I like that the program is flexible. I can use it to write Java scripts. I also like the website because it constantly updates me on things, like artificial intelligence, and the latest technology. I read the articles, on the latest technology that programmers can use.
What needs improvement?
There's one app I have to install on my device, the Articulate Player app. It's only available on Apple and Android, but it's not available for Windows. I can't run the program on my desktop, to use it to learn Java. If I want to learn Java, I have to install the program, but I would like it if was available for desktops. I use my PC to learn most of the time.

The solution is very stable. If you are using it to build an application, it's stable.

Technical support is helpful. I don't really need them. It's simple to learn how to use it.

It's very easy. I just accept to complete the install. Since it's an application, you just press install. The deployment didn't take long.

I would give the solution a rating of 8 out of 10.
I would like it if maybe they could create a curriculum for Java, if they can integrate a curriculum for learning Java specifically, for the certification. The Oracle certification for Java. I'm using it to teach kids how to code.

A simple command allows moving from the primary to secondary site and back, without data loss

This product is used for building the DRP, for databases. We use it when there is a corruption on our main site.

It's very easy to use it. It's very hard to configure, but it's very easy to use.
What needs improvement?
There is a little bit of a problem that we are concerned about, where there is a gap happening between the primary and the DRP - the product skips. We only found it when we move to the secondary site, the backup site.
I would also like them to make it easier. The creation process is very long. There is a very long cookbook that we needed to build. It requires the DBA to build it well, and when you don't build it well it causes a lot of problems. We would like this process to be more automatic.

It's easy to scale. The scalability is good.
How is customer service and technical support?
Oracle does not provide very good support. It has been very bad support. I'm not talking about this product, I have not used technical support for this product. I'm talking about Oracle.
It takes them a long time to resolve problems, maybe months. Just in the last year, I opened four issues with Oracle that took them about four months to resolve. The problem is not that they have no knowledge, the problem is that we are moving from person to person, and it takes a long time until the problem gets to the right person.
What other advice do I have?
When selecting a vendor, what's important for me is very good support.

I rate Oracle Cloud three to four out of ten on a scale from one to ten, where one is cheap, and ten is expensive.

Many of our customers are choosing Microsoft Azure since it is more popular than Oracle Cloud in the manufacturing vertical that we are in.
