We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"I like the business process management engine. It's very detailed, and you can probably map any of the corporate workflow processes you come across in it compared to some of the other solutions out there. I can probably say that it has very good support to work in tandem with other RP solutions in the market. The software is still very user-friendly and integral, and they have pretty good online resources. The automation feature is pretty good, so is the integration feature.""The solution offers a free version of their product.""The user interface is pretty good.""The product allowed users to connect with flow chart elements with ease.""I find Bizagi so user friendly. I also think that its modeling abilities are great and it's easy to teach them to new users.""I like that Bizagi is fully compatible with BPMN 2.0. It also eases the way in which we work with BPMN 2.0 itself, which is a comprehensive and rather complex notation standard.""The approval process is simple.""The free online Help and E-Learning is very strong."

"OpenText 360's best features are platform independence and its performance when searching large numbers of documents.""The fact that you can see and create something that fits your business is the most valuable thing in this platform. It is a customizable product, so it fits your needs.""This solution has good connection and we do not need to migrate everything in order to protect the repository.""The product has a strong and easy integration with Teams.""It has a lot of flexibility, and Microsoft does come up with some new additions from time to time.""The fact that it allows for the internal sharing of information is very good.""We have manual processes, so the workflow enables us to automate a number of these processes.""The most valuable features are collaboration, traceability, retention of documents, and search."

"The product is really good, and it is easy to use. It comes with multiple integrations. The solution keeps up with the trend of Microsoft Copilot and AI.""Now it has an OCR, optical character recognition, engine where it can extract data from the document.""It is user-friendly and has good documentation. It's good for developing communication and has a lot of the APIs needed for this purpose. There aren't a lot of software options available from this time period; this is the only one from 2013 that has this concept of microservices.""The tool is low code which saves you from a developer.""It's not so complex to design what you need to.""Essentially, Kofax TotalAgility as a whole is quite nice. As of now, we've only been able to use and explore its document classification and extraction capabilities. We haven't explored and used the case management capability yet, but the scan and capture capabilities we've been using heavily and those are quite good. Our solutions are mainly around those areas of Kofax TotalAgility. We haven't explored the product a lot, but the capabilities we've explored are good.""Its integration capabilities are valuable. It has low code/no code features. You have to do minimal coding.""Data extraction and auto-classification are great features."

Cons
"The product used to have a simulation feature, which I had used quite often. However, it's since been discontinued. It might have originally been a paid feature. It would be nice if they could bring it back and offer it for free.""It would be useful if we can connect Bizagi to other solutions, such as a local financial solution or Power BI. It would also be good and helpful to be able to connect Bizagi to some services solutions. It should also support right-to-left languages, such as Arabic.""Can be difficult for new users.""Bizagi's UI should include shorter steps for documenting controls, documenting properties, changing some attributes in the object, and adding additional text.""It is difficult to drive ROI on types of processes involving complex business rules.""Bizagi doesn't have integrations with other solutions, such as ERP systems. In the industry and your company, you have a lot of systems with which you need to integrate, but Bizagi doesn't have such integrations, which makes it very difficult. Its scalability can also be improved. It is good for a startup, but when you need something more complex, it is not good.""We have migrated to the cloud, but there are a lot of issues while integrating with the cloud. There are a lot of things to improve with the cloud and reporting. We were previously working with on-premise solutions, and we had access to a lot of things, but with the cloud, they changed a lot of functionalities. Some of the things we know, but with some of the things, we are having difficulties.""The tool is expensive and it should improve its pricing."

More Bizagi Cons →

"The platform's workflows could be more intuitive and easier to use.""They need to come with more out of the box solutions, rather than depending on customers to develop them.""They are not going for any add-ons right now. It's the same version we are still using and there is no plan of upgrading and/or creating any add-ons at all.""We have a very good time to market tool, and the development platform should be made user-friendly. Mostly, it's just support.""The user interface could definitely be improved.""I would like for there to be even more integrations in the next release and I believe that the price could go down a bit.""If I have to really create an internal knowledge management portal, if I have to compare SharePoint and WordPress, WordPress is far, far better in regard to the SharePoint option.""An area for improvement would be how the platform handles large volumes of documents. It also doesn't provide a very good, robust backup and restore capacity. In the next release, I would like the search technology to be improved."

More OpenText 360 for SharePoint Cons →

"It would be nice if the tool has more connectors to different systems. It is an expensive solution.""The Transformation Designer of KTA can be made better.""There needs to be more accessible certification and better pricing.""They provide sufficient but not excellent technical support. Perhaps there is a point where they could use some improvement.""Table line item extraction is not possible through Quick Capture.""Kofax TotalAgility could improve the OTR engine. The page OTR engine is not accurate in predicting the data properly. If you provide many features which are good for business process management without an accurate OTR engine people will not want it.""Room for improvement would be better OCR functionality in terms of Arabic OCR. There should be better accuracy.""Lacks sufficient inbuilt features."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "Pricing is good value for money."
  • "For the prices, we didn't try a negotiations about licensing or pricing, but if i can say a word about this, I find Bizagi prices to be well thought out."
  • "The modeler itself is free. For the whole BPM suite, there are other options that may be better."
  • "It is on par with other BPM tools, but not as expensive as Pega nor Appian."
  • "If they can freeze the pricing in a contract, I advise them to do so."
  • "I think that its price is reasonable."
  • "This solution would be expensive for a company that has a lot of users."
  • "The Bizagi modeler can be downloaded free of charge."

  • "Its price is reasonable, but its licensing is very complex. This platform contains a number of pieces, and you have to be an expert in reading all the conditions in the license. They should simplify its licensing."
  • "On-premises version is expensive"
  • "SharePoint uses a subscription model."
  • "There is a license needed to use OpenText 360 for SharePoint and we pay annually. The price of the solution could be less expensive."
  • "OpenText 360's price varies depending on how long you've been a customer, how many licenses you have, and which products you use."
  • "The solution has a very complex pricing model."
  • "Pricing is a part of the enterprise agreement that we have."
  • "It has a reasonable price."

  • "The licensing cost for Kofax TotalAgility is very expensive, though I'm unable to give you the range, the sales representatives of my company say that the product is quite expensive."
  • "It is slightly more expensive than other tools."
  • "Kofax TotalAgility is very expensive."
  • "It has a perpetual license. You pay once in a lifetime for the volume of scans you will do and the number of users you will have. You can have participants or regular users, and you can have developers and administrators. So, once you purchase it, it is for a lifetime, and then every year, you have to pay for the maintenance. There is an annual maintenance cost, which is about 18% of the licensing cost."
  • "The price of this solution is less than some of the competition."
