I mainly use FortiGate Cloud for site-to-site VPNs, user VPNs, SD-WAN, and to help with our void deployments.

Fortigate Cloud rules out a lot of user errors.

FortiGate Cloud's most valuable feature is that it's 100% managed.

FortiGate Cloud could be improved with increased granularity for our control. In the next release, I'd like Fortinet to include integrated endpoint protection and for the user and SSL VPNs to have the same cloud protection.

I've been using FortiGate Cloud for just over a year.

FortiGate Cloud's stability is pretty good.

FortiGate Cloud's scalability is pretty good.

Fortinet's technical support has been pretty good.

The initial setup was really straightforward, and deployment took no longer than half an hour.

We used an in-house team.

There's a lot of return with FortiGate Cloud - it saves me a lot on configuration time, and there are a lot fewer headaches overall.

FortiGate Cloud was the most affordable option I knew of, but their new pricing is less of a bargain as it has fewer levels. 

I would give FortiGate Cloud a rating of eight out of ten.

The most valuable feature of Fortinet FortiGate Cloud is the logs are stored longer on this cloud version. If you have the on-premise version you will not be able to store the logs for more than one or two months.

Fortinet FortiGate Cloud could improve security. Some of my customers do not trust on-cloud solutions.

Fortinet FortiGate Cloud is stable because it is a cloud solution.

The scalability of Fortinet FortiGate Cloud is good.

We have approximately 20 people using Fortinet FortiGate Cloud.

The technical support from Fortinet FortiGate Cloud is good and they are responsive.

We have a coordinator who looks after the maintenance and support of Fortinet FortiGate Cloud.

If you purchase any Fortinet firewall, they will give you FortiCloud for 100 GB for free. You can access Fortinet FortiGate Cloud freely up to certain limits.

I would recommend this solution to others.

The most valuable features of Fortinet FortiGate Cloud are the protection of internal and remote systems.

The interface and dashboards should improve in Fortinet FortiGate Cloud. Other solutions have better graphical interfaces.

My advice to others is to review all the solutions in the market but I think Fortinet FortiGate Cloud is a very good solution for many use cases.

Our company is a local reseller of Fortinet FortiGate Cloud. We use the solution for anti-spam and for checking for viruses. We send traffic to the cloud for inspection and after that, all the requests for our website with services come back to the appliance in headquarters. 

At headquarters, we have 61 users. We also have some other branches connected with headquarters.

Fortinet FortiGate Cloud has helped us avoid intrusions and hacking. It is the most important service we have. 

The most valuable feature is the inspection. It inspects before we have any traffic stops intrusion.

I recommend that Fortinet FortiGate Cloud improve their rules for configuration with each other.

I have been using Fortinet FortiGate for two years.

For the last three years Fortinet FortiGate has been stable.

The solution is scalable.

Technical support is good.

The initial setup of Fortinet FortiGate required a lot of stages over a few days. We installed it first on the cloud and checked in for the request. Once we were sure that we were rejecting suspicious intrusions and traffic we made the full installation for the cloud integrated with the local system at headquarters.

We have three engineers that are responsible for deployment and maintenance.

Our team, together with Fortinet FortiGate Cloud's team completed the entire installation on the cloud and the local system.

There are no additional costs outside of the standard licensing fees.

I recommend other companies to use Fortinet FortiGate Cloud, it satisfies my requirements and it prevents a lot of hacking. I rate this solution as an 8 out of 10.

We are using Fortinet FortiGate Cloud mainly for a file server at the office, and we have some services that transfer some applications remotely. We are using the firewall to secure the connection to our offices, for the internet connection, and for the applications using the VPN connections.

We have found the most valuable features of Fortinet FortiGate Cloud are the firewall and the VPN connection manager. I am not worried about any cyber attacks, the solution is secure and I receive daily summary reports.

The solution has been highly reliable.

I rate the scalability of Fortinet FortiGate Cloud a five out of five.

We were using the solution more but since the Coronavirus and other political circumstances in Lebanon, we have downsized the company. We had approximately 25 users using the solution but it has been reduced to only three users.

I have stopped the support contract because I never used it for five years. I never faced any issue that requires support.  Any issues I had it was easy to handle myself. The solution is very reliable.

When I started my job at the company, they had a Juniper firewall, but it was out of warranty and out of contract. While researching, I found the Fortinet FortiGate Cloud, and I read some good reviews about it which were good and this is why I selected it.

For a system administrator, the initial setup is straightforward. I didn't face any issue configuring it. It was so easy. There are videos and tutorials, which helps a lot.

It took one hour for the installation at the cabinet and the wiring, approximately five hours for the full configuration for the VPN tunneling, and subnetting the IP.

I did the implementation and maintenance myself. 

The price of Fortinet FortiGate Cloud is affordable. However, lowering the price would be good for the end-users. The cost of the solution was approximately $800 per year. There are some additional features you can add in addition to the regular features.

I would advise others to purchase this solution because it's reliable and it's worth every dollar.

We use Fortinet FortiGate Cloud as a firewall to connect safely to the internet.

The IPS and firewall function is valuable in Fortinet FortiGate Cloud.

We have found that the antivirus functions are very bad in Fortinet FortiGate Cloud and we don't use the antivirus anymore. Additionally, the FortiADC has bad quality.

The solution could improve by having a Russian interface.

I have been using Fortinet FortiGate Cloud for approximately 10 years.

Fortinet FortiGate Cloud is a stable solution.

I have found Fortinet FortiGate Cloud to be scalable.

Our organization is not large, we have approximately 15 workers in my organization using it.

Fortinet FortiGate Cloud technical support is not bad. The support is mostly very good.

The Fortinet FortiGate Cloud installation was not a problem but we have some local laws which make some restrictions for deployment cloud solutions. A lot of our customers use the premise version, not the cloud. The full deployment is not in one day, because we need to agree on a lot of details with our customers and it takes time. A typical time of the deployment can take approximately two to four weeks.

Unfortunately, we bought this solution for our main customer, and we had some problems deploying it correctly because its features didn't want to work. We have a lot of experience to install FortiGate and Fortinet solutions. However, we have faced some problems with  Fortinet mainly. 

We have a few workers that do the maintenance for the solution.

Fortinet has only an annual payment method. There is no monthly payment option.

They have only one standard license without any additional features.

We plan on using this solution in the future if our customers require it. If not then we will move to other solutions that will fit our client's needs.

Fortinet FortiGate Cloud is very useful to save logs. If you do not have hardware equipment, you may use this solution. If you don't want to implement and deploy hardware, this is a good choice.

I rate Fortinet FortiGate Cloud an eight out of ten.

We use the solution to protect our office facilities. We have it deployed on a couple of hundred devices and we have about 30 users. We are customers of Fortinet and I'm the CEO. 

The solution offers very good network performance and efficiency.

We had a problem with external attacks in the previous solution we were using so I'd always like to see additional security around that problem. 

I've been using this solution for six months. 

The solution is very stable. 

Fortinet has very comprehensive documentation, so we haven't communicated with technical support. 

The initial setup is relatively straightforward and took us a couple of days. We did it ourselves and once it was up and running, everything went smoothly. 

We pay a one-off licensing fee and an installation license. It's all-inclusive. 

We introduced FortiGate to our customers because we know it works properly and our customers are satisfied with it. We don't have any concerns about the product. 

I rate the solution nine out of 10.

Fortinet FortiGate Cloud has improved our organization's branches by providing overall better connectivity and security for all our networks.

I have found the SD-WAN, flexibility, and security the most valuable features.

Fortinet could improve FortiGate Cloud by providing better integration with third-party applications and features.

The stability is good.

We have approximately 10 people using the FortiGate cloud.

The technical support is very good in my experience.

The initial setup was easy. 

We have a team of four people that does the implementation and maintenance of the solution.

When comparing this solution to others it is less expensive and there is an annual license required.

There are different options available and it is important to choose a package that fits your use case. Overall this is a great solution.
