Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business Reviews

We use Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business as our antivirus for our systems.

It works fine.

The interface is friendly.

It's secure.

The licensing fees could be reduced.

I have been working with Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business for approximately three years.

We have no issues with the stability of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business.

Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business is a scalable solution.

In our company, we have less than 100 users.

I have not contacted technical support.

Previously, I worked with the free version of AVG. We switched to Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business because we built an Endpoint connection, to a server, and there is a security center. Also, AVG was too heavy for the PC.

The initial setup is straightforward.

I was able to complete the installation myself. I am technical and familiar with setups, but normal users may need help, especially for the endpoint.

Licensing fees are expensive. 

Licensing fees are paid on a yearly basis.

I would recommend this solution for others who are interested in using it.

I would like for Kaspersky to generate reports when it detects issues such as malware.

The initial setup was very straightforward and took about thirty minutes, five out of five experience here.

Not really, I only looked at the default antivirus that is installed in Windows.

I would recommend this to other people. I think it's a great solution to protect computers from viruses.

We primarily use Kaspersky Endpoint Security for antivirus access control and virus control.

It would be great if, as an additional feature, you could download updates without deploying updates to end users.

We currently have had to move to another solution because we require faster response times and more advanced features other competitors offer.

The functions are very good and they have many different features that are available.

This solution needs to improve and get up to date with some of the new EDR technology anti-virus software available. There are many improvements needed, such as faster responses, faster notification, and immediate reports.

If the company is big, more than 100 staff with different branches, this solution is good but for small companies, I think it's not very appropriate.

We have used support from Kaspersky China. They offer support through email and phone of which they provide a good service, fast response, and an overall professional resolution.

We now use Symantec End-user Endpoint Security software as our anti-virus protection solution. We opted to change software because of the current security risk our digital data faces, we needed a more robust solution.

The installation was not a problem.

We have had no troubles installing, maintaining, or deploying the product for our clients. For others, the deployment could take more time and might require professionals to do the job.

It would be a benefit for this solution to have better-advanced features, less maintenance required for operation, and faster response times.

Due to the current increased global security risks on digital data we have had to search for an alternative solution. 

I would have given the solution a ten out of ten a few years ago but they need to improve and provide more features as their competitors.

I rate Kaspersky Endpoint Security an eight out of ten.

The signature update is done securely.

There are some issues that recently happened with this solution. The American government and other countries banned Kaspersky, since it is a Russian product, and customers lost their confidence in it.

There is too much deviation from Windows 7 to Windows 10.

Kaspersky could provide more training for the local support.

It is very stable. I have no complaints when it comes to stability. 

There have been some performance issues. They provide good security, but this slows down the performance of machines' servers. The software is not updating as frequently as we need.

Scalability is good, but if I want to update any patch or update for 2000 to 3000 machines, it can be difficult sometimes. If it is below 2000 machines, then it is fine.

In our organization, we have 3000 users utilizing the product.

The local support that they have here are great, especially for on-premise. If I call them, they can reach us very quickly. The issue is that they aren't always so knowledgeable. Kaspersky didn't provide enough training for them. 

The initial setup was straightforward, not so complex. 

Pricing and licensing is competitive. It's not so different from its competitors. 

At the moment, we don't have any alternatives that we are considering.

Think about the performance issues first. If I have a very good solution, but it slows down your server performance, then the productivity of your place will go down. The performance issues should be considered. Scalability should also be considered, then security issues. 

We are not happy with this solution and want it to change.

We use Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business for protecting our information.

The solution is secure.

There are times when Microsoft Windows's antivirus called Defender interferes with the functionality of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business. There should be better integration with Windows.

We are having some stability issues but we have been using the solution for a long time and we have not had any issues until now. Once this issue is fixed we expect it to work well in the future.

We use Kaspersky Endpoint Security for email filtering, web browsing, web filtering, and USB filtering.

I like that we can use it across all the platforms like PC, Mac, Linux, iOS, and all systems for protection. I also like that we can use it for different cloud sessions and different unified systems. 

It's available on all the vulnerability assessments including, web filtering, email filtering, test protection, anomaly control, and management. There are more than enough benefits available on Kaspersky.

It would be better if it were more secure and stable. I would also like to see more powerful features in the next release.

Kaspersky Endpoint Security is a scalable solution. We currently have 35 users using this solution.

Technical support is available, and they support all the options.

We used different solutions like BullGuard Antivirus and Avira Antivirus before using Kaspersky Endpoint Security.

The initial setup and installation is straightforward and didn't take too much time. It's a one-time activity that you can do on all the PCs, all the systems, and the servers. A single technical person can deploy, maintain, and take care of all the other activities. 

We pay a yearly annual subscription for this product.

I will definitely recommend this product to potential users.

On a scale from one to ten, I would give Kaspersky Endpoint Security a seven.
