Mist AI and Cloud serves many use cases. Customers want to reduce the number of devices on site, making it convenient to manage their wireless infrastructure through the cloud, thus reducing the power requirement that a typical wireless LAN controller would have taken to install on site.

Another important part of the Mist AI platform is the virtual network assistant where AI automatically resolves most of the issues seen on the wireless infrastructure or network, which helps to resolve most issues even before users find out there's an issue with their network infrastructure. AI automatically resolves these issues, making it a huge use case for customers, along with ease of management of the devices and infrastructure, including wired systems switches. Juniper has even included data center, routing, and security. Mist AI aids asset management for large organizations, allowing tracking of devices and managing the inflow and outflow of assets efficiently.

Real-time insights from Mist AI help in managing user experience, as there is a small delay between actions and when they're seen on Mist AI, which is just a few seconds due to its cloud nature. Real-time management of events and resources is excellent, making it the best in the market, which is why Juniper is highly ranked in the Gartner ratings.

Automation is essential, and Mist AI automatically resolves most of the issues, which makes it easier to improve user experience and network management. Location-based services with Mist AI make Juniper a leader in location services which mimic what Google Maps and Waze do for road navigation. The location services provide accurate direction and information sharing for indoor services. I declined an offer because last year we had a discussion about AI. I declined because I am Juniper. I work at Juniper SC for Juniper distributor in the Middle East, based in Dubai. We manage a sizable building that houses our office workspaces, comprising approximately six hundred offices. Our primary requirement is to deploy WiFi access across these offices. This serves as the initial use case.

The second use case arose during the COVID-19 pandemic, prompting us to explore solutions for crowd control. Juniper Apes was considered for its beneficial features, including BLA (location awareness), although it is acknowledged to be a relatively expensive option. The need for effective crowd control during the pandemic, coupled with my involvement in the event industry where crowd management is crucial, further emphasizes the importance of having a solution like SAP for a global perspective on the location of individuals and event details.

A few of my customers have had a very good experience with the solution. Since last year, there have been no complaints from the customers. Most of our customers use the solution in their offices, while some use them at their business centers. If a customer faces any issues, I find the problem is from the ISP or Internet service provider.

Our primary use case depends on the situation. Sometimes we deploy it on a service level and we have data centers that we provide this kind of service to. But mostly we do it through partners, system integrators or resellers.

The kinds of businesses using the solution would be hotels, large conference venues, banquet halls, and things like that. We also work with a school. It's all about management.
