get work done without any hassle.

Everything is backed up and always available, and if there is a maintenance issue, we receive good notice. It has everything one would need to run a modern office, providing every solution we require.
The collaboration tools in Office 365 enhance my team's workflow immeasurably, and they are absolutely top class.

Having everything in one place in Office 365, and all the apps integrate together with OneDrive, and the email management is pretty decent. It's a very well-packed platform, and it all works together. We use Power Automate in Office 365 as an example; we have a spreadsheet of all our software renewals, and Power Automate goes through and notifies us 90, 60, or 30 days before the contracts run out that we need to renew the contract.Office 365 overall is cost-effective for us. We use the Enterprise E5 version of it, which gives us our Office license, all Windows licenses, and a whole bunch of tools, including Power BI, the whole lot. It's really good value.

The most interesting thing I have seen in Office 365 is the mail format along with the auto collection feature provided in Outlook, which I enjoy very much.
I assess the integration capabilities of Office 365 as good, as we have already integrated it with MuleSoft. We have many integrations, and we receive mail through Office 365, where we also monitor it, making it effective for our needs.
The integration capabilities of Office 365 enhance my remote work capabilities because we receive emails and monitoring alerts without opening the application. We have also integrated it with a mobile tool, and it works effectively.

I appreciate the features in Office 365, especially the PowerApps and the AI, the Copilot linked to the AI. Lost the permission. I am able to populate the document. I just link it and say populate this in Word. It does that for me. Download this for me. I have it handy. More importantly, I appreciate the PowerApps. Very handy.
The integration capabilities of Office 365 are well integrated. Everything is linked. Everything is well linked. You're able to flow from your processes. Once I populate something on the process side of things, I get notification. I created about ten kappa that they need to do polykappa. We got action plan, and it notified all the possible persons that they have a copper to close and they need to go and close it. It's well integrated. It makes my work easy. It does the tracking for me. View full review »

The feature of Office 365 that has significantly improved my team's collaboration is sharing cooperation with other team members or other teams. Working with the same document is more useful now.
A major efficiency gain enabled by Office 365 automated tools is that it helps with sharing documents and information, so efficiency can be improved substantially. Our company needs to share considerable information with the world and the China part. We mainly use Office 365 for sharing information.
Office 365 has AI capabilities that improve our processes, as we are using Copilot to assist us in writing documents. For example, we link up with Microsoft Teams, which helps to record scripts and wrap up meeting minutes.
View full review »The most beneficial feature of Office 365 for collaboration within my team is MS Teams for communication. We also have a mailbox with 50 GB for one user and 1 TB for another. There are benefits we can use, and it is easy to manage because if there is an issue with the mail, it is handled by Microsoft.
Mail security is top-notch. They provide some of the best security in the world. We have to do a lot of things if we implement on-prem, but in the cloud, they manage everything. All we do is manage creating users and giving the permissions. That's how I see the cloud part.
They are using more security for the mail services and data security with Office 365. They are strict with the security side because mails are used for data transfer anywhere, so I think they are strictly engaged in data security for the mail services.
Office 365 has AI capability, but I'm not using that product yet. I think there's some room for improvement in the system if you utilize AI.

For me, the most valuable features in Office 365 are the integration between all of the various apps and how you can still communicate even without third-party apps. The integration of tools such as Power Automate with SAP or Salesforce, and the connectivity coming out of Teams based on requests is my biggest takeaway; I really appreciate that Office 365 is cloud-based.
SharePoint, which is my bread and butter, integrates seamlessly with Teams to enhance project management. I started with building out SharePoint sites and having them connect with Teams to offer a user-friendly experience for those less comfortable with SharePoint. SharePoint serves as the backbone for Teams, storing all their content and capitalizing on workflow pieces; I enjoy working with Teams and SharePoint.
SharePoint acts as a glorified portal with extensive integration options not only between Office 365 apps but also third-party applications. For instance, building a Power App linked to a SharePoint list is quick and easy without needing a SQL database, resulting in tremendous cost savings as well.

It helps me with my remote or hybrid workforce collaboration, but I prefer the desktop version, not the web.
It's hard to say what features are most valuable. In comparison with the old version, Office 365 is bigger and needs more resources, making it slower than before, so I don't see many benefits.

The most effective feature I find for threat detection is the 24/7 managed monitoring, which is a next-gen antivirus and next-gen Endpoint Detection and Response. In Endpoint Detection and Response, the best part is 24/7, 365 continuous monitoring to the endpoint for identifying any suspicious activity.
It is a next-gen AV which does AI-based behavioral analysis to detect and take action on malware, ransomware, and other threats.
The automated response capabilities in CrowdStrike Falcon perform analysis based on the behavior of the activity. If it finds objectionable content or breaking of sitemaps, it uses an untraditional approach to block it. When suspicious activity occurs, such as detecting a file with a document extension that is self-replicating, the detection happens automatically. In cases of zero-day threats, such files are automatically put in sandbox for extraction and analysis to identify why it is classified as malware.
Falcon's integration capabilities with other tools enhance my security posture because it has a very lightweight agent, and having a unified console gives us complete visibility, including endpoints, servers, containers, and cloud workloads.

The application is custom made for Huawei, a special version of Office 365. It's not fully open to 3 Cloud or 365 because at Huawei, we have some restricted tools within Office 365. We use them just for email, Word documents, etc. We are not able to download or use online templates or download anything from Cloud. All those features are restricted. We're using only what Huawei provided as tools.
It has been fine regarding stability-wise issues, technical errors, and downtimes, but with Microsoft there are sometimes bugs, freezing, re-downloads, or redos. They have to reload the restrictive features and license. There was an issue from my PC itself, but the good thing is they auto-recover and auto-save, so when corruption happens, we can retrieve the latest version templates from Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
Sometimes I use templates from different versions through copy-paste. When I want to save, I get prompts about text or fonts. I need to click again and apply something to be able to save the file. When I have different styles, it is very hard to track this. To avoid checking these optics every time I want to save the file, sometimes reason pop-ups appear when saving files, indicating projects have some strange text.
View full review »Microsoft Teams is the most useful feature of Office 365 for me. Since we are using a cloud base, for stability, I can rate it 8, because there are some performance issues and outages I've encountered. From my experience, in my environment, we are using mostly the Microsoft Office suite, MS Word, PowerPoint, and everything.
I think there's more advantage in using Office 365 compared to Google or AWS collaboration tools if you are using Microsoft in your productivity tools, due to the seamless integration. Office 365 does support my remote and hybrid workforce collaboration needs.

What's valuable about Office 365 is that the file formats have become a standard, such as .doc files and .docx files for Word. In Excel, you can do a lot of data analysis and manage spreadsheets, which is especially useful for finance people. With PowerPoint, we can create very visual and easy presentations, and now with Copilot, it's even easier to generate a presentation format that you can adjust to your needs.
The integrations of Teams and SharePoint have impacted our project management positively because we work a lot with external clients who need access to information in our environment. Before, using file servers to give external access was cumbersome, and with SharePoint, creating a sharing link with an expiration date makes sharing information easier and more controlled. Also, SharePoint allows us to create websites for our intranet, while Teams enables groups to share information, chat, and create meetings, and we have even moved all our telephony system to Teams, which is working very well.

The most valuable feature or capability of Office 365 that I found is the legal hold feature, which is excellent for customers to maintain regulatory compliance. Deleting data is a common occurrence; people can delete their data from their device, and it will be moved to the recycle bin for a certain period of time. After the email is deleted, we found that if legal hold is enabled for a particular user, Microsoft offers unlimited archival, meaning any email that comes to that email ID will be stored, and we can easily use the E-Discovery feature to check the emails, their history, and export them in a PST file, which is very beneficial for customers during audits.
Overall, Office 365 brings organization efficiency, as these tools are very helpful for every organization to maintain their records, organization data, compliance, and collaborations. Everything that is basically required by an organization is already taken care of in the Office 365 products.

One of the features which I predominantly use in Office 365 is the Designer option in PowerPoint, which I feel was very helpful in most cases for designing presentations, so I would say that was a good feature I would recommend.
SharePoint would have been one tool we often use, but I cannot specifically say a feature that has helped us significantly in terms of Office 365.

Office 365 is the best business platform for startups or small companies. Within the M365 tenant, administrators can create users, track all user mailboxes, check licenses, and reset passwords. In terms of advanced features, those are things that we usually do with Power Platform. We try to avoid building super complex Excel templates when we can use another more suitable tool or build a Power App for that.
What I appreciate in the Office 365 world is having Copilot as an assistant that can help automate many things. For example, if you need to translate something and want to ensure the translation looks professional and has a specific tone—formal, informal, friendly—then you can use Copilot for that or get a first idea and then edit the result. It helps to summarize meetings in Microsoft Teams and points out the most important key aspects discussed in the meeting.
If you have people who were not able to join the meeting, you can copy the summary and the next steps and send it to them. I find the extension with Copilot very good. One of my favorites is Copilot in Microsoft Outlook, which helps you find a meeting with people who have very busy calendars. I have a lot of appointments, and it's difficult to find a free slot. When I need help finding a slot that works for three or four colleagues with busy calendars, Copilot in Outlook helps with that.

Collaboration tools such as Teams are very useful, especially when managing our projects and gathering feedback from stakeholders. Tools in Teams, such as the app for tracking and following up with stakeholders, are notably useful.

The most valuable features of Office 365 for our team include email and Teams. We use calendaring, which plays an essential role in our productivity. Additionally, Microsoft Intune is a part of our usage, albeit it's not directly linked to Office 365. Another beneficial aspect is the integration of selectively using Copilot with Office 365.

Office 365 is reliable and enhances productivity by allowing my team to use the same documents with multiple versions. The Outlook calendar simplifies meetings, and Teams improves communication. The uniqueness of working on the same file together is valuable as it prevents missing any information, and encryption and multi-factor authentication are crucial for security.

We really like SharePoint, the Office 365 for endpoints. We're still messing around with that. We've only had that for about six weeks of play. It was good as it really started to give me insight as to what vulnerabilities I had out there on my company-owned machines. That's my most valuable tool right now due to the fact that I can not only monitor the health of the machines but also run through that same endpoint protection. I have access to cyber analysis and security testing for all my employees. I can send out test malware emails or some sort of phishing attempt emails for my entire company all in one fell swoop. I can keep a monitor on who passed, who failed, who's taken the required training, et cetera. The security compliance center that comes with that and it helps us a lot.
There are all sorts of really good tools for use on the information security side that allow us to make sure that our people are doing business and doing business right.
With our whole tenant, we had a little over a terabyte of storage just for our SharePoint. Then, each individual gets a terabyte of storage for their OneDrive. It's really nice being able to not have to worry about monitoring the storage. I mean, we do go in and we do our storage monitoring about once a quarter just to make sure that we're not approaching any limits. For example, in my account, I'm about halfway through my limit because I'm the IT guy. I've got software backups. I've got all sorts of equipment backups. It's nice to have the capability to maintain that kind of storage without having to go out and purchase it. It comes out of the box, for the company.

The most innovative feature of Office 365 is the Power Apps, which allows us to automate literally everything that we want automated. If you have a global solution, you can go from one product to the other very easily. And then you can share data between all the different Office tools which is good because participation and sharing is very good. That's the most important aspect of Office 365.
What I like most about Office 365 is its reliability and that I haven't experienced any outages, it's always worked fine for me. It also has a unique 'giving' feature in that if I go for Office 365 licensing for a particular license level, Microsoft also offers me other services along with Office 365.

The thing I have found most valuable is that the product is quite simple for end-user so there is not much reason to use the product support. The support for users is good and adapting the product from the user's perspective is quite easy.
The uptime of the solution is quite good, I can say it has about 98 to 99% uptime.
The product is also easy from the standpoint of administration, especially for the IT team. We have good control over who has access to the program components and what parts they can use. In terms of the IT team, it makes our work quite easy. We do not need to spend too much time monitoring the solution because it is quite good.
Security-wise, it is also good. There is multi-layer authentication which I think is good from a security standpoint.
And finally, the reporting is also good.
