We use it for manufacturing customers – companies who do a lot of manufacturing. There are also some logistics companies. Those are the main areas we focus on. 

It has been working quite well. Our latest selling points have been add-on features, such as the service module and the projects module. Those tend to be where we get the most benefit.

The customization capabilities of CloudSuite Industrial are also there. We've actually been on technical training for Infor OS to learn that aspect as well.

There is room for improvement in the pricing. For us, it's the pricing aspect. Since we're South African, it's difficult when it's a dollar-based product.

We've been doing implementations for about the last year.

We've had no issues, so it's stable. I would rate the stability a ten out of ten.

It seems to work very well for our customers. Scalability is good, especially for small and large companies.

We've done about two or three implementations in the last year.

The setup is not too complicated. We mostly deal with the cloud deployment model. 

We get positive feedback after implementation from our customers, and everyone seems happy. It fits well within their business and is easy to use.

For on-premise installations, the licensing is yearly. 

SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) is also typically yearly. We generally work with yearly subscriptions and use Infor products exclusively.

I've only ever worked with Infor products.

It's pretty good.  Overall, I would rate it an eight out of ten. There's always room for improvement, but it works well.

I would recommend using it. It's reliable, stable, and has good features that most companies need. It works well in various business environments and expands easily from small to large companies. It generally accommodates most process flows in the companies. 

We use Infor CloudSuite Industrial to manage the production of our customers in manufacturing businesses.

The product's most valuable feature is production planning. It is one of the core features.

The platform's distribution features need enhancement to complement the other products like WMS.

We have been using Infor CloudSuite Industrial for more than ten years.

The product is very stable. I rate its stability a nine out of ten.

I rate Infor CloudSuite Industrial's scalability a six out of ten. It is suitable for small businesses. We encounter issues while scaling up the existing setup regarding hardware limitations.

The initial setup is easy, as we have worked with the product for almost 27 years. I rate its process a nine out of ten. It takes months to complete due to the complex system.

The platform's pricing depends on the specific number of users. It will cost more if purchased for five users and would be reasonable and negotiable for 1000 users.

I rate Infor CloudSuite Industrial an eight out of ten. I recommend the product as it is very reliable and the maintenance costs less than other solutions.

We primarily use Infor CloudSuite CRM for booking orders, tracking customers, managing estimates, and handling codes and related information.

One feature of Infor CloudSuite CRM that I find most beneficial is the transmission of information. Workflow management and collaboration tools enhance operations and facilitate seamless interaction among departments.

They could include marketing automation for the product.

We have been using Infor CloudSuite CRM for 15 years.

The platform has supported our business scalability and growth over time by enhancing productivity and expediting processes. It enables us to respond to customers more quickly and reduce order lead times, resulting in higher customer satisfaction and improved margins.

The Infor team creates the instance, so the initial setup is straightforward. For a mid-sized organization, the software would be deployed in a maximum of three months.

The product is expensive. I rate the pricing a five out of ten.

We store all customer information and transaction details within Infor CloudSuite CRM, which is also integrated with our ERP system.

It has significantly impacted our sales and marketing strategies. It is a transactional system with features like workflow management and document control capabilities. This integration allows seamless communication and collaboration between our field teams, engineering, and sales departments.

While integrating with Infor ERP systems is relatively straightforward, connecting with third-party systems may require technical assistance. It is possible to integrate with external systems with the necessary technical support.

I advise others to look at the digital transformation tools in addition to the CRM. That will bring higher value.

I rate it a nine out of ten.

We are using the solution due to our global network, where one of our partners has successfully implemented it. They encouraged us to implement the same solution locally. The solution is particularly effective for ERP, covering aspects such as finance, accounting, and supply chain. It aligns well with our requirements.

The automation of emails is a valuable feature for me.

Currently, there are some challenges with handling large reports, possibly due to setup limits or issues with the solution. When the number of records exceeds a certain limit, the reports fail to apply. Improvements in managing larger datasets should be improved.

I have been working with the solution for the past seven years.

The solution is stable.

The solution is scalable. We have 50 users for the solution.

I have worked with Oracle for a brief period. Infor CloudSuite Industrial is better for its development aspect. It allows us to customize and implement changes more efficiently.

The initial setup was straightforward, and we opted for a cloud deployment. The entire process took approximately five to six months.

I recommend the solution. Overall, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.

We use Infor CloudSuite as an ERP solution for manufacturing.

Infor's environment—ION and Infor OS—is better than SAP's. The load time is shorter and Infor performs much better than SAP. 

Infor OS is powerful, but the documentation is terrible. This is one of the biggest problems. Infor needs to work on its documentation. For example, if I need to create a business object deployment from LVN to element, the instructions for this are insufficient. Many specific use cases aren't covered in the manual. 

If you don't know or have someone to teach you about it, you will spend a lot of time learning it. They need to have a manual and some tutorial videos online. Infor should create video and images walking you through the process step by step. The documentation is poor compared with SAP.

CloudSuite Industrial also needs to improve its IoT product for working with machines. Right now, you need to use another product for that. It is not well done because Infor doesn't seem to understand that ERP needs to work with many things. In particular, Infor needs better integration between CRM and IoT. It's not bad, but it could be better. Infor specializes in artificial intelligence, and that's it. Its approach isn't working very well for some clients. I think SAP is doing a better job than Infor at this point.

We've been working with Infor for about 15 years, but we've only used CloudSuite for around three. 

CloudSuite Industrial is stable. The problem isn't the product itself. It's how the clients use it. The biggest problem is how clients customize CloudSuite, especially when they're migrating to the cloud. They often customize it poorly. One day, when they go back to the cloud, they will have massive problems.

CloudSuite is highly scalable.

I've worked with SAP. SAP is better than Infor in terms of financial management, but I prefer Infor for production and supply chains.

The initial setup of CloudSuite isn't complicated. 

I'm working for a German company, but I'm located in Portugal. In the German market, Infor's price isn't an issue for clients, but Infor is losing market share every year to SAP in Portugal. Portuguese clients find SAP more affordable. Infor needs to work on this.

Before Infor implemented this cloud solution, it was strictly a solution for large and medium-sized enterprises. CloudSuite has made it more affordable for smaller companies, but it's probably still too expensive for some. I think CloudSuite can work for small companies with 10 million euros in annual revenue or more, but I think it won't work for anything less than that. 

I rate Infor CloudSuite Industrial seven out of 10. 

The solution works as an ERP system for us.

The solution has an excellent functional manufacturing capability. Also, it works best for cloud and digital transformation while implementing new technologies.

The solution's support service should be improved.

We have been using the solution for three or four years.

It is a stable solution. I rate its stability as a ten.

The solution works well for small and medium businesses. I rate its scalability as a nine. Our organization has 10 to 15 solution users, including engineers and customer relations executives.

The solution's technical support team is helpful but could be even better.

We used QuickBooks earlier. Later, we switched to Infor for its purchase, finance, and CRM-related features.

The solution's initial setup is straightforward. It takes a day to install. Although, the module-wise implementation might take a couple of months to complete.

It is a cost-effective solution. I rate its pricing as a five.

The solution has received a good rating from Gartner. I recommend it to others and rate it as a nine.

It is used to handle the different demands of a specific industry such as the chemical industry. CloudSuite can handle the requirements for producing the main product, byproducts, and co-products. It can also handle subcontracting to a third party to conduct operations outside the factory.

Planning needs to be improved. That is, industry-specific planning details need to be added and refined.

We've been using Infor CloudSuite Industrial for three years.

It's a very stable product. If we need any bug fixes or enhancements, Infor will add them through different patches and deployments on a monthly basis or on a quarterly basis.

I have been able to get the help I needed whenever I have contacted technical support. I would give them a rating of eight out of ten.

Infor CloudSuite Industrial is easy to setup. The built-in solution is already there, so we can start implementing it right away when we install it in an organization. After going through different test executions and workshops, any missing features can be added using Infor extension tables and other products. It will take at least eight to nine months to go live.

Infor is suitable for medium-scale industries across different verticals. You can reach out to Infor or their partners. On the basis of your requirements, they will be able to make recommendations.

Infor CloudSuite Industrial is definitely a stable product, and it should be a very smooth process. I recommend going with CloudSuite.

On a scale from one to ten, I would rate this solution at nine because it is quick and easy to install, enhancements or bug fixes are easy to implement, there are frequent updates, and Infor's support is excellent.

This is a production factory, so CloudSuite is used for bookkeeping, warehousing, and financial production.

CloudSuite has been helpful because we are using it in many countries too. If any of the companies have their own solutions, it affects the information flow. If you all have one solution and it's international, then the information flow is real-time.

There's no one feature or process that needs to improve. I couldn't give you an example because all of them are important.  

We started using CloudSuite Industrial, so it's been about 12 or 13 years.

This is cloud-based, so the stability is only affected by the connection.

It's hard to say because the owner of the product is the only one who knows exactly what the scalability is. But based on what I can see from the patches and updates, the scalability has been seamless. In total, there are about 3,000 end-users on the platform.

I have no complaints about Infor support.

Of course, we considered some other solutions. We did some research and chose CloudSuite because it has the flexibility to cover a range of areas. And there were many other factors like traceability, for example, which is crucial for food production.

Installing CloudSuite is incredibly straightforward. At the very beginning, we had help from the solution's Vendor. Deployment took about a week, excluding the preparation phase, which lasted about a month. And the number of people needed to deploy varies from company to company. If you are a big company, the number of people involved will be bigger than in small companies because you have to cover all areas. So there was quite a big group of consultants and also several teams on our side.

Pricing is always an area where there is room for improvement. 

I rate Infor CloudSuite Industrial nine out of 10. If you are working in the food and beverage industry, I would say it's a perfect solution.
