Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business Reviews

I've used Kaspersky as an integrator, for internet security. It can be used for malware and email security as well as for situations where you are handling online transactions. 

The solution is very stable.

So far, we've found the solution to be scalable.

The online privacy they provide users when they're doing online transactions has been great.

The malware threat detection has been excellent overall. 

We didn't have any trouble with the initial installation. The process was straightforward.

The interface is very user-friendly.

The company needs to keep developing more security measures to help keep its customers safe. If they could keep adding to security features, it would be ideal.

I've been using the solution for a couple of years at this point.

The solution is stable and reliable. It doesn't crash or freeze. There are no bugs or glitches. Its performance has been good overall.

The solution has been very scalable. If a company wants to expand the solution, it can do so with relative ease. It's not a problem.

We have eight people currently using the solution at this time.

We do plan to continue to use ht product going forward.

I don't have any experience with technical support. I don't recall ever using them. I can't speak to how helpful or responsive they are.

I've used ESET in the past, however, the product was making our machines run slow. That is the reason we ultimately switched to Kaspersky.

The initial setup process was not complex at all. It was very straightforward. We found it to be simple.

The deployment itself was very fast and likely took less than a minute or so.

We needed about four people to handle the implementation process.

I handled the implementation by myself. I did not need the assistance of an integrator or consultant.

We pay a yearly licensing fee.

We're using the latest version of the solution at this time.

I'd rate the solution at an eight out of ten overall.

I would recommend the solution to other organizations. We've been largely quite happy with this product.

We primarily use the solution as an antivirus for endpoint security.

It can be used to protect against malware and as security for online browsing - for example, when you want to do online transactions, it can secure the process. 

The solution has been quite stable. The performance is good.

We are mounting the solution on a secured managed service center, where we are implementing it in order to have the EDR.

I find some of the most valuable features to be the anti-malware, encryption, and the EDR launching service.

I would like the solution to be able to allow to have end to end security services from the final user to the server.

I used CrowdStrike solution before and the price was very high. 

I find the solution to be inexpensive compared to other solution like Crowdstrike. 

I rate Kaspersky Endpoint Security a six out of ten. 

The most valuable feature is the central view. With this view, I can see all of the data.

I find it to be slow on my end and would like to see that improve. I think the e-learning portal can be updated because it's been disabled due to an upgrade. The data could be updated as well. I also think that pricing could be improved.

I've been using Kaspersky Endpoint Security since 2018.

We currently have 150 users but have not tried to expand yet.

Customer service/technical support staff have been responsive. They look for documentation and listen to you as you describe what happened.

The initial setup was straightforward.

We implemented it in-house, and the deployment took several days.

We have been using a yearly subscription and feel that pricing could be better. Perhaps, discounts could be given, during the renewal process, to those who have been customers for some time.

Our clients use it for protecting their endpoints.

Our clients are using the advanced options, and they're quite comfortable with this solution because they didn't have any problems. 

It was easy to integrate it with Active Directory. It is fast and easy to use. It has all the required features.

Currently, it doesn't have a cloud option. This is something that they should look into going forward.

I have been using this solution for two months.

We have been implementing it in small companies, and it has been working fine.

I haven't spoken to technical support because our implementation went well.

Our clients were using other antivirus solutions, and they moved to this solution. We will be doing POCs for some clients who already have a similar solution. It is not easy to move to a new solution.

It was a simple process. The installation and the updates afterward went smoothly. The initial setup was quite fast. It took 15 to 20 minutes, which also included updates. 

We provide maintenance services to our clients and check whether the updates are happening.

Its price is on par with other products. It might even be slightly cheaper. There are no additional costs.

I would rate Kaspersky Endpoint Security an eight out of ten.

I use Kaspersky like an end-user, I just want security, but I don't use all the features. I only use it for protection, like when someone puts a pen drive inside my PC and to block some websites and content.

I like that Kaspersky isn't heavy. 

Like most of the virus scanning products, it can be better. It should be more secure and detect new malware as it's released.

I've been using Kaspersky Endpoint Security for more than two years.

This solution is a good tool for small companies, at this point I can say that. For bigger companies, it may be better to look at cloud solutions, such as CrowdStrike, for instance.

Overall, I would rate the solution at an eight out of ten. It's easy to use and offers good protection.

The most valuable features of this solution are the firewall, the IPS, and the patch deployment.

It's very simple to use.

The stability could be better.

In the next release, I would like to see mobile management and better pricing.

I have been using Kaspersky for four years.

This solution is stable but it freezes when we combine the database and the application on the same server.
