Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business Reviews

My primary use case of this solution is for protection from malware and viruses. 

This solution is deployed on-prem. We are using the latest version. 

One of the most valuable features is that it's quite secure. I'm satisfied with this solution. 

As far as improvements, maybe the licensing could be cheaper, but I think this solution is pretty okay. 

I have been using this solution for about 12 years. 

The stability and performance are good. 

This solution is scalable. There are about 300 people in my organization using Kaspersky. 

I haven't contacted Kaspersky's technical support. 

The installation is easy and straightforward. It took roughly 10 minutes, and I did it myself. For deployment, you need one admin. 

We implemented this solution through an in-house team. 

We pay for licensing yearly. 

I rate Kaspersky a 10 out of 10, and I would recommend this solution to others. 

I like the security that this solution provides. It not only protects against the outside world, but it also protects against careless users. We do have users who make careless mistakes in the operation, but the system protects them from their attacks, and we can easily identify and follow up on the problem.

The performance could be better.

We would like to see improved performance and faster deployment in the next release.

There are some issues with the configuration, but it is still very good, and the impact on general use operations is minimal.

The installation is a little complicated and can take a long time, and it requires a policy for our internal control.

The installation requires an experienced user.

There are times when Microsoft Windows's antivirus called Defender interferes with the functionality of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business. There should be better integration with Windows.

We use Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business for many purposes. We mainly use it for protection against malware. Additionally, we perform a lot of administration for users using the application, device, and web controls.

Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business is a very powerful tool for us. We use a lot of third-party software that integrates well with the solution.

The solution could improve by providing a cloud service that synchronizes with the on-premise console which would give better connectivity in remote areas.

In a future release, there should be DLP features added.

I have used Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business within the last 12 months.

The solution is stable. However, sometimes when we complete a Windows automatic update we receive the Windows blue screen error prompt. The majority of the time it was because the equipment has updated and the update was not the best one.

The solution has been scalable, we have a lot of different servers.

The technical support is good. We had some difficult problems that were new that took the support some additional time to find a solution. For minor problems, they have been very responsive with their support.

We use many network protection solutions, such as McAfee.

The installation is easy, it can be done with a few clicks of the mouse to install the administration, and from the administrator, you can deploy the solution to the users.

The solution requires a license and there are different license packages depending on the number of users you need.

I would advise others before implementing this solution to have an organized network. It makes the process a lot easier.

The solution is primarily used to protect my personal information. I use it for security purposes. 

The solution has been very easy to use. It's a user-friendly solution.

The product is very stable.

The scalability of the product is good.

It would be ideal with the solution offered more documentation.

I've used the solution for about two or three years at this point. I'm unsure of the exact amount of time. 

The solution is stable and the performance is good. It's reliable. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze. 

The solution is scalable. If a company needs to expand it, it can do so.

That said, I only use it for personal use, and therefore haven't really attempted to scale it. 

I've never had to reach out to technical support. I haven't had any issues. Therefore, I cannot speak to how helpful or responsive their team is if you do run into problems. 

The installation is very straightforward and simple. It's not overly difficult to set up. A user shouldn't have any issues with the process. 

While I cannot speak to the exact amount of time it took to set up, I recall it being a rather fast process. 

I have the solution deployed to my laptop. I only use it for personal purposes, not for business usage.

I'd rate the solution at a nine out of ten. I've been pretty happy with its capabilities.

We may be using version 13 or 14, although I can't say for certain. 

The solution provides protection for all our systems, file servers, endpoints and domain controllers.

We are dissatisfied with certain functions, such as those for application updates, which are not usable and don't work. 

The application updates and drive encryption are lacking. The former cannot be used or monitored. We would like to be able to use our domain controller for management purposes. 

The solution could also be more secure.

On a scale from one to ten, I would rate this solution at ten.

Over the years, I have learned that we always need to keep updating our OS — especially Windows. Any application that sits on Windows needs to be updated. This allows us to better detect and remove any infections. Sometimes, there are a few infections that we can't get rid of. In this case, we have to find another way to clean up the registry; otherwise, we have to reinstall everything again.

In terms of the interface, I prefer something that is simple without so much color. 

I have been using this solution for the last 10 years. 

This solution is stable. 

Reaching their support team can be difficult. I've dealt with Sophos before; they were quite responsive to our issues.

We are actually going to be switching to Sophos Endpoint Security.

I think the price of this solution is good. 

Make sure you are online in order to receive updates. The engine itself doesn't do much without updated data. With updates, you'll be at least 90% protected.

Overall, on a scale from one to ten, I would give this solution a rating of eight.
