I have been working with Zoho Recruit for the last two years. In the previous platform, I worked with many platforms, but within the last 12 months, I have only been working with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Recruit.

By using the live portal access of Zoho Recruit, we embed that link to our website and post it on Instagram and the Naukri platform. Once users hit the link, they can upload their CV and fill out forms, which directly get into our Zoho Recruit application.

For hiring candidates for one firm or the company, instead of Zoho Recruit, we can use Zoho Creator, which allows us to create flexible applications from scratch, similar to Zoho Recruit.

I have been working with my client for almost two years using Zoho Recruit, and then another client as well for approximately six months duration of the project, during which I also used Zoho Recruit for their HR recruiting employees.

For example, I have a client in HR, which means they use Zoho Recruit for recruiting. They integrate Zoho Recruit, for example, with Indeed.com and Jobstreet.com, and we connect Zoho Recruit to Zoho Projects and also to Zoho People for their hiring processes. Purely recruiting is the main process of Zoho Recruit.

We used Zoho Recruit for applicant tracking. We would leave it at the job board for a job post and then create applicant tracks with candidate screening, interview notes, and hiring manager notes. We eventually created an API connection in order to route higher candidates into the HR portal.

We are primarily using Zoho Recruit for recruitment. It works like an Applicant Tracking System or ATS and has different stages during the recruitment cycle. It gives us the candidate resumes, and the interview panel reviews them through Zoho. The interviews and tests are scheduled automatically through Zoho. It also automatically emails the candidate, the interview panel, or anyone involved in the recruitment cycles.

Our company utilizes Zoho Recruit for the recruitment process, which is integrated with Zoho People to handle onboarding and other steps. This is an internal system.

From the very beginning when we post a job, we are able to integrate with multiple platforms, such as LinkedIn, through Zoho Recruit. When a potential candidate clicks on the post, they will fill out the Zoho Recruit forms and all their data will be stored in our system. We have multiple modules, such as the interview module and job posts, that help us to hire. We can also filter out CVs based on keywords, such as software engineer and database engineer, depending on the job posting.

We are using Zoho Recruit for all of our hiring processes, such as accepting candidates, publishing a job, processing the candidates, and interviews.

We primarily use the solution for recruiting. 

We use it for the recruitment database.

I primarily used the solution for finding candidates or finding clients. Basically, I just used it as a normal CRM. 

I'm a recruiter, and my whole company runs on Zoho Recruit. We use it completely from beginning to end, and the full cycle of recruitment happens in Zoho Recruit.

It is an online tool, and we completely use it online. We are using the Professional version.

My primary use case of this solution was for the Zoho recruitment feature and the CRM with the customer aspect.

Our primary use case is for recruitment purposes and our organizational structure. It helps our company store information to our database, manage and maintain the database and internal portal. We use it for interview schedules, for extracting resumes and connecting potential recruits with jobs. If you tag someone, you'll receive a notification if there's a match.  I'm a recruitment consultant.
